4981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Quiet Bounty Time on: March 13, 2020, 03:44:23 AM
Actually, one more thing has happened since 2017.
Bumping of threads has been less and less effective due to changes introduced to forum.
So less projects jump to the top nowadays, which looks less chaotic than it was before
Previously when these changes were not there the first page of bounty section used to be filled with new posts. Now it is only 75% of the last bumped threads. Truely the craze for bounty has reduced but there are still some fools going for them. This is a side effect of the low income countries who have bots and alt accounts to spam the forum and get paid for such transgressions.

Good bounty managers like you keep the spam in check which I appreciate a lot as well as reporting alt accounts.
4982  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Need Loan for Trading (Partners or Investors) on: March 12, 2020, 12:50:13 PM
I am engaged in trading and at this stage there is a need to increase deposit capitalization.
Just another way of saying that you gone broke.

Quote
I have trading system and statistics I need (in real account).
Wut?

Quote
A loan of 0.05 - 0.1 btc is required.
You expct someone to give you 600$ worth of money with the full risk? Would you do that in real life too? Ripping people off?

Quote
This loan can also be used as a trade on your account. It does not matter.
Are you asking for a loan or trying to sell an account?

Quote
My goal is account capitalization and cooperation.
Stop blabbering incoherent bullshit.

This topic is aimed at finding partners and investors.
You will find better "partners" if you offer something valuable as collateral for your loan.
4983  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: Help With Getting Paytm Money on: March 12, 2020, 11:36:49 AM
amnot from india.and i am far from scamming.and how do i scam you yet am giving you money trusting you will exchange it for me for paypal.its good to reason first before punching the keyboard.if anybody want supporting documents i can send though its just $500 .
Stop begging for such deals.

Do you have any prior trade feedback of a successful trade? Paypal is a very risky mode of payment considering the chargeback and because it is a reversible mode of payment. You can easily scam the partner using the chargeback if there was bitcoin used to pay.

If you are not from India you cant even get a Paytm KYC done. Now how do you expect to get transfers done there from user to user? It needs both users to have undergone full KYC.

Your best approach would be to ask the service to accept paypal as payment or use other methods to pay. Without any prior trading feedback anybody doing this trade is at high risk of getting scammed.

4984  Economy / Speculation / Re: Convert or HODL? on: March 12, 2020, 11:32:36 AM
The markets always went against my trades.
Dont let that thought get the better of you. Bad times happen to every trader but it is important to note what went wrong from your side. Panic buying/selling or going FOMO? Not buying the dip or mistiming the order?

Quote
I have no idea why the hell that happens, I may be extremely unlucky. Now I'd rather not trade at all than try my luck, because a simple paper calculus shows how much of a profit I could've made doing nothing and just letting my money sit in BTC..
Long term hodling you mean? Yes that is profitable considering you bought at three digit prices and now the price is obviously more than 10x of the buying price. But then again there is always the good effects of using a 1000$ capital to buy sell daily and keep the money flow coming in. Converting to fiat makes you exit the market temporarily to tide over bitcoin bear scenario.
4985  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have control or not? on: March 11, 2020, 09:19:58 AM
Honestly i am not addicted to gambling so i can stop whenever i want.
Very good. I hope you can keep it like that. Most of the gamblers are unable to continue doing so. Make sure you spend time on other stuff too in order to keep your habits in check.

Quote
I gamble once a while when i want to play and when the money that i invest lose i know how to stop playing.
Would suggest you not to consider gambling as an investment. Unless you are investing in the casino's bankroll it is not an investment. If you are playing against the house you are having a lesser odds of making a profit than the house. Thus it will be a loss especially if the game is an EV- one.

For skill based games, maybe if you are a good poker player, it can be your investment or staking someone whom you know.
4986  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bounty hunters will never learn on: March 11, 2020, 09:13:52 AM
Is this the right place to discuss this problem? I may will be happy if you move it to scam accusation if there is no thread who have been discussing it.
Upto the OP to post it there if they wish too.

Quote
There might just a few bounty huntee who wonted to see the scam accusation thread and they will be spared to promote scam project.
True but we dont see much of them coming to check these sections at all. Their life here is only login-bounty-logout. Grin

Quote
But for those who just open this forum for bounty section only then they will never aware of it. Even, most of them will keep promote the project because they didn't know that the project is scam and it is horrible.
They will come back, like 4months after completion of the promo and spam the bounty thread begging for reward and not reading the posts. Sucks to be these pople.

