4881  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like Meme Coins (Pepes project)? on: June 21, 2023, 09:16:39 AM
To be honest, from the past until now I have no interest in meme coins, because many meme coins don't last long even most of the people who invest in meme coins experience big losses. Moreover, the price movement of the meme coin is heavily influenced by the hype.
Then we are going to be a good friend because we have a similarity. That is because I too dislike them. I don't even know if those people who claim to earn a good amount of profit on them is real and not a part of the project lol. We have so much crypto projects already and many of them are thrice better than the meme coins, so why meme coin when we can always invest on them?

There are meme coins who are until now still alive, but it seems they are not showing a sign of recovery. It only proves that meme coins are really a bad investment for the long term apart from the short term. If we who only invest on a normal project can experience to lose big then how much more those who invest in meme coin?
I perceive a common ground in our thoughts regarding meme coins. A considerable amount of skepticism exists around these entities, and justifiably so. Many of these so-called meme coins have failed to demonstrate value, utility, or sustainability.

Yet, the cryptocurrency world is vast, and there are numerous projects out there committed to redefining the way we transact and interact with money. These range from platforms like Ethereum that facilitate decentralized applications, to projects like Ripple that expedite cross-border transactions.

Meme coins may be a blip on the radar, a trend, perhaps, but they do not encapsulate the true essence and potential of cryptocurrency. Remember the beacon that started it all – Bitcoin. Its vision and enduring presence in the market illustrate the transformative potential of cryptocurrencies. Lets keep our focus on these pioneers rather than fleeting trends.
4882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what happened to the market today? on: June 21, 2023, 08:54:47 AM
Many altcoins price increase to maintain green light at the moment, because the price of Bitcoin has increased back to $28,000 that is giving investors hope of winning something big soon from the market. If the price of Bitcoin can increased higher in this period, showed that Ethereum price will soon hit $2000 for those waiting for the opportunity to get ready to release their Ethereum for sale because the market price is leading to their wish in this season. Based on what is happening in the cryptocurrency market, showed that there will be massive pumping any moment from this week because long term investors and short term investors are experiencing it already.
Indeed, the green arrows dominating the altcoin market charts currently are a welcome sight for crypto investors. The rallying Bitcoin, cruising again towards the $28,000 mark, is undeniably a bellwether in this context. It's not just about Bitcoin though, the entire crypto market thrives on the ecosystem effect.

When Bitcoin surges, it gives credibility to the crypto market as a whole. Ethereum, with its smart contracts technology and DeFi applications, stands to gain significantly. I wouldnt be surprised if we see it smashing past the $2,000 milestone.

It's not just about short-term price pumping. Crypto is a revolution, and it's here to stay. It's a blend of technology and economy, a perfect concoction thats changing the world. So, hodl onto your coins and brace yourself for a ride to the moon
4883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Next better altcoin? on: June 21, 2023, 08:33:13 AM
I think, Ethereum and binance are in a good position to give you that kind of bright future you want, if you can take a good step in this season to invest on them because the price of Ethereum and binance will increase higher in the future to help their long term traders and short term traders to embrace something good from their investment. If you can Carry out your personal research to know more about Ethereum and binance, you will do everything possible within your power to look for money to invest in those altcoins because there is hope of winning something big at the end of the investment. I believe binance price will definitely reach $300 before the end of this year because the green light is preparing to remain stable.

A need of hard research still as binance are experiencing issue with Sec and like what happen with XRP when the issue raise high the value of this asset still unable to experience major comeback, still far from the last time high, but if you are convinced that BNB can overcome the issue and will win with Sec then the current price is good for positioning your long-term goal.

More on how you think about the future and focus on how you will make a decent amount of profits when the strong bull comeback
and make a huge pump inside the market.
Your observation about Binance' SEC struggle mirrors XRP's past incident. However, like any coin, each matter has its flip side. We're engaging with a groundbreaking, disruptive tech here. History tells us new technologies have initially collided with regulations. Once considered an outlier, Bitcoin today reimagines currency.

