4901  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: October 08, 2021, 10:33:27 PM
Nice! I won many tickets as well, but didn't have the luck winning any prizes! So I decided to save my WoF spins, as I mentioned earlier...

Interesting strategy. This way you can concentrate all your spins in a single round to accumulate most tickets as possible increasing your winning chances at the lottery. Maybe among so many spins you can also hit some Lambo tickets and who knows, maybe an Iphone or rolex. Grin

If you don't bother, and sorry if I'm being nosy, but could you share the results from these spins once you decide to use them all at once? That would be a nice public experiment.
4902  Economy / Economics / Re: When will the role of fiat currency disappear against crypto. on: October 08, 2021, 09:31:37 PM
Currently, there are many usd-based stablecoins such as, usdt, busd, usdc and maybe many others.  To be honest, I used to think that crypto would completely eliminate the usd's dominance of the world economy but I was wrong, it turns out that usd is now evolving to crypto (stablecoins).  What do you think, whether in the future bitcoin or other crypto can replace the role of currency in each country and leave fiat currencies such as usd, euro, yuan and others.
Fiat is still needed because the stability it proportionates. I don't think humans would have life quality only dealing with volatile crypto currencies. How could anyone sleep well knowing tomorrow or in the next hour his funds may lose 50% of its currently value? Therefore, if right now there is a lot of whales trying to play with crypto prices, imagine how further they would go if the world's economy was entirely in crypto currencies. That would be an even more fragile society compared to the one we live nowadays, much more exposed to manipulation and tyranny.

The same way crypto currency protects us from the inflation and abusive governments, fiat currencies also protect us from speculators and market's volatility. Each of them has a purpose to exist and we should use both, fiat and crypto currency, in the respective situations they best fit for us fulfilling our objectives.
4903  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bangladesh may be approve bitcoin very soon according to ICT MINISTER on: October 08, 2021, 07:13:25 PM
Good to know state minister of Bangladesh is open minded about bitcoin benefits. It's comforting to see authorities refuting usual negative thoughts people have about bitcoin, like the popular one which says bitcoin is related to illegal activities and products. Now let's see what the status of bitcoin will be in Bangladesh.
They may pass a regulation similar to El Salvador considering it legal tender or may pass a softer regulation just legalizing the digital currency. The important is that poor countries can be the most benefited ones by adopting bitcoin, as they have nothing to lose and I have the impression many of these countries are already aware about the potential benefits in doing so. It's noticiable the number of countries interested in bitcoin in a short time period (El Salvador, Ukraine, Cuba, Brazil, Paraguay and now Bangladesh).
4904  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: $2.7 billion merger - Bally's Corp and Gamesys - one of the biggest in gambling on: October 08, 2021, 07:08:52 AM
That is not so easy for these traditional gambling companies to adopt crypto currency because regulations from the countries where they are established must be taken into consideration and most of them are full of bureaucracy. That is the only reason I can imagine why they didn't adopt it yet, because online casinos have only to profit by using crypto currencies. In other words: to not adopt crypto is a waste of time and money.
Maybe in the next few years we are going to see some changes in regulations to make the adoption process by companies easier and more accessible.
4905  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or altcoins on: October 08, 2021, 02:52:06 AM
Currently my portfolio is 20% bitcoin and 80% altcoins, I invest a lot in cheap coins and today invest again around $100 to buy SHIB and happy because the SHIB trend continues to increase, I think for big profits we should invest altcoins because of the opportunity to get big profits can be obtained in altcoins.
With higher profitability promises comes higher risks to be taken by the investor. To say what is better (bitcoin or altcoins) will depend on the profile of each investor.

For a conservative investor bitcoin is the best option, because it's the safest investment you can expect from crypto currency universe, which has shown solid results if we take its history since the beginning.

For moderate investors I would say 60%-80% of the portfolio in bitcoin and the rest in altcoins would be suitable.

And for agressive investors I think your settings look an interesting option with 80% of the portfolio in altcoins. But I think it's a really risky choice. A high speculative one.
4906  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: *Day Traders* are now calling gambling Addiction helplines!! on: October 07, 2021, 11:04:07 PM
Day trading was always gambling no matter how you look at it.

The fact of the matter is that these people looking at charts like some sort of astrology sign without proper risk management are playing a zero sum game against institutions that are 100x better than them.

