4981  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Well Organized Scam Projects on: April 14, 2020, 08:00:26 AM
Part of the means through which scam projects are caught are either through plagiarized whitepaper or fake team, but I have now noticed that a lot of them will try to outsmart in these areas. They might decide not to have a voluminous whitepaper. Some of them even write just one-page whitepaper to escape being caught through that means.

Well to be completely fair,,, not everybody needs a whitepaper at all. But I agree. Just because you have 1 pager does not mean you are good (neither does have 100 pages). But they should have enough to show us what they are all about and let us admit it, most people simply do not have anything useful.
4982  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 INVESTING BTC, LTC and DOGE is OPEN NOW on: April 14, 2020, 06:22:27 AM
So far so good on my investments, I came in a little later as was still deciding a little if to move some more funds around, and of course to gamble some of my bits,,, all ended well so I put in what I felt was a good sum to start;)

I think this is the best way to go, no any sort of leverage so everything simple. And yannik, rise and fall, just like crypto markets;)
4983  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 13, 2020, 12:43:12 PM
11,000 calories a day, that’s crazy. I consider anything above 3,000 calories a day as excessive, I guess that’s why he was a pro athlete & I’m a sofa bum Cheesy

I do not remember the exact figure but yes I remember reading about that Phelps guy eating huge huge meals just to keep his regime proper because he was training for hours and hours.

But I never see marathon runners eat that much, and those guys run like 50km every day or something just to train. Does swimming burn more than running? Football is so intense but they also do not need to eat a lot of calories right?
4984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: So many new cryptocurrency exchange now, Are they safe to trade? on: April 13, 2020, 12:02:50 PM
The demand for the newer exchanges comes from the fact that some investors want to take the risk with newly launched currencies. These ICO/IEOs need to list themselves somewhere due to public demand and thus they have to fund it too. So now the newer exchanges give them a easy deal than Binance who asks for huge listing fees. Thus the partnership between a new token for a new exchange happens and leads a lot of exchanges popping up everywhere.

If you are into bitcoin trading only then you will not face these problems which is IMO the safer and more sane way to trade here. More you get into the newer shitcoins, more you are taking risks.

Exactly. New exchanges are basically just new listing sites for IEOs. Some exchanges launch also to take a new market that the big guys ignore (for example like if you are from a country that does not have a local currency listed in Binance). Demand is always from public,,, so even if you only use Bitcoin but your country fiat is not supported in the exchange, you will find one that does right?
4985  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io — BTC - ETH - LTC - TRX — TRONLink extension has arrived 💜 on: April 13, 2020, 10:36:35 AM
depositing multiple times a week(havent missed a week with proof) here and havent had a withdrawal in 6 months (no lie).
anyone having a bad run with bitcasino like me? would love to hear to make the butt hurt feel less <3
I'm not calling scam or any shady shit. Just on a really bad run.

How did your performance go before? I mean, if I deposit every week 3 times but I am always going all in on zero on roulette, that is 72 times in 6 months. I can definitely bust.

Stretch your deposits to smaller bets or deposit once a week instead maybe to get a bigger bankroll? What is your game?
4986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will 2020 be bearish as well? on: April 13, 2020, 10:04:47 AM
It seems to me that people are now giving more importance to Bitcoin than altcoin. Because there are people in Corona panic all over the world this time. At the moment, very few people will consider investing. Those who invest will first they think Bitcoin is safer. If the Corona Virus 2020 lasts throughout the year, then there is little chance of recovering the altcoin market.

That has always been the case ever since I entered the space years ago. I mean,,, sure, at every random time you have people talking up an alt. Like Ether in 2017. Or BSV even in 2019. Ripple. Whatever coin it was, they had their time, but Bitcoin always held steady no matter what. I think altcoins have to accept their success is dependent forever on Bitcoin.

yeah, there were a  lot of people in yesterday's poker tournament.
will you add some new poker tournaments on your website with a high grnt prize pool?

Which one were you talking about, the 500 people morvillz mentioned above? That is a sponsorship deal if I am not mistaken,,, but they have a lot of freerolls almost every hour in the server time evening from when I last checked. You want high prizes,,, you pay entry fee;)
4988  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am going to share my stretgy to all how to track the coin for best investment. on: April 13, 2020, 08:04:15 AM
Fundamentals are the most important of all in my opinion and this will determine the longevity of something. Every alt almost I believe has not the fundamentals of bitcoin yet they still are valued because mainly of emotions and investment of time that people are afraid to lose.

But people and emotion play a strong role. Why is the fundamental of fiat so broken for example yet it survives? Because of the will of emotional systems:)

Thank you for your sharing.
4989  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: April 13, 2020, 06:54:13 AM
@Trofo, I believe you are two games behind the winner (who has 12 correct predictions), not one. The last game between paiN and Flamengo was added after your post, but you are still close 20th.

The stats for this week: favorites won 9 games, dogs 6. It all boils down to who will pick those 3-4 surprises.

I finished with 8, can't really complain, that's twice as many as i had last week.  Grin

So this means the theory someone said last week of all the favorites eventually winning is not true after all;) Did those dogs all win when they chose the map (also something I read last week) or did something else was in common for them?

Hard to pick surprises so it really is like playing roulette;)
4990  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Suggestions for online gamblers on: April 12, 2020, 09:05:36 AM
We have been seeing this same suggestion from time to time. It is really easy to give out suggestions, but quite hard to execute/follow the suggestions given to them. It is easy to tell a gambler to "Limit their funds" or "take a break now and then", but do you really think an addicted gambler will be able to do it by just telling them to do? If giving out suggestions was our trump card, then the whole world would be free of problems!

