4981  Other / Politics & Society / Re: China’s been conducting secret Nuclear tests according to USA on: April 20, 2020, 04:51:39 PM
Donald Trump seems to focus all the frustrations of the impact of the virus in America on China, I know China themselves are not being straight with the world and with how secretive they have become in the past few months, they may be hiding something from the world. But Donald Trump looks to be focusing more on what China does than in efforts to combat the virus in the United States of America.

Trump doesn't want to take the blame for handling the "virus like an ordinary flu that was meant to just go away" he rather is taking much of that anger and laxity out on China making too many claims and assumptions on what happened, what they are doing and planning to do. All this blames is helping neither of the countries, Trumps and Americas concern now should be how to stop the spread of Covid-19 in USA, not a war of blames that could start a real war.

If we have vaccine then its possible otherwise its going to take some long time as many governments already announces they will not take any risk until we have vaccine about this Corona.
We all know it's not possible for a vaccine to be out by June or July, maybe even this year. So what the league is trying to do is figure out which option will be best, one way or the league needs to be finished, I think around the time they are speculating, things may be much better than it is now, with lesser risks and fewer cases discovered daily, that will give them the opportunity to slowly restart the league, with an empty stadium and a lot of precautionary measures in place.
Found this article: Newcastle takeover: 'This is a chance to become a seriously big club again'

The author says that The Magpies should be top 6 contenders...Does anyone agree?
Top six could be possible, but maybe not even straight away. Money is an important part of football and if Newcastle can get the money in, it'll be good for them, but they would still not be able to attract the best players, they would get players better than their current squad now but not top class players.
4983  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Today i opened acc on Bittrex.com what i should do next? on: April 19, 2020, 09:58:48 PM
Hey, i read a lot books about btc and crypto world and i want to start it by myself.
I am totally beginner.
I know how it works but i dont know how to use it.
How to start? , can you be clearer, bitcoin can be used for the following and probably even more: day trading, hodling, investing, speculating, medium of exchange, store of value, buying and selling. You can of course harness all areas of the network, but as a beginner which aspect of bitcoin do you want to "start" with?

The first step in using it will be to get yourself your own bitcoin wallet, there are many types out there, research on it and choose the one that's most secure, once you have your wallet, you can then buy bitcoin from an exchange or through peer to peer transaction(always use an escrow). With bitcoin in your wallet, we then go back to the earlier question, what do you want to use it for? I have listed it's functions for you already in the first paragraph.

When you talk about hazard+varane for mbappe that is too much, one of them plus a little less star could happen, like for example if you do hazard+ramos that is better, ramos is definitely the backbone of the team for many but I find him disturbing so that would work out,...
Did you say Ramos, I cannot even imagine Real Madrid without Sergio Ramos in defense, he has a controversial personality, but imo, Madrid cannot do without him. And also I know mbappe is highly rated and so many clubs in Europe want to sign him, but can Madrid give up Hazard and another top player for him, Hazard is also a brilliant player, and for me should not even be included in any swap deal, he was bought for a high price from Chelsea you know, and injuries slowed him down in his first season, he should be given more time.
I know Kane would probably stay at Spurs and he is happy there,
You cannot be certain on Kane staying at spurs, maybe for one final season though, to see how the club progresses, he is one of the best strikers in the world, he needs to win/compete for titles, he has also expressed that desire himself.
4985  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Comeback is real. on: April 19, 2020, 09:43:17 AM
Second, do you know some famous crypto fanatics whose giving some good tips about crypto trading which I can follow and learn from?
I personally do not know of any, and I wouldn't even go in search of one, as a returnee be careful with people who say they are experts and most times own trading groups on telegram and even convince people to give them coins to trade for them(once your coins is in someone else's hands, it's no longer yours). So do not believe any of such people nor put all your hopes in their trading signals or strategies, you are better of starting from scratch and learning tips and trading strategies all by yourself.

I've been thinking a lot how can you guys knows a lot about bitcoin, its economic effect, its technicalities etc.,
It's not everyone in the forum that's filled with that knowledge you know, a lot of us are still like you, trying as hard as possible to catch up and know as much as possible. A lot of users you see exhibiting perfect knowledge of the network/technology have being involved for a longer time than others, though not always so, some simply have more technical knowledge, and it's nothing unusual, even if a classroom, some students tend to learn faster than others, they are already miles away before others start to grasp what the tutor is teaching.

