4961  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice Game Profitable strategy on: April 15, 2019, 04:54:16 PM
This is some sort of selling a nonsense idea. Please do not get me wrong but I think you are in the wrong place to sell your so-called strategy. People here aren't kids with 5 dollars in their pockets and doesn't know what to do with it. If you have that strategy and you think it really works, then you should just keep it with yourself. Anyways, no hate. If you can prove to us that your strategy is effective then we would buy it.
4962  Economy / Economics / Re: What is p2p lending on: April 15, 2019, 04:13:42 PM
If you have a great community and mutual friends within the industry, p2p lend would fit with your needs. However, you must make sure to ask some help to the people who you would trust and will let you a comeback if you went down and became broke. In cryptocurrency, you have to accept that the time won't always be with your side. Sometimes you will also fall and you have the choice to stand or let yourself lying down and weak.

So you have to choose the people who will be able to back you up. Let you borrow theirs and will also help you stand up and pay them back in 2,000% interest. 2,000% interest means paying them back with things they couldn't afford using their money. Like loyalty, trustworthiness and being friends with them.
4963  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Life boils down to four bottles. on: April 15, 2019, 04:00:44 PM
Life is too short to live in regret that's why I encourage people to always watch themselves, which bottle are you on?.
Yes, you are right. I've seen your point and would find this not a cycle of everyone. But is a cycle of a person who born in the 1980s- 2010.
During the specific generation, democracy was implemented and the businessmen were able to produce sodas. Honestly, before soda became the 2nd bottle, people were only drinking waters, fruit juices, and natural alcohol. Before there was also no powdered milk but babies were feed with natural breast kinds of milk from their healthy moms. It should have not existed if the people stayed natural.
4964  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin Debit Card on: April 15, 2019, 03:27:33 PM
I think bitcoin debit card would be possible to be executed. However, for now, that is just a speculation. Even though we can tell that debit card with cryptocurrency is not far from reality, the question is that how will the regulators and banks think about it? Also, there's a point of view where debit cards in bitcoin are useless. Why do you need a debit card if you have your phone with a very simple QR code which you could just put in front of the scanner and can withdraw cash?
Do you think it is a good idea?

After all, debit cryptocurrency is also not ideal since BTC is a volatile market. Well, we don't know but yes I belong to the group who expect that to happen as well.
4965  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Austria wants to ban online anonymity - globally on: April 15, 2019, 03:00:13 PM
The reason why Austria is banning online anonymity is that Europe was dominated by money laundering cases and fraud. More European banks are being drawn into money-laundering allegations centered on dirty Russian money, adding to the scandal in an industry still recovering from the financial crisis.

A big percentage of money laundering was operated and executed using the cryptocurrencies as well. So we have to expect that KYC will become with us always.

4968  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Bitcointalk Charity Program - Now With Signatures! on: April 15, 2019, 11:03:26 AM

4969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering Contests on: April 14, 2019, 10:14:17 PM
Wagering contest is something we can always consider to join with. However due to its popularity, it becomes more and more populated. And resulting for it to be non-profitable with gamblers who had a small bankroll. I was looking forward to joining any wagering contest but never had a chance of joining so.

Because upon checking, those people who had a chance to join and win from it has big bankrolls and I will not be able to have that, as well.
If given a chance, I would join the contest that offers free bets. That is when I will be able to experience it and have a chance to win the prize!
4970  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the SEC creating secret law for crypto? on: April 14, 2019, 05:45:33 PM
No. This isn't called as secret laws, you may also prefer it as "PILOT LAWS" where they have a few laws in Pilot mode and trying to know which will really work. Of course, if you have a pilot law, you will not be able to publish it as you are still trying to see if it would work or not.

There's no such thing as a secret law. Law is made for everyone and if a regulator is not publishing it, you have to expect that they are still working with it. Check this one, this is an SEC accepted cryptocurrency.

4971  Economy / Economics / Re: A Crypto Blessing: China’s Plan to Ban Bitcoin Mining Will Work Wonders on: April 14, 2019, 05:37:31 PM
China had this great dream since day one. By yuan being as famous a US dollar. They had dreamed of having yuan as a global currency and they strive their best to achieve it. Bitcoin was banned in China because it would affect the value of their own currency. Decentralized currency would affect a country's national currency and that is the reason why they are regulating it.

