• Germany - Ukraine,
• and Indonesia vs Palestine

You were just unlucky, not every friendly match ended up with a draw result. In most friendly matches, a stronger team should win as expected although they didn't score many goals. Just look at the current match (Argentina vs Indonesia), Argentina won the match as expected but they only scored 2 goals.

I don't know why a strong team like German and Morocco didn't play seriously when meet in a friendly match.

It is because they have no motivation to win the match. It is only a friendly match, winning won't bring a big advantage. As far as I know, the main purpose of a friendly match is for entertainment. Commonly, a big team will play seriously if they are competing for a prestigious title. Since the purpose is only for entertainment, the players don't really care about the result of the match.

Actually this is a bit off topic, but I just wanted to review it.