I'm not rushing the process(i am a student like yourself)and i don't think you should either, with time you will be surprised at how fast you have assimilated wide areas of the network. As long as you're reading and willing to learn more, knowledge is assured.
4987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 19, 2020, 01:32:48 AM
It surprises me that the developed countries are finding it difficult to contain the spread of the virus yet the underdeveloped countries are puting out with low numbers figure like they got everything under control which obviously that's not the case.
I'm very sure the reason for this is that in those underdeveloped countries, testing facilities are not available/sufficient, they cannot match the number of tests run per day in the more civilized countries in Europe, so when you're not testing citizens, the number will look unrealistically small as it is now. I'm sure if the number of tests run in America or Italy is done in one of this underdeveloped countries, they'll find out how much of a problem they have in hand, but blindly do not know.
If the season is to start again I think it would be in June & July when I presume the lockdown will be over or at least eased up a lot. I don’t think the restrictions we’re currently under will be here in June & July.
Is it even possible for the lockdown to be over in June or July, I do not think that's possible, it could be eased down to a "safe" extent to restart the economy a little bit, but extreme caution would be put in place, restarting the league would sadly be going against extreme caution.
4988  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam alert on: April 19, 2020, 12:23:44 AM
Lol, are the new/current scammers unaware that Hex project itself is a scam, this makes their "job" more difficult anyways, when one scam project/website is handled by two or maybe more scammers, fall for it, and get ignored when you complain. Grin

4989  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to know is someone real and trusted for Bitcoin trading? on: April 18, 2020, 04:59:09 PM
My Question Is, How to trust someone in Bitcoin Transaction?
There is no way to be sure someone is trustworthy, but taking a look at a users trust profile can provide some information about the users trade history in the past, to know if transactions held with other users went perfectly. But this cannot guarantee you to trust that user, and for example some users do not have any trust feedback in their trust page(no negative or positive) so just use a trusted escrow service in the transaction, that is the only way imo to be sure you'll not lose your funds.
4990  Other / Meta / Re: A child board for qualifying threads in Beginners & Help board on: April 18, 2020, 11:49:59 AM
Many good threads and guides in B&H do not even receive up to the "twenty qualifying merits". I don't think this child board is needed tbh, what's the purpose of moving a thread to a child board if for example it takes about a week to get twenty merits, it would already have been seen by almost everyone on the main board, and moving it will serve no purpose imo.

Just as o_e_l_e_o has said, reporting low quality posts to the moderators is still the best, it will be deleted and the good/average threads/guides remain in the main section.
4991  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 17, 2020, 09:46:33 PM
How about we discuss what the poll is asking. Where will be Pochettino’s next job?

He’s been out of work for a while now, I presume he’ll be well rested & ready to work again soon.
The probability for him to MU is slim at the moment because the board seems happy with Ole's performance. I think they had enough of "outsiders."
I'm surprised alot of people are linking pochettino with united, I do not even think Ole can be relieved of his duties just for united to replace him with pochettino. Mauricio isn't a world class manager, and he doesn't have any trophies to his name, so imo he's not even worth sacking Ole for.

Solskjaer was also getting things right with United, other than Liverpool they are the other team this virus killed their momentum, they were on a winning streak that looked set to give Ole another season in the theatre of dreams, I think that wouldn't change anyway.
4992  Other / Meta / Re: Domain name update on: April 17, 2020, 07:36:13 PM
To clairfy is there a co-ownership of both domains still or is one just owned by a single entity from now on?
Theymos owns bitcointalk.org, Cobra owns bitcoin.org, neither of them(theymos and cobra)has access to the domain name owned by the other.
<...Therefore, we decided to separate the domains: I no longer have any access to the bitcoin.org domain name, and Cřbra no longer has any access to the bitcointalk.org domain name. The two sites should be viewed as totally separate, which in practice they have been for years.
4993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most profitable masternode coin to invest right now? on: April 17, 2020, 06:42:37 PM
I do not invest in masternode coins, though I've been following the progress DASH for sometime now and I'm considering the prospects of investing in it sometime in the future. I went into the internet and found something for you, I am not recommending them, neither am I asserting their reliability, but take a look at it and decide for yoursel:Best Masternode coins To Look in 2020
4994  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 16, 2020, 07:34:35 PM
It looks like Leroy Sanés transfer to FC Bayern München is getting closer. The usually good informt Daily Mirror Manchester football correspondent David McDonnell reports that Bayern is willing to pay about €80m for Sané. He also reports that Sané's managment is interested in getting the deal done.
I think this transfer is possible, I read somewhere the other day about Leroy sane's agent saying sane is interested in the move to Germany, as Bayern Munich is a team he can achieve champions league success with. Tbh I want to see Leroy play for City for at least another season, Bayern Munich aren't the team they used to be and if not that City are banned from the next two UCL's, I'll tip them to win their first UCL title before Bayern wins again.