Despite challenges, Binance remains solid, demonstrating grit. If you back BNB's resilience, it might be time for a strategic, long-haul investment. Yet, navigate wisely. Monitor the landscape, diversify your assets. Let's uphold our trust in the crypto universe and its innovative potency!
4884  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any airdrop hunters here need some leads on: June 21, 2023, 08:10:38 AM
I don't know many projects with future airdrop events, but some names are quite prominent in the crypto community lately like layerzero, zksync,venom,... however I know that they are perfect It's not easy to get rewards. Like some previous airdrops like ARB, BLUR, APTOS, etc., they all have conditions to filter out those who meet them. So you can also refer to those criteria to look for opportunities, maybe the market hasn't been good lately, so many projects can't be done on schedule and launched soon, but what everyone Following up on airdrops, testnets, etc. can all bring surprises in the future. I remember in the past there were airdrops that took a few years to pay out to the community, but they were all big money, so nurture those opportunities if you feel like it's the right thing to do.
It's not just about layerzero, zksync, venom and others. Every project, before doing an airdrop, has its own set of requirements to ensure the recipients are those who genuinely contribute and add value to their ecosystem. Take ARB, BLUR, APTOS, and many others for instance. They didn't just throw their tokens to anyone. Participants had to meet specific conditions, which, while may seem cumbersome, ensured the airdrop would reach the right hands.

Your observation about the impact of market conditions on project launches is spot-on. Cryptocurrency, though volatile, is inherently resilient. The ability of these projects to adapt and overcome these hurdles is a testament to this resilience. Its heartening to see your positive outlook. There are indeed many rewards to be had in the world of airdrops and testnets. Who wouldnt want to partake in a reward that may pay off big in the future? We should all keep our eyes peeled for these opportunities, just like our forebears did with Bitcoin.
4885  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: chainlink price prediction on: June 21, 2023, 07:48:32 AM
Sure, forecasting future prices of cryptos like Chainlink is no picnic. But this doesnt erase the indomitable strength of blockchain and the radical potential of cryptocurrencies. Despite their volatility and complexity, they're profoundly inventive. In this realm of ambiguity, tech-centric cryptos like Chainlink display exceptional fortitude and growth potential. Its oracle network is redefining smart contracts with secure, real-time data feeds. While respecting analysts' insights, I contend that mainstream finance often undervalues crypto tech. We recall similar scepticism towards Bitcoin, and its current status is a rebuttal. Use it wisely, and the volatile of crypto will not seem so daunting
4886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin vs XRP? on: June 21, 2023, 07:30:56 AM
XRP having this kind of trouble could have been fixed in a minute if they just agreed to leave, but they didn't and they are insisting on existing within the American laws, but the reality is that if they can get over one thing, they will face another and it will continue down like that forever, if they are fine with everything in the end, they will change some laws and make it not alright and check that as well.

Investigations will never end in this regard and we should be considering that as the biggest issue. I know that people will not have easy ways out of this period but looking at how it could happen, I feel like the best thing to do in this case is to see how people could change their approach to the market.
By choosing to operate within U.S. law, they set themselves for a trial that could mold the future of cryptocurrencies here. The struggle may be grueling with legal hurdles, but its a missionfor crypto recognition.  Agreed, current probes put the crypto market on edge. But lets view it differently. This shift isnt just about adapting to the market, its about forming it. To let technologies like Bitcoin unlock their potential, XRP's fight deserves our backing
4887  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Solana hit $40 this year? on: June 21, 2023, 07:14:22 AM
$40 for Solana in 2023 most likely won't touch yet, as FTX 2.0 will reportedly launch in 2024, so I can assume that FTT and Solana Ecosystem will be bullish from 2024,
yes better if you want then this is a good time to accumulate SOL under $40.
The growth of SOL doesn't depend on FTX at all, and I don't see why Solana will have any growth after the relaunch of FTX even if they have any connection or something, SOL might grow in value if Bitcoin goes up in price and enters the bull run which will make the whole market go up with it and SOL might go with the ride as well, other than that, I don't see any growth potential in it for now.

