Maybe in plain view Messi might not go to Inter, but who knows if Inter Milan have prepared a myriad of money just for Messi's transfer. Sometimes Money can change the original plan.
Even if Inter offer an unexpected sum for Messi, I don't think Messi would move to Inter Milan, Inter are no longer a big team as they were in the past, they have failed to win the Italian league or Champions league in a very long while. I don't think that's the kind of team Messi would like to move to, that's if he ever leaves Barcelona. Maybe Lionel Messi will think again if the offer really happened at Inter Milan by preparing such a large amount of money, but I think the rumors will not be strong where Inter Milan cannot afford to buy a player with a large nominal value. I don't know the plan behind it. One team that can tempt Messi out of Barcelona would be Manchester City, they have been winning titles in the last couple of years, with just the champions league eluding them, and with Messi's record in the UCL he can lead them to that title, he will also be linking up with pep once more if he does so, a manger he has always admired. I can't even believe we're all speculating on Messi leaving Barca, can that ever happen.
Now for this challenge it might be possible that Manchester City could just bring Lionel Messi to move with a fantastic salary offer and Pep Guardiola also already knows how the real messi character so that it would be suitable if there was a move to the EPL. maybe a new challenge for him. I think if Messi's conflict in Barcelona continues, it might be possible to leave his will. Guys Messi will never leave Barcelona and i believe that Barcelona will appoint a temporary coach for this year, and next season Pep will go back to Barcelona as his contract with City ends then. Crazy rumors going around in the middle of the outbreak. Football journos prolly need to get some sun. Lolol. I heard Ronaldo is going back to Real. The Cristiano Ronaldo back to Real Madrid rumors started on Jose Fonte's comment which I think the journalist are just making a lot out of it together with the rumor about Juventus willing to sell him for 50 million because of the "financial fall out" happening with the club which is unrealistic to believe. Juve is owned by the Agnelli family which is one of the richest families in Italy, I doubt the salary of Ronaldo is choking their financials right now specially when the whole staff and players of Juventus agreed to cut their salaris from the months of March, April, and probably May. This are just reporters trying to make noise of a very silent market since most of the leagues are suspended in Europe. @Theb you’re absolutely correct as Ronaldo is not going back to Real Madrid because he doesn’t shares a good relationship with the Real Madrid’s President, and hence this is purely speculative and this transfer definitely won’t happen. Some more news concerning Manuel Neuer. It looks like he will sign a three- or four-year contract at FC Bayern München soon - a five year contract seems to be ruled out by the club. At the end of a four-year contract Neuer would be 38. The current signs are that Manuel Neuer will extend his contract at FC Bayern following intensive and positive talks with Oliver Kahn. However, it's unlikely that Neuer will renew until 2025 [@Plettigoal] Source: https://twitter.com/iMiaSanMia/status/1248009138245787648

I think if Messi's conflict in Barcelona continues, it might be possible to leave his will.
It is not the first time Messi has conflict in Barcelona but in fact he never leaves or moves to another club. I highly doubt if he can go to another club with all the history and what Barcelona gave to him. I only think he will stay forever in Barcelona, like what Charles Puyol ever did for his career in Barcelona.

Eventually people gets tired and decides to move on, I wouldn't surprise if the board conflicts is the reason why he would choose to leave, It is quite easier if the conflict is between a coach and the players, you know it's usually going to be temporary, but when the issue from the board itself, it makes thing rather more complicated. As said 3 months ago if Messi goes will go only at Juve to make the legendary duo with Ronaldo for 1 -2 year till Ronaldo will retire.
Messi and Ronaldo in the same team ? Nope. Not happening, Not in this life. but is it, Sterling, really worth 160mill?
To be honest, Sterling is world class above the player he used to be and he's just 25 years old. However, I feel 160million is an overstretch, even in an overpaying transfer market, but he should comfortably hit the 100m value mark.