I somewhat agree,,, but I also see no harm in keeping the message fresh and live. I have had a tiny addiction problem before, not with gambling but with something else, and the problem is the embarrassment and shame and guilt,,, that makes you not want to face it or to takll about it. But sometimes, and this is why I love my friends to death, people are there for you to tell things positively to you with no judgment.

For online gambling it can be hard but responsible sites and admins will do their best to put people's lives first. So, even if we have to suggest it every now and then, the same way, the message is repeated and people listen to it one day?
4991  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Time to discuss next halving? on: April 11, 2020, 07:20:18 AM
I think we shouldn't be that positive about it.

As the stock falls, we all know it will go back since we are talking about THE STOCKs, right? These investors would surely be waiting for the best time to get back or maybe starting right now since the stocks fell while bitcoin on the other hand, despite the fall of the stocks experienced, the price of bitcoin is not that damaged. The fall of bitcoin last week is something that the pandemic has nothing to do, we should always remember that.

Imagine talking about bitcoin correlation with stock markets 2 years ago or even 2 months ago,,, I seriously do not get it how some people are thinking stocks influence bitcoin just after a couple of weeks of similar price movements, right?

Pandemic did not cause bitcoin to crash, a bad situation for everyone caused bitcoin AND everything to crash.
4992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Reason behind recent drops in crypto haven on: April 10, 2020, 04:03:41 PM
That is right, so how about we see the market will address soon in light of the fact that this large dump should just have an impermanent impact.
Nonetheless, we can't likewise disparage the conceivable impact of crown infection, it has influenced the economy internationally so by one way or another it would influence crypto too.

Nice new word, impermanent;) But nothing is permanent in crypto, as we all know. All time highs last only days, minutes. And even the last crash we saw, today we are almost 100% recovered for Bitcoin, and the rest of altcoins will follow too. Just wait, you will see. Rise and fall. It is all a big crypto cycle:)
4993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The current world market situation. on: April 10, 2020, 02:46:38 PM
The Global market is much affected by coronavirus, situation is most critical and going to worst condition, but despite this there is some hopes that medical science trying to invent vaccine to control it ,so for time being there is advice to trade safely and securely ,do not take risk which you can not afford to lose

I do not know if everywhere in the world is going to worse. In the UK maybe and in Spain maybe as well as other countries but that is because they did not put things into lockdown immediately. But in China and Singapore for example, where they immediately did strict lockdown, things are already looking like they could improve later this year!
4994  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | Crypto Powered Sportsbook and Casino | 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: April 10, 2020, 02:14:30 PM
Anyone facing error: "Failed to fetch"? I was in middle of fine run in sportsbet and was about to place on another one when the site suddenly gave me error and since then I have tried everything including deleting cache and so but site doesn't loads properly for me.

Just want to see if it's my internet connection or it's just error from their end.

Nope,,, no errors for me. I do not spend that much time on stake though but I DO notice that my dice bets needs to be refreshed even after 20 or 30 rolls. I assume that is my own connection issue though as I face in on a few sites. Have you tried VPN? Sometimes it is a location issue as ryzaadit says.
4995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: April 10, 2020, 11:38:46 AM
I don't get this guy.  He also talks about the advent of "Non custodial wallets".

Like I have been using since 2011.

I think he did not meant the advent but the widespread adoption. The sad fact is among most crypto users,,, many of them are sticking to custodial wallets. Retail users are afraid of losing their passwords, and big investors do not care about owning Bitcoin, just owning an account that says they have invested in bitcoin,,,
4996  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 10, 2020, 11:06:08 AM
With a very small possibility, in football anything can happen, friend.
Like Luis Figo from Barcelona who was transferred to Real Madrid at that time.
Maybe in plain view Messi might not go to Inter, but who knows if Inter Milan have prepared a myriad of money just for Messi's transfer.  Sometimes Money can change the original plan.

This is football and anything can happen indeed. It is down to the player's own wishes and his own family and friends who will convince him. But Luis Figo and Lionel Messi are very different to me,,, one was not SO surprising but if Messi goes it will shock a lot of people for a long time and he knows he has a reputation and an image to preserve.
4997  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wrong BTC Adress, copied from Binance's Dashboard on: April 10, 2020, 09:57:42 AM
So sorry to hear about this OP and I know it is too late to do anything right now but I hope you know now every time you do Bitcoin transactions to double and even triple check manually,,, I always use copy paste but I see the first 5 characters to make sure it is the same before I confirm and I do it many times cause I am so paranoid!
4998  Other / Archival / Re: Betnomi 🏆 Truly Decentralized Betting/Gambling Platform 🏆 on: April 10, 2020, 09:26:01 AM
No offense guys,,, but a truly decentralized operation does not have an operator. I would say it is almost impossible to obtain truly decentralized, so maybe you have to consider different ways to say it! Not to say we cannot have a successful platform that is semi-decentralized;)
4999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bituary exchange (scam exchange??) on: April 10, 2020, 07:13:03 AM
100% scam,,, this stupid group keeps inviting me automatically on Telegram (I do not use Telegram anymore but I open it occassionally to send myself files on my computer) and I can see it doing the same thing. I report it but it keeps coming back.

Google it yourself. Scam. You deposit money and it never lets you withdraw.
5000  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reputation at stake will you stop gambling on: April 09, 2020, 02:49:47 PM
I am with the side that if you know yourself you are not harming anyone by any means, why will I stop gambling? It's either you are into this because you want some entertainment, just enjoying life. You know yourself more than anybody, so if they do talk at your back, then, I think there's no reason to be acquainted to these people. It is on you how to take care of your business and not other people.

Well,,, if you are harming yourself, that is the most important. The problem with some people is once you get addicted, whether it is mild or heavy, you do not even realize you are harming yourself, and then you do not realize you then bring that harm home and take it out on others. It is not about reputation but realization.