People accumulating SOL might be making a mistake when there are better coins out there that can generate them better profits in the long run, I've been holding for a year now but I didn't see any profit coming from SOL even when the market was doing pretty good.
Delving into its technology is crucial. Solana isnt just any blockchain - its designed for speed and scalability, key in today's crypto-speedway. Though FTX doesn't directly sway SOL's price, a symbiosis exists. FTX gains from Solana's economical transactions and high output, indirectly impacting SOL's uptake. True, Bitcoin's bullish streaks often pull other coins up. Yet, each coin has unique growth triggers. We should not ignore the potential of individual altcoins. I agree, detailed research and diligence must drive our investments. Diversification is critical - never place all assets in one spot. Remain curious and explore the crypto cosmos continuously.
4888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for the Next Great 1000x on: June 21, 2023, 06:57:27 AM
^  The thing that makes it true is if you're not early then 99% of the time, you won't get 1000x.  If the coin is already being promoted on Twitter then take it as a sign that you're late and be happy with the smaller gains that you'll be able to get from it.  It won't be the pipe dream but it's still a win.

But yeah...  Has anybody noticed the LADYS pump?  Up by a tad over 50% in just a couple of days or so.  But it's kinda hitting resistance rn, so prolly better to wait for a sell down before getting in.
ladys as far as I can remember got its good time because it just got shilled by elon and suddenly the rally arrive and the price going up like there's no tomorrow.
but as the time goes, once shills from elon subsides also gone the main and only driving force that helps driving the price goes up further.
it just this way with these meme coins in general and lately i've seen pattern that the newer meme coins that got shilled aren't necessarily gonna hold on for long.
at best its gonna last months and then went downhill ever since, i guess many realized that these meme coins aren't really sustaining.
Linking the destiny of cryptocurrencies strictly to influencers like Elon Musk is narrow-minded. Bitcoin and other cryptos have inherent worth, existing beyond fleeting celebrity endorsements. Sure, "meme" coins might oscillate with influencers' pulse, but dont mistake them for cryptos with substantial tech underpinnings. These aren't temporary trends, but bear transformative possibilities across various sectors. Know this, not all in the crypto universe is precious. Discern between passing trends and authentic tech revolutions. Your reading of the situation lacks depth, so I urge you to delve further into the crypto world.
4889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: It's time to mine Crypton as it will rise soon! on: June 21, 2023, 06:35:07 AM
If you have spare money, you can buy anything. And what about those that want to get rich on crypto, but don't have any money for that? First place goes to airdrops and second place is for green mining that doesn't require any additional supply. I have to look for the list of such mineable coins.
Is it really possible to get rich in crypto currency? yes it possible but not for everyone, I have been seen many people around me that who ave lot of money to spare and they do investment on crypto currency and loose there those money Because it is not enough to have money here, you have to have enough knowledge about trading to gain profit by investment. Moreover, I think if you want to do trading, you must make investment and for this you need money. And to start mining you have to make some kind of investment and I don't think the mining you are talking about is profitable, it's just a waste of time.
Every domain has its learning curve, and crypto isnt an exception. It goes beyond merely having capital - its about mastering market dynamics. Expertise evolves from relentless learning, hands-on experience, and smart risk management. On mining, it's not as futile as perceived. Not every crypto demands Bitcoin-like resources. Coins powered by proof-of-stake or proof-of-space algorithms offer energy-smart options. It boils down to picking the optimal coin. Crypto is finance' future. Early birds reap the most benefits. Each financial expedition commences with a step. With apt knowledge and mentorship, wealth accumulation in crypto is feasible for anyone.
4890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My Investing Coin on: June 21, 2023, 06:14:40 AM
investing in the bearish season is perfect because the prices of all cryptocurrencies are very cheap and can be said to be undervalued,
and look at today's altcoins experiencing a dump of up to -10% more because of the falling Bitcoin price,
if you don't invest in my recommended coins then you can regret it, Cardano, Matic, DOT and ZRX, invest there until the bullish season arrives.
The market in altcoins is going through dumping now. This is the right time to invest in altcoins. But among the coins you mentioned, I have invested in Cardano and DOT. Hope the altcoins market will be very good soon and this  All the coins will increase in price. I thought of keeping them for a few years. But I thought of investing in some more coins.
Unquestionably, the market turbulence you're in now can be termed "chaos." Yet, the investing greats go against the grain, buying when the crowd is selling. Cardano and DOT are steadfast projects with firm paths and adept teams.