One of the reason as well is that mining bitcoin will require a lot of energy source which China will be able to use on industrial instead.
I've heard about a person who stole electricity from his neighbors to mine and that is one of the minor things that affected the decision of Chinese regulators.
4972  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The Complete Bitcoin Guide for Beginners on: April 14, 2019, 05:26:36 PM
If I were a newbie, these guides would help me enough to be familiar to bitcoin but won't have an idea to earn from it.
If you really want to know more about the bitcoin, then the first thing you have to do is to join campaigns and community who pioneers it.

Having Bitcointalk.org as a community to join with is a privilege as a beginner. Because upon observing we are only 5% of bitcoin users who really know what to do because of the information provided in the community.

Have my +6 for you to move sa senior rank, you deserved it. Sana magamit mo ang smerits mo sa tamang pagdistribute at isa kang example na pwedeng mabago ang isang bagay or tao kung talagang gusto mo magbago. Lahat nang bagay nagbabago ika-nga change is permanent, you just need some people to push you to be a better person – inspiration.
I am very happy that I achieved this rank now and that is because of you guys, hindi ko nalang mention lahat kasi maraming Filipino ang good poster din na deserving mag rank up.

4976  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Malware education - How to find hidden viruses & How does malware work on: April 14, 2019, 02:08:27 PM
I'm so sorry but, if you want to educate the people your post should be easily comprehended and catchy. But yes you were right. Malwarebytes have a strong all-around malware engine and checking the code part by part with a strong signature database.
360Total is also recommended for malware.

Next time, if you are planning to post something make sure to keep it easily comprehended and avoid putting a lot of words. Just become a straight to the point person.
4977  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: China’s Plan to Ban Bitcoin on: April 14, 2019, 01:48:51 PM
As I call it, it's an industrial revolution. As I said to the previous thread, China has a great dream of having Yuan as a global currency. Bitcoin would affect that vision/goal of them so they need to ban it to avoid disrupting the plan.

China is looking forward to becoming a global influencer and get the spot of being the best country in the economic category. Bitcoin mining is also one of the minor opportunity that affects the sources of China. Of course, mining bitcoin would require a massive amount of electrical source.
4978  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The third revolution in the UK on: April 14, 2019, 12:55:56 PM
I find Nigel Farage as a person who talks a lot but doesn't really know what he says. Farage was elected to the European Parliament in 1999 and was reelected  for almost three times.

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2019/apr/12/nigel-farage-pledges-to-deliver-uk-into-promised-land-of-bankruptcy

As stated in the article, Nigel Farage said "No more Mr. Nice Guy". Nige had just been minding his own business, hoovering up cash on the far-right chat shows circuit in the US.  And he also said that Brexit was being betrayed by politicians and businessmen.
Ain't know why he sees himself as a savior who was going to deliver the UK into the promised land of bankruptcy.

That "MESSIAH COMPLEX" though.
4979  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [FILIPINO GUIDE] PAANO MO MA-VERIFY ANG IYONG ELECTRUM USING WINDOWS,MAC,LINUX on: April 14, 2019, 12:33:00 PM
Curious ako. Are you using Electrum too?
Yes, I am using Electrum in receiving our weekly salary from Bitblender sig campaign and that's the reason I brought this topic here to let them know that it is the better and safer way in using Electrum wallet for storing bitcoin safe. Maliban nalang kung bibili ka ng trezor or Ledger nano s. yun talaga pinaka safe. Pero sa walang balak gumastos ito na yung mas safe na alam ko.
4980  Economy / Economics / Re: We need the large Over the Counter (OTC) buy orders on exchanges! on: April 14, 2019, 12:26:08 PM
Basically, Over The Counter (OTC) Platforms are decentralized trading/exchange platform where the sharks will be able to exchange easily and buy a large number of Cryptocurrencies with convenience and less transparency.

This is also a nice plan. By sparking the price for a little bit, it would fire the thing and would give us another bull run. They aren't manipulating the market, they are actually doing their best to get the interests of the people. There's a perspective of, by initiating something, the herd will follow and will feel confident of doing it as well.