It would be better for them to just play dice or something, to be honest.
True. Everyone knows the market is unpredictable on short run, so it's impossible to use skills to foresee crypto market's behavior in a 24 hours time period. Sudden events which may happen without previous warnings can affect the market positively or negatively and are out of anyone's control. As a hobby or extra income that is fine, but nobody should rely their lives on this activity.

The point is that day trading has become a profitable niche for many internet gurus selling their courses and masterclasses promising huge returns in a daily basis for their customers/disciples. Youtube is infested with such content as people go for it, because they want to left their currently jobs while increasing their money income doing less effort.

You are nuts

Sigh, why do you have to insult me for loving a site.
Even though you love the site you shouldn't harm your physical and mental health for it. It's important for our body and mind to sleep for many consecutive hours without interruptions and you shouldn't break this cycle.

You can make freebitco.in much more useful and effective if you deposit some money instead of using the faucet all day long, as the interest generated will surpass the income from claims you have right now. Furthermore, with a decent premium FUN package you will get a nice number of lottery tickets from wheel too, if that is what you are looking for. This way you don't have to compromise your rest and another daily activities while still loving the site.
4908  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Karnataka Government Banned Online Gambling on: October 07, 2021, 09:13:19 PM
The law was submitted following the death of a guy due to gambling losses ( he committed suicide)
That is a very weak argument to pass a gambling ban law, excluding horse racing category from the ban. In the regulators' view a gambler who plays at a traditional casino is prone to commit suicide, but a gambler who bets on horse racing isn't. How do they explain the difference of effects horse racing and another kinds of gambling can cause to the players? After all they are all gambling games.

Does anyone at least question the flawed arguments presented by authorities in India?
4909  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: October 07, 2021, 09:38:23 AM
There is one day left for the Turkey - Norway match. This is one of the very important matches for both of these teams to have a good advantage in their group. Norway still have another tough match against Netherlands on the last match week but they will want to get at least one point here to secure their advantage until that match. However, there will be no Haaland and no Sörloth. This means that Turkey are being favored in this match. And I believe that they will win too.
Norway should be strategical and go for a tie with a very defensive game in order to guarantee 1 point and stay at the second position of the group until the team's stars can play again in a next game. In my opinion that is the best they can do for now. It's too risky to try playing from equal to equal in the currently conditions without Haaland, Sorloth, King and Ajer.

Moreover the history of matches between the two teams isn't a bright one for Norway... In march Turkey beat Norway 3-0. A defensive approach is definitely needed.
4910  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice for fun or profits on: October 06, 2021, 11:14:51 PM
Different people with divergent motives for gambling and Dice is the most go to gambling game for fun seekers and passive gamblers, and this has raised some cases in the casino House where you play against a player with different motives to yours. I only visit casino houses just to cash fun and spend my free time, but you will find other players who are always at the casino at all times and always ready to play a game against anyone ready this makes me believe this guy is not an addict but have gambled as they mean of making money and dice being an easy game which relies on luck as the top choice.

I generally would prefer dice over the game of crash. The fact is, dice might seem impossible to beat but if you do get engaged with the site where you can make changes before the bet, you can actually make profits for the long terms.

So what you can do is, believe in *slow and steady wins the race*
Make small bets
Do make the risk area smallest, increase your range, ik you would make less profits this way but if you go on for the long term it would definitely work out.
Reset everything, clear everything every 5-6 games.
It doesn't work mate. On long term the casino is always going to overcome us, because they have a slight advantage percentage. Those 1%-2% house edge make all the difference and proportionates guaranteed profit for the house the more gamblers play dice game. When I started wagering on dice I thought exactly like you said in your post, but as time passed and I started losing money, so I had to change my mind, like many others have also done. And I believe that is why many gamblers have been migrating from dice game to sports betting during the last years, because sports give us an impression our knowledge and skills can make some difference in the results on long run.
4911  Economy / Economics / Re: For every $269 in bitcoin, $4,672 of tax payer money is spent on: October 06, 2021, 07:53:26 PM
There is no way to say if bitcoin mining is going to be bad business for El Salvador yet. What we have so far are speculations which endorse and others which go against bitcoin, what is natural since the adoption there is in a very early stage yet. It's clear El Salvador has a serious issue with energy supply and that it's not the cheapest energy in the world, but at same time there is an unprecedented attempt from the government to minimize costs in order to make bitcoin mining a viable business and who knows, futurely, decrease the costs of energy consumed by citizens at their homes as well.