Quote
I'll be agree if this forum's rule obligate for those bounty hunter even for all user to have an understanding to spot scam project at least they know the basic knowledge to differentiate the legit and scam project.
You cannot help a person who has a flawed insight and does not know how to judge investments. There is nothing called free money here. Anything being given out free will end up being your loss.
4987  Economy / Economics / Re: Help of cryptocurrency in globalization. on: March 11, 2020, 09:09:12 AM
I think OP's title is on the contrary because cryptocurrency is born out of globalization and not that cryptocurrency helps in globalization.
I feel these two different words which do not have any direct correlation. Maybe a single mode of payment unifies people from the globe. So the second phrase is more correct.

Quote
But I think that cryptocurrency is the benefit from globalization because people now adapt to the new or growing financial system from other countries which is cryptocurrency or digital payment system.
There are other digital payment systems too. Bitcoin got its popularity from the price changes that were huge in terms of dollar cost. The there were the bad PR of bitcoin being used to fund wrongdoings, even though fiat has always been used in the same manner.

It is still a long way from globalization and this is a longshot idea but possible.
4988  Economy / Economics / Re: Help of cryptocurrency in globalization. on: March 10, 2020, 05:02:33 AM
cryptocurrency is indeed useful for transactions between countries, with a faster payment process, which means speeding up business processes between the two parties, so that it will speed up the wheels of development. on the other hand using it can be safer if we understand it wisely
Understanding it is not that tough. With time you get to know some of the intricacies of bitcoin and how it works. While this is important for the developers, the merchants don't need much knowledge but they should.

Faster payments is though better with visa and MasterCard but with lightning network we might see better bitcoin usage with fast transfers. Here altcoins often get a pitch because their blockchains often remain less congested. But don't let that concept make you enter too much into altcoins
4989  Economy / Speculation / Re: Convert or HODL? on: March 10, 2020, 04:17:28 AM
I think, because the price of Bitcoin is below $ 8k, it's better to hodl it than to exchange it with stable coins like USDT, but if you dare to speculate it can sell / exchange at current prices, and wait until tomorrow or a few days later until the price of Bitcoin goes back below $ 7500 , you can buy or exchange it again.
Price currently shows a downtrend towards 7k though. If you had fiat to hold this would be a good time to buy based on indicators showing "oversold". Don't know about holding stable coins though, while bear market is going on.

Converting is needed if you want to keep the cash flow going. If you hodl stubbornly then it is your loss only. Recycle the money at the proper points and then use those lots to keep the trading going.
4990  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency vs. Fiat currency. on: March 10, 2020, 03:57:57 AM
And we will see everyone who will upgrade their daily living because they held bitcoin in the past. That's the reason why we all like it and believes in it.
You are optimistic about the future of bitcoin holders. It's good but also consider other methods too.

We like bitcoin because we use it. But we should also know where fiat is applicable and where bitcoin can be used. It does not mean one is better than th other but it is important to differentiate between usage.

You would use fiat for daily necessities and keep bitcoin as a method of investment like a commodity.
4991  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Learn to play Dice on: March 10, 2020, 03:38:37 AM
Luck is the only one which can beat the math. It's also rarely happens (when you hit big multipler on dice or you have bet huge amount and win). We are too afraid to bet big, that's why we simply use small bets in long run but as the result our bet is lose because of house edge
Actually it is the part of the thinking because low payouts are often sought after but the player rarely observed the long term result. The low payouts will bleed out the cash from the player and considering the losses they will accumulate, the total profit will be negative.

Even big capital bets need to be stopped at one time to keep a green profit level. What they do wrong is they keep on playing on big multipliers.

You should fuck off and stay away from my thread, its as simple as that!!
Six days later this thread will become 1month old. You still have not posted any pictures of the miners yet. Do you know how to use sites like imgur and imgbb?
4993  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling websites need to add self-control functionality! on: March 09, 2020, 06:40:00 AM
what kind of self-control do u think the best?
The word "self-control" is self explanatory. One needs to control their urges. If they have a habit of gambling away money, then it needs to be checked from time to time. This can be done by manually set alerts or a close person reminding them of the time and money spent everyday. Eventually it needs to come from within. Otherwise the process is a failure.

Quote
if u hoping it comes from web provider then I think it will be useless until it comes from the law if it forced.
Force used is always counter productive here.

Quote
Every user just needs the reminder i think, like when u already below 50% your fund, still want to continue or not. I think thats the best like stop loss at trading. But if they ignore it then suit themself, right?
If they ignore it then its their problem. The concept of self control would not be applicable there.
4994  Economy / Economics / Re: Countries with banks to buy and sell cryptocurrencies on: March 09, 2020, 06:36:55 AM
but I think banks will be subject to government regulations.
Always. If that happens, crypto will be regulated in that country by the government. It is not that difficult to do so. Just KYC the exchanges allowing crypto and monitor the users who are using it. When they see some tainted transactions that person gets into trouble. Grin

Quote
in this case the government has the main role to adopt the mass, and the bank will obey orders from the government determined by law. hopefully the government will immediately decide to adopt this mass, given the rapid development of the human population
It will be bullish even if people may feel their skin crawl. As long as you are not doing something that is illegal you should be fine. There are stock markets commodity markets which are regulated and bitcoin will be a similar one.