With the price Bayern are offering and Sane's desire to leave, I don't see anything stopping this deal going through, City will definitely miss him, but with Mahrez and Sterling available, it won't be much.
4995  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 16, 2020, 05:44:01 PM
CR7 is the main reason why I'm following Serie A and according the new Juventus have reportedly reached a decision on the future of Cristiano Ronaldo after the recent speculation linking him with a return to Real Madrid. I believe transferring him to the Madrid could be the worst news for the Juventus fans
Ronaldo made the Italian league more popular and more marketable, so not just you, but many others fancied the league immediately Ronaldo went to italy. Ronaldo leaving Juventus for Real Madrid is a fake news, Ronaldo and "Madrid" no longer have mutual respect for each other and imo it's impossible for Ronaldo to return to Madrid.
Because, we have no cure and that 10k people could restart all of this once again and without the cure we will be right where we started. Sorry but no football for Italy and no football for the world for a little bit more while until we find a cure.
The isolation/lockdown method has been of good help in containing the spread of the virus, but you are right, without a cure for the disease restarting football, even life in general is going to be difficult(fearing a second outbreak). But if we're to wait for a vaccine/cure before football restarts, then I think we still have a very long time to wait.
4996  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: [SHARE] Tradingview chart is useful for viewing Covid-19 data spread. on: April 16, 2020, 02:24:33 PM
I don't know how many people will have the gusto to keep a detailed track of Covid-19 and it's impact; it's a terrible/morbid experience everyone is going through. imo people will want to engage in activities that'll make them forget that there is a pandemic, things like learning new things/experiences, reading more and interacting with family; the news by the way is already filled with all this "negative" data.
4997  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing 1$ every day in bitcoin over the last five years on: April 16, 2020, 08:21:20 AM
I support this idea. It might be a good idea.It can be a process of getting rich. It can create a saving mindset.Anyone can keep the process of getting rich this way.But what will be the action if the price of bitcoin is reduced by the increase.
Do not expect to just get rich once you follow this strategy or as soon as you start investing in bitcoin, I'll quote a popular line and it's that: "Bitcoin is not a get rich quick scheme". If we are to assume that you are new, always remember that. Take for example OP gave an instance of five years using his strategy; that's how much patience you need as an investor. If you make getting rich quick your aim, I am afraid you will not be able to cope with the volatility of bitcoin(and you'll always be moved by FUD & panic)
4998  Other / Meta / Re: Should this kind of disgusting posting behavior be allowed? on: April 15, 2020, 05:48:34 PM
For the ads that this user is posting, if he is doing it wrongly or breaking any forum rule, you can report the post to the moderators, the mods would decide if the post should be deleted, and if he should be nuked or temp banned for it.

As for his asking questions to use them make up his articles, there are two ways to that, if he is picking the exact words(verbatim, plagiarising)used by users on his thread to write his article, then that's plagiarism, and if he ever posts that article on the forum, he'll be banned for it. But if he is able to draw knowledge from HQ replies of others and make out something from it using his own words based on his understanding of what he learnt here, then AFAIK, it's fine.
4999  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I'm a bitcoin beginner, should I buy this book? on: April 15, 2020, 02:46:49 PM
Yes but why 6,193.81 euro today and why not 10.000
Many reasons come to mind, one very conspicuous one is the current global crisis that is affecting the economy, loss of money and loss of jobs has led people to panic and sell off their bitcoin, to settle needs and when a large number of people sell and convert to fiat, there is less demand and it reduces the price. It would only go up when more people are interested in bitcoin(adoption), that would mean more supply and that'll result in an increase in price.
I mean it's price is changing too often. I read that bitcoin is like a bubble. Do you believe that some day it will worth 0$ or 100.000$?
The price changes often, it's due to volatility, and stability would come, but that will happen as time goes on.
A bubble? Not at all; if it is, it's a bubble that won't burst Grin
$0? That's not possible
$100,000? Too optimistic to expect that price

Edit:
Do you think that after the coronavirus crisit, the price will rise?
If I say yes, or if I say no; I'll just be speculating and it's a dangerous thing or message to pass on to newbies, they can be lured into investing wrongly. The price can rise before/after the pandemic is over, it can also fall more before the pandemic ends; nobody can accurately or correctly predict it.
5000  Other / Meta / Re: What will become of your BTT account if late on: April 14, 2020, 12:50:09 PM
I don't think we need to tag the dead, just to honor them is enough.
I didn't mean we should tag the dead, I was asking if the account ever becomes active on the forum(posting and carrying out other activities)what will be done?
...and I'd hope that this community can understand that sometimes account access may be given to family members, and its not nesscarily a cause for alarm, and specifically painting the account red probably isn't the best idea without verifying it first.
This is an answer to my curiosity, so you believe the account shouldn't be tagged red if it becomes active in the future?
