If I were you, you should not invest all your savings in crypto. Why will you invest all your savings if you can't afford to lose it? As what people always say, invest what you can afford to lose. It depends if you see it in a short-term or long-term period. I think that in a short term period the future of crypto is not so good. There are signs that the market is pushed downwards reaching another low during this quarter. With regards to long term speculation, I think that we can see the prices rise again in the end of 2019 where some adoption will start to be shown.

Yes, basically everyone has a different view of crypto.
