From my experience, I can see that there is a huge lack of job offers here in the forum. Maybe it is because of many scammers or due to the market downfall and the projects have reduced their workforce. I would advise you to try and search in other websites that are related with jobs in the crypto space rather than waiting for employers to contact you.

Burning the token which is unsolved is the better idea then others because it actually not going to touch the where you after talking even after the sale but if it airdropped to the investors or to the participants to promote more then it will decrease holding current value to further more. Token burning has its flaws as well and depends on the utility of the project we are talking. If the project needs a reasonable supply in order to make the project work then it is wrong to burn them. I think that a combination of these 3 ways is the best. And probably you can lock some tokens for a certain period that may be unlocked for a sale or to potential investors that achieve a certain trading volume. This raises awareness of your project. |

Cryptopia was one of my favorite exchanges. So many coins listed there and the most of them not in the top of the ranking so it was a good exchange as the volume was a good one and they had so many altcoins listed there. By the time it got hacked, I lost my faith in Cryptopia. I may still try to trade some coins there but I am very discouraged to do so due to the recent events.

It depends if you see it in a short-term or long-term period. I think that in a short term period the future of crypto is not so good. There are signs that the market is pushed downwards reaching another low during this quarter. Bitcoin is still considered by many as a digital asset and not as a payment method/digital cash. I don't think that you should judge any coins due to its logo but due to its functionality. The market is not going to continue to fail because more and more companies have started paying attention to the blockchain technology, the actual technology behind cryptocurrencies, so the value is going to rise in the future. |