As the article says, the announcement made by president Bukele about geothermal energy production doesn't bring further details regards costs it will represent for the country, what makes me believe all the calculations presented by the specialist are purely speculative for this reason. Once the government presents details in numbers ($) about the project we can reach to a better conclusion.
4912  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you want to see Bitcoin legal in your country? on: October 05, 2021, 11:37:06 PM
Bitcoin is still legal in many countries and illegal in many countries. Do you want, Bitcoin to be legal in your country?
Do you feel the need to legalize Bitcoin in your country?
Are your ideas about Bitcoin positive or negative?
What is your personal opinion about this?
What do you think, if bitcoin is legalized in your country, the country will be improved or will be damaged?
I definitely want Bitcoin to be legal in my country, and I feel the need to make Bitcoin legal in my country.
Personally I don't want, because I feel it's not necessary since the way we can already use bitcoin is good enough. Furthermore, when you live in a corrupt dirty country you prefer regulators interfering in less matters as possible, so you don't need to worry about being abused by them. However I know it's inevitable and in the next years bitcoin is probably going to become legal in most countries including mine.

When this happens it will be good for increasing adoption among laypeople, but also good for the corrupt government and their allies to fill their pockets with more money from the population. I suppose everyone profits, even those who don't deserve it...
4913  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 04, 2021, 09:25:58 PM
The deal between Everton and Al Rayyan for James Rodriguez is complete, he passed his medical today as well. A really weird transfer, he was in Real Madrid a few years ago and started really well at Everton last season, he's fairly young and I did not expect he will end up somewhere in Qatar.

I always liked him as a player, but a lot of technically gifted players that do not really participate in the defensive part of the game end up at Qatar or UAE or USA too early.

I must say it's very sad. He would have provided a lot of support to the strikers at Everton like he used to when Ancelotti was there. Qatar can give him all the money but will he enjoy that football level? I really doubt it. I actually now wonder what's his impression of Ancelotti now that he kinda ditched him. I think Everton could have made still a great use of him but they rather chose to sell him out in order to save his wages. Still Everton have made some great transfers like Gray and Townsend.
That's the problem with lots of South America players when they reach their thirties, they look for easy life, they are less ambitious, their football performance drop, they follow the money to China or Qatar,I think is a shame because he is a good player,it would be nice seeing him play in the middle with Townsend and Gray at  the wings.
I remember during the world cup of 2014 people talked a lot about this player, how he could be a decisive factor for Colombia and even that he was a potential next "Neymar" for world soccer. Now that he is going to play for Al-Rayyan I just hope he can help the team to recover and improve results (they really need it). Maybe he can still become an idol for asian soccer since for the european standards he wasn't approved.
4914  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if stop believing about bitcoin ? on: October 04, 2021, 09:03:10 PM
Bitcoin has no physical presence. What if we just stop believing in bitcoin. I mean every country has the equivalent of gold to their fiat. Bitcoin has no gold or physical value. Can this ever happen ?
It's definitely not going to happen, but as we are talking as if, it's pretty sure in that case bitcoin price would drop to zero, as this market works fully in function of simple supply and demand rule, without any external possibility of manipulation or interference.

I believe what backs bitcoin price is its functionality and efficiency for its adopters. But as soon as it becomes obsolete, the price will fall.
On long run (for the next 2 decades I suppose) we are safe, however we must keep in mind nothing lasts forever and OP's observation is valid to help people develop a critical sense regards bitcoin.
4915  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which Companies Use Symbols Similar to That of Bitcoin? on: October 04, 2021, 04:35:07 PM
The only logo I can think of that is remotely similar is the Google's Blogger Logo,
It has a B and is Orange .  .  .

That is the most accurate so far and I remember linking "blogger" logo to bitcoin one in my mind the first time I saw bitcoin, because their similarity in shape and colour. And it's an interesting coincidence, because blogger is from 1999, much older than bitcoin. On the other hand, another logos sharing some similarity (including another currencies) I see nowadays came after bitcoin, so I believe they were somehow inspired by the original crypto currency.
4916  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🕷 betspider.io | 🔥The Hot & 👩‍Fun Place to Make Wager & 💰 Investment on: October 04, 2021, 04:17:09 PM
"When there is no activity (i.e. making a bet, a deposit, a withdrawal or any others), your account will become an inactive account."