Dont get hooked by the fallacy that "diversification" means possessing a basketful of altcoins. Select projects that gel with your investment game plan. Scout for those making strides in scaling, interoperability, and privacy.

Yet, dont overlook the king – Bitcoin. The pioneering crypto continues to set the pace, both in market adoption and tech advancement. Keep believing in it, and it'll yield results.
4891  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How the casino takes money from you with a deposit bonus on: June 20, 2023, 09:46:32 AM
These deposit bonuses are only done to attract more customers to the site. There are often many limitations and conditions attached to these bonuses which you need to fulfil before withdrawing the money. More is the bonus amount, more will the be conditions attached to it. And in order to fulfil the necessary conditions, the gambler have to bet big with the balance. When you bet big, there is huge chance that you will make losses, hence the casino makes money and takes away the money through deposit bonuses.
Absolutely, deposit bonuses, attractive as they appear, primarily lure more clientele to virtual casinos. However, these come with a flurry of conditions, often correlating with the bonus size. It's a subtle snare pushing gamblers to riskier stakes.

To fulfill these prerequisites, numerous bettors incur significant losses, and invariably, the house triumphs. This tactic confirms 'The house always wins'. Let's enlighten our gambling brethren and foster responsible wagering. It's wiser to play safe than regret!
4892  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 20, 2023, 09:23:52 AM
Congratulations to Andy Murray on winning the tournament in Nottingham!

Andy Murray won the Nottingham Open for back-to-back grass-court titles to maintain a perfect Wimbledon build-up.
A week after victory in the Surbiton Trophy, the 36-year-old hoisted more silverware with a 6-4 6-4 victory over France's Arthur Cazaux in Nottingham.

Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/tennis/65943406

It's great to see that Andy Murray, after so many injuries and after not playing for so long, is not giving up and is still trying to play at the highest level. After this victory, he will enter the top 40 tennis players in the world.
His biggest prize will be a performance at the upcoming Wimbledon, although his chances of a big result at Wimbledon are probably very small.
I wonder how long we will see tennis masters like him or Nadal on the court.
Much expected win. This have helped him move few ranks high on the world tennis rank list. Young players are dominating the court and it is really hard for him to win more matches. However his thoughts and staying positive at this age with much of injuries and recovery breaks shows his love to tennis. A good win and congratulations. I'm not sure how it happened, but it was said that the kids of Andy Murray have come to the match to give him a father's day support and wishing him the same. Really great!!!

I am glad for Murray he won but I don't think he has any chance to win Wimbledon; he can win a couple of matches but that will be it. Yes, he has 10 victories on a row on grass, but against unknown and low ranked players. I just checked and the highest ranked player was nr 69... We will see in the Queen's tournament what he can achieve as also more top50 players are playing there.
Indeed, your perspective is distinct, and I largely concur. Given Murray's display, it appears his reign over tennis might be past. His recent wins, while noteworthy, didn't come against high-caliber opponents, did they?

However, tennis transcends mere rankings. It's about performance on the day. It's improbable, but Murray might spring a surprise at Queen's. It's undoubtedly a hefty task. Yet, isn't life all about unpredictability?
4893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: June 20, 2023, 09:00:52 AM
Leverkusen have made a big progress since Xabi Alonso arrived at the team. They were strolling around the relegation area before he came. People were wondering how successful Xabi Alonso could be. Because he was an inexperienced manager as you know. This was going to be his first proper manager experience and he started with a pretty decent team like Leverkusen.

He came here to take a big responsibility to save this team from the threat of relegation. But he dealt with this situation pretty well. He didn't just make do with making the team get away from the relegation area. They even secured a spot for the Europa League by finishing as the 6th.

