Your best bet is to report on authorities. To recover your funds someone would need to make a tx from the scammer address and send it to your wallet. Which means they have to get the private key/seed, or force the scammer on gun point. I don't think any random guy on the internet can do that, even finding the location of the scammer is a task on its own. As others said, if somebody said they can do this, there's a high chance they're scammers themselves. Already did posted there. you could see the site i got scammed. Before i did buy from the site i searched there and there is none so i thought it was ok and i just take the risk. <-- Idiot me :[

Nobody is forcing you to use bitcoin, and I doubt the community is forced either. If you don't wanna use it then you can move one, and tried to compete with the bitcoin chain. Old or young doesn't matter in crypto, or if you want that to count, then factoring the security of the network must be included too.
Simply because something started earlier than everyone, doesn't mean it's no longer good.

I don't understand why people keep all their savings in one place. If the person would have stored it in different places then he would not have encountered the entire loss.
It will make the backup somewhat difficult to handle and some, if not most people don't really like that. Saving in one place is not bad in general. Getting phished and not doing any due diligence is. What we can learn from this is you should not trust Google always list a good extension (even malware can go past them). And to be honest this is not the firs time. |

Looks like you can buy the e-book version from Andreas website directly, https://aantonop.com/shop/. I didn't do a full checkout but it looks like it works, unlike the Amazon version where the Kindle is not available. In my local shop, somebody sells it offline though, so if you don't want to buy the e-book, maybe your only alternative is your local shop. I doubt anyone can give you free shipping or a huge shipping discount if you buy a single book and live somewhere far from US/EU etc. |

Alternatif buat mengantisipasi bot atau bukan bisa lihat depth nya juga. Sama trade historynya. Kalau banyak yang trade kecil" dan ga masuk akal karena bakal bikin rugi di fee, kemungkinan pake bot. Kalau depthnya kacau (tipis" atau jarak satu dengan yang lain jauh banget dan ini konsisten) besar kemungkinan trading agan juga bakal ga nyaman. Dan tentunya nyari review dulu tentang exchange yang bersangkutan, daripada zonk bisa deposit ga bisa wd.

Coba dicek di thread scam accusations yang bahasa Inggris. Banyak yang kena dan beberapa ada inisiatif untuk lapor kok, dan di atas itu kan juga udah dishare kalau pernah dikasuskan di Romania. Masih ada korban bukan karena tidak ada yang lapor, tapi karena user kurang waspada dan situsnya juga belum ditutup. Dan tentang FCA: I also got a second reply from the FCA saying that they're likely a scam since they're not authorized with the FCA.
Jadi coba agan baca" di thread itu dulu, ane rasa informasinya udah cukup banyak. |

Anyway, I wonder why more and more services are trying to do this kind of thing. It's as if they don't support buying crypto with fiat then they're out of date. Not sure why I would use a hardware wallet software to buy crypto, where there are dozens of options out there. Ledger doesn't have to follow the trend honestly.

You can ask Binance directly through e-mail I believe. Or ask any angel in Telegram. I don't think second-hand information or assumption about their monetary rewards is a good thing to have, you might get tricked later on.

Seems dubious that no answer from support (states answer within 48 hrs), has been 57 hrs from my transaction and no support contact/answer.
Sometimes answer from service like this can get longer than 3 days. You can open a scam accusations if this continue (especially because their account seem to be offline since April). |

Another reason is probably because they make more money when they do that. As you said, you paid more fees, so it's a plus for them. Other than that, I don't think there's a problem with regulators etc, as they can provide fiat exchange for BTC. The reason is likely profitability, at least right now. I don't think this is going to change soon, considering the cost of providing such service with low interest is 'big'.
If you want direct fiat-alts exchange, and assuming your alts are not some ICO garbage, there might be some people who can exchange it for you on the exchange section.

Exchange requirements range from registering with e-mail and confirming it (need to click the link on the e-mail they sent you) to the absolute worst scenario of requiring ID, proof of funds, etc. However, if it comes to fiat-crypto trading, you'll likely need to send your ID, proof of residence, photograph and so on.
If you can't fill all the requirements, P2P trading should be your alternative. Aside from what has been mentioned above, make sure to use an escrow when you're trading with somewhat less trusted users.

You can stop using them. Stop their income and punish them so they'll run out of business if they keep doing this. But that's the problem, most people keep using them because there is simply no alternative (or it's equally bad) for their needs. |

Mengenai altseason, beberapa analisis yang ane baca sih lebih menggantungkan atau mendasarkan pada dominasi bitcoin di market sih gan. Kalau dominasi turun, dengan kata lain volume trading bitcoin ga jadi mayoritas, otomatis trade alts yang berkembang dan ketika ini terjadi harga alts bisa menggeliat lebih kuat. Udah ada banyak teori sih dan analisis yang menunjukkan kalau saat ini dominasi bitcoin bisa aja masuk ke fase bear, alias turun (bukan berarti harganya turun), jadi bisa aja pesta lebih awal.
Koin" yang ane hold juga ada geliatnya, walau untuk sampai profit besar ya masih jauh.

There is no such thing as that. All bots work on some algorithm so even if you buy a $1 million bot but the algorithm sucks, you'll still lose money. Not to mention you also need to find an exchange that supports various trades options. Bots are just tools and you need to manually change the algorithm if it no longer works. All this 'make money while you sleep' ads are really oversimplifying how you use a bot. |