I think this should be revised or add some details. Are inactive accounts will be permanently suspended? For how long before it will be tagged as inactive account?

What if there's a current active investment but the account wasn't logged in for let's say 1-2 years? Just like in my just-dice account, not logged for about 2-3 years I think but I still got my account logged in without a problem and my stake Clams are still there.

💰 Investments 💰 : Share casino profits with house forever once wagering!

Buy BetSpider Stock! 🔥 Average Monthly 3% Profit Rate after launching!! 📈

they say "once waggering "  .
i guess you need to place bets and play before you join that feature but i think your allowed in the other investment option without the need of gambling because theres no waggering word written in it .

Betspider needs to be more active on this thread in order to clarify important inquiries like the ones above and give themselves some credibility to attract more users. An interactive and fast support is very important for a new casino to rise among so many consolidated ones we already have in crypto gambling industry. I hope you can come here soon and clear up these doubts.
4917  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: October 04, 2021, 07:12:50 AM
How is the COVID situation going to impact the matches that are scheduled for this week and next week? Many of the European countries are witnessing the third wave of the pandemic. There is a good chance that some of the key players may get infected and become unavailable for the matches. For teams with good balance, it is not much of an issue. But teams that are dependent on single players (such as Norway, Portugal, Belgium.etc), it is going to be an issue. Also, in some of the groups, the picture may not be clear even after this round. Group G and Group H are examples.
Well, COVID can be a big concern not only for this month's games, but also for the world cup next year, because I have read some players from England national team are refusing to take the vaccine. I don't know if it's really true, because no names were mentioned, but an article says 5 of them refused the vaccine justifying the virus is harmless to young, athletic people, while others use conspiracy theories as excuse.
From 32 national teams it's likely one or another player refuses being vaccinated for different reasons. I ask myself how the organizing committee is going to deal with this situation when the time comes.

England Team World Cup: England World Cup hopes in complete disarray as 5 players refuse Covid-19 Vaccine
4918  Other / Archival / Re: [POLL] What to expect from Bitcoin in 2022? on: October 04, 2021, 02:07:45 AM
Usually bitcoin's price increases in the end of the year and that is what I expect from now on. I see no reason for a pessimistic wave on crypto currency right now. Things are pretty good and adoption is evolving well. Regulations are coming from different countries and although I don't like it, they are inevitable. Early adopters will have to get used to it and understand they can be benefical for bringing a portion of the population to adopt btc too, as many people only do what their governments say they are allowed to do (through regulations).

Meanwhile more (and new) investors are also developing interest for crypto currencies day by day, as we have children getting older and traditional investors finally changing their minds about bitcoin due to the reputation the digital currency has been able to build along the years. If some investors want to cashout their profits I think it won't have a big impact at all, because there will be many others willing to buy yet.
4919  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China Quitting Bitcoin Mining Is Very Positive in Long Term on: October 03, 2021, 11:43:22 PM
These are good news indeed. It's also an opportunity for another countries to attract and incentivize mining companies to run these businesses in their territories, increasing the local receipt to boost national economies.

If the idea of mining bitcoin with vulcanic energy from El Salvador's government works for real, I believe it will be an interesting destiny for many entrepreneurs interested in investing in this field, but if another countries are smart and have exceding energy supplies they should enter the competition as well.

In the end everyone is benefited and btc mining becomes more decentralized, that is, splitted among different countries, what difficults manipulation by governments like China has been doing so far.
4920  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of meme coins like dogecoin, dogebnb, shib, etc. on: October 03, 2021, 07:09:43 PM
Doge is probably the only meme coin that can survive on the market, other meme coins will quickly disappear because they really bring no real value to the market and users, they are made to pump and dump. If you are intending to invest in some memecoin. Do your research well before deciding to invest and always be ready to lose money at any time and you will not have to worry about losing them.
I agree. Dogecoin may survive for its history in crypto universe since the beginning. It's a very popular currency and people have always seen it in a positive way (at least until Elon Musk adopted it). The called memecoins which came after are a blatantly copy of dogecoin in an attempt to induce people to engage themselves in pump and dump schemes. Like many other altcoins created for the same purposes, these memecoins are destined to the bottom of crypto market.