The board must be loving him now. However I'm pretty sure next season's target will be top 4. As Xabi Alonso will be in control as of the beginning of a season this time, I think he can do this tough work also.
I must admit, Xabi Alonso deserves credit for stirring a sea change at Leverkusen, hauling it from near-collapse to a Europa League spot - an exceptional rookie feat, right? Yet, its hard to forget our initial goal of a top 3 finish under Gerardo Soene. The bitter pill is that the season's first half was a catastrophe - we were flirting with relegation!

Alonso introduced a refreshing approach and strategy, making center-backs key to offense initiation and boosting ball possession. Still, the subtleties matter. Can we maintain this climb? Is the top 4 spot within our reach next season?
4894  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is to be blamed, the gambler or the betting agent on: June 20, 2023, 08:37:57 AM
Your story signifies the bookie's oversight. The debtor, earning 2k daily, would require at least four expense-less days for debt settlement - not a feasible assumption. Considering this, the bookie's fast debt collection looks doubtful. It emphasizes the importance of caution and discernment in lending in gambling. The event stands as a firm lesson on the hazards of careless lending and over-gambling, notably for the bookie.
4895  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: June 20, 2023, 08:20:48 AM
The Brooklyn Nets are trying to make a deal with the Pelicans to get Zion Williamson for Ben Simmons and a whole bunch of draft picks.  This seems like a terrible deal for both teams if I'm being honest.  The Pelicans getting Ben Simmons would pretty much destroy their team in my opinion and kick off a rebuild with their picks.  Meanwhile the Nets would give up all their picks assuring that they suck for years while picking up Zion, who has been injury prone and won't be there to carry the team.  Both teams are a disaster, but the Pelicans really have to get a win now attitude while they have Ingram and Zion on the roster.
I see the proposed swap of Zion Williamson for Ben Simmons plus draft picks as a risky venture for the Nets and the Pelicans. Simmons' addition could unsettle the Pelicans, necessitating an abrupt rebuild. Conversely, the Nets would gamble their future by giving up draft picks, only to gain an injury-prone Williamson. It seems shaky, at best. I suggest the Pelicans exploit their present lineup for immediate triumph, instead of banking on uncertain future prospects.
4896  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's on! 2024 US Presidential Election Biden+Harris Vs Trump Bitcoin betting.... on: June 20, 2023, 08:03:44 AM
~snip~
Also, considering the seemingly tight ties Trump has proven to have with Arabian and Russians it is a bit weird that Jack Smith did not reply affirmatively when asked if he wanted Trump's passport removed and the imposition of some travel restrictions abroad. If the defendant as not a leading candidate the story would be very different, I think.

Perhaps, Smith knows that everything he says will be used to fuel the narrative of presidential interference so he is rather trying not to give ammo to Fox news and Newsmax.

Still, I am sure that if Trump fled the country near the date of his judgement, the democrat party would be happier with that outcome.

I'm not sure about this, but isn't that normal procedure to stop someone in the position that Trump currently is from fleeing the country?

Independent of who the person is, I think once the process starts they cannot leave the country legally. Or maybe there are some technicalities around this.
Usually, the court imposes travel bans on individuals facing serious charges, irrespective of their stature or acclaim. Jack Smith' guarded response might merely denote prudent public discourse given his words' political implications. It's a tightrope walk between legal mandates and political concerns.

Trump absconding the country, though intriguing, is quite an intense notion. While it might pacify some political frictions, it's quite the spectacle to envision.
4897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Friendly Match is Hard to Predict on: June 20, 2023, 07:45:29 AM
This is normal, after all friendlies are not things that you are suppose to bet on, it is a thing where teams just test out tactics and players get in shape and learn to play with each other because not everyone played for the national team all the time, so some players are new, and they need to learn to play together. I personally believe that any friendly is not good to play, club ones are not that good to bet on neither, because teams do not care if they win or lose, that's not the point of a friendly.