It will actually get into control the bitcoin related cybercrimes that happen but dont get reported.
4995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Quiet Bounty Time on: March 09, 2020, 06:33:38 AM
Sometimes, I also check the bounty section but the new projects listed there don't worth the time to promote. Instead of promoting the low-paying project, I prefer to do something else in my spare time, the promised bounty reward doesn't even have the fixed value after the end of bounty campaign.
LOL well said. I hope some of the bounty hunters who have spammed the forum till date actually read these posts. They should bring their eyes out from deep underground to the reality that bounty hunting days are long gone. But with a place where free money is being promoted or was promoted at one time, it is normal for them to think there is some free money still left.

Actually the concept of free money is a flawed one. The more people fall for it the more their data is being sold off to shady companies. Still who cares to read these topics?
4996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Sometimes hunters are to be blame on: March 09, 2020, 06:30:27 AM
Not all projects will succeed even if we choose them right but doing research can safe you from time wasting projects, there are different between the two, scam projects and projects that are good but failed
They are essentially the same for an investor's point of view. Who cares about the project and what they are developing, you could hold some coins of that for future demand and selling but a person looking for a quick flip would be less concerned about a long term headache. For bounty hunters who are of the same mindset the long term value does not matter.

In any case, the ICO markets have shown that long term holding of these tokens are rarely if ever useful. They mostly end up being pumped and dumped.
4997  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency trading with flash loans on: March 09, 2020, 06:27:54 AM
I am really not familiar with Flash loan for trading. Heard first time about this kind of loans.
I also heard it for the first time. Maybe the OP is talking in the same lines as you are but using a different translator to type. What I can make out from my knowledge is leverage trading.

There is no any exchange which can do that, but if you have a high level rank on this forum you will be allowed to loan with another user in this forum.
The OP is not asking for a loan. That too could be a possibility but here it is only a discussion of taking a loan for trading. Of course there is P2P lending system but I am sure nobody who does not know the OP in person would be willing to lend them a lumpsum without securing a collateral of higher value.

I hope the OP responds to some of the posts here because basically all that could be dissected out from their post has been made.
4998  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading for Beginners? on: March 08, 2020, 08:40:02 AM
I agree with you. Internet always provides enough information for new users and does not take too much time to search, so it is best to take the time to learn.
This is partially correct when it comes to something that is subjective is reviewing a product and cryptocurrencies. We see the shills on youtube promote shitcoins. Is that good for a newbie to accept? Definitely not if they are new to trading. It is their choice though.

Quote
I think any new investor needs to do this to gain knowledge when joining the market because this is not a place where you can easily make a profit.
Also because the market is manipulated by whales and shills we dont want someone to lose money because they did not inform themselves properly. Of course there is no end to the amount of information one can gather but a basic minimum knowledge about paid youtube videos should be there.
4999  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2 Dice Strategies that Might be Proven Helpful on: March 08, 2020, 06:42:05 AM
If you give a player an strategy they continue to do gambling and there is a chance they never give themselves an opportunity to win;
Its better to say that the casino wins in every long term simulation of an EV- game than the player. Opportunity to win is always present but the luck factor makes it change as well. This can turn the tides of a big win to a huge loss.

Quote
even when they have won a enough amount they will continue to bet until they lose it all again. Even its for helping to player but not all able to overcome greed enough to gamble only what they can afford to lose.
The money making machine is the casino and the player has access to it. When a person loses money, the immediate though it to make it back. What is the method to make the money back? It is right in front of them - the casino. The gambler will not give a second thought that their greed is making them do it.

However this is what gambling is. Those who are playing need to keep in mind what is an EV+ and EV- game. Strategies dont work in EV- games. Skills are important in EV+ games.
5000  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin ready for world wide 1 currency? on: March 08, 2020, 06:37:22 AM
Trust me in 50 years from now or less there will be no government or organisation controlled currency anymore. At least not any that will be meaningfully valued.
Considering the average life expectency of the users accessing this forum, I dont think they are going to here anymore for that long time, I do hope to be proven wrong though. Grin

Rather I think we should spread the news so Bitcoin can be used as a secondary currency instead of PayPal/Payoneer, not primary which is not possible.
You mean secondary to fiat. I also feel this because the big companies that run the country are always going to go for fiat and not a crypto based system. Whether we will see future development in crypto and companies accepting crypto for use is a second topic to discuss about.

Currently bitcoin should be kept to a trading asset status. If your country allows crypto, use it but also depending on who accepts it and who does not.