There are some of them like friendly cups, in which case that could be important because they may care about it, but even in those cases it is not really that much of a big deal and teams rarely play to win those games at all.
Betting extends beyond outcomes, encapsulating team dynamics and players' performances. New recruits introduce unpredictability, creating a platform to evaluate their potential. Your claim that outcomes dont concern teams holds some truth, yet misses the mark. Winning, while not the sole aim, provides players an avenue to establish their value, lending relevance to matches. Friendly cups, though seeming less significant, hold prestige and boost team morale. They may lack the cut-throat competitiveness of championships, but labeling them as trivial play is a gross simplification.
4898  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: June 20, 2023, 07:28:19 AM
There are a lot of teams playing in the qualifiers. It would have been great if at least four teams qualified for the World Cup from this. They could easily do that because it is not a hard job to select 4/5 teams from the 10 that are playing.

But of course, ICC is not interested in giving these teams any chance and they are only interested in making sure that West Indies and Sri Lanka qualify for the World Cup because that is going to generate them better money compared to if some associate country qualifies.

The official explanation is that the media rights holders (Disney-Star) doesn't want smaller (i.e Associate) teams in the world cup. So the number of participants was reduced from 16 in the 2007 ODI World Cup to 10 as of now. But then the question remains. If only 10 nations are participating in this tournament (out of that 5 from the South Asian region), how can you call it as "World" cup? There should have been a middle way, which would make sure that some of the associate nations get to participate and also the media rights holders are happy. But as of now, not even all the full members (12) are included in the world cup.
Honestly, this feels like ICC's just pandering to the media rights holders rather than actually considering what's best for the sport. Yeah, sure, Disney-Star doesn't want small teams, so let's just kick 'em out of the park, right? But hey, why stop there? Why not just play India vs Pakistan or Australia vs England for a month and call it a World Cup?

This just seems like ICC's still stuck in the 2007 World Cup hangover. Hey, can someone get them a cold shower already?
4899  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Without money, the knowledge is a waste on: June 20, 2023, 07:09:17 AM
Money is good, but knowledge is better. Both works well to compliment each other to a certain extent. Having the knowledge and not the money to invest in what you know leads to the what is called 'Knowledgeable broke person'. Aside from Bitcoin, in the general scheme of life, it's like learning a trade or handiwork but not having the money to set it up for yourself. You could do freelancing, raise some capital and set yourself up.
In all, money is very necessary to make the knowledge come to fruition.
Your observation of money and knowledge being complementary forces rings true, especially in the world of Bitcoin. The cryptoverse demands a blend of insightful knowledge and savvy investing. Without sufficient monetary power, knowledge may seem like an underutilized asset.

In the realm of Bitcoin, this duo acts as the catalyst for success. The well-versed individuals with modest means can exploit the opportunities like crypto mining or earning Bitcoin through freelance gigs. Hence, even if one's financial capacity is limited, the knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain technology can potentially unlock numerous avenues to accrue wealth. This is the democratizing power of Bitcoin – it provides an arena where knowledge can truly be transformed into wealth.
4900  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Forever on: June 20, 2023, 06:48:12 AM
bitcoin is something new in my life and gives hope to have better finances, from this forum I can learn about bitcoin, its characteristics and how to make money from investing in bitcoin. until during the bearish season this time I didn't experience panic like during the previous bearish season. therefore maybe for the rest of my life I will always be friends with bitcoin which uses a decentralized system with all its advantages

If one has learned the pattern of Bitcoin market, he will never panic sell or worried about its price during the bear market.  Instead, he should be happy DCA-ing as price fluctuate because we all know that after the Bitcoin price crash, Bitcoin has the ability to recover and rally upward which often breaks its ATH.

Only those who do not understand nor are willing to understand Bitcoin sell in an instant whenever the price crashes and I find this a good thing because in the end only people who have strong trust on BTC that will be left.

I couldnt agree more. Understanding the Bitcoin market's rhythm is a prerequisite for surviving the volatile waves. Those who cant weather the storm might as well stay at the shore.

DCA is indeed a savvy approach during the bear market. It mitigates risks and averages out the investment costs over time. And with Bitcoin's proven track record of rallying after a crash, DCA has the potential to yield remarkable returns.

The selling spree following a crash often results in an environment where only the resilient hodlers remain.