Some more news concerning Manuel Neuer. It looks like he will sign a three- or four-year contract at FC Bayern München soon -
This contract will settle rumours that he was going to Chelsea or that Chelsea was interested in signing him from Bayern Munich, I knew that information wasn't correct, Chelsea need to look for a younger goalkeeper or stick with Arizabalaga and hope he improves, Neuer has come far with Bayern and I think he should end his career there. but is it, Sterling, really worth 160mill?
I'll say yes to that, if not for this pandemic that'll reduce players cost and clubs pricing power, I'll value sterling around that amount, Raheem is one of the best players in Europe with his performances since pep arrived. He should be up there with the most expensive players in Europe.

I know that Lionel Messi's loyalty is inherent in Barcelona where he has been popular at the Barca club, but I don't know the plan behind whether this will really happen? If Pep moves again to Barcelona I'm sure Messi doesn't want to leave Barcelona I think if Messi's conflict in Barcelona continues, it might be possible to leave his will.

I only think he will stay forever in Barcelona, like what Charles Puyol ever did for his career in Barcelona. There is a lot of history going on for Lionel Messi in Barcelona where he has created a record for himself, of course this will be a very tough decision if one takes a step, this rumor is not pleasant to hear by his fans where Lionel Messi cannot leave Barcelona.

Am I the only who thinks that we will not see big transfers in the next transfer window? The clubs have lost too much money and even when the leagues resume they will continue losing money since the matches will probably be played behind closed doors. I think the clubs will rely on the players they already have in their squads.
Juventus for example is preparing new contracts for Matuidi and Buffon. Reinforcements are needed in the midfield, especially for Matuidi, but the purchasing power is simply not there.

Nope, I have a similar opinion about it too. I think we will not see one significant transfer, but the market will be more active because of many small clubs are in a difficult financial situation. I think they will sell players to ease their losses and to reduce the wage bill. It's the best opportunity for Arabs (backed) clubs to bully small clubs.

I was just reading this today. I think Barca can have a lot of problems when Messi retires. They were many subordinates to him and his needs and it will be very difficult for them in after Messi era. Plus they have a very poor transfer policy and they made many costly mistakes, although it is not clear to me how is possible that players like Coutinho, Griezmann ... they can't fit into one team like that.

With a very small possibility, in football anything can happen, friend. Like Luis Figo from Barcelona who was transferred to Real Madrid at that time. Maybe in plain view Messi might not go to Inter, but who knows if Inter Milan have prepared a myriad of money just for Messi's transfer. Sometimes Money can change the original plan.
This is football and anything can happen indeed. It is down to the player's own wishes and his own family and friends who will convince him. But Luis Figo and Lionel Messi are very different to me,,, one was not SO surprising but if Messi goes it will shock a lot of people for a long time and he knows he has a reputation and an image to preserve.

Ronaldo leaving made a bit more sense, it wasn't really all that much Real Madrid could do because not only Ronaldo got to do what he wanted but at the same time he is getting older, sure he is still providing to any team he plays right now and he is not THAT old, but he is getting older and making a hundred million dollars from him while paying a lot less to whoever will take his place basically was a financial decision that couldn't be passed.
Ronaldo also played for Porto, then Manchester United, then Real Madrid and not Juventus, whereas Messi only played for Barcelona and he IS Barcelona, without him that would be a crime to see him in another jersey. So, I think Barcelona will do whatever they can to keep him, they will literally change the whole staff, head coach, even players just to keep him there.

To be honest, Real lost a lot when Ronaldo went to Juventus. First, they immediately lost coach Zidane who also did not want to stay any more. Second, they lost their main attacker and it wasobvious that no one could replace him. Third, they lost a lot in business because Ronaldo is also a money factory for each club through marketing Rights. Regarding Messi, in Barcelona is great confusion and chaos right now, we're watching a major war between the president and the board members, the president pays marketing agencies to write articles against the players etc. In such an atmosphere everything possible, even that Messi decides to leave the Club.

It’ll be because of age, with KDB you get a world class player for 2-3 years but he’s at peak age now, you’ll lose money on him if you sell him in his 30’s. Sterling is a fair bit younger so there’s a good sell on value. The same reason for players like Mane, Salah & VVD, all in their peak right now.

I really wonder why Sterling is valued so high. Not even higher that Kevin De Bruyne but also higher than Salah. He doesn't deserve to be solved at this dropped price... 126m is also a lot of money for Sterling.

Those guys simply don't want to be part of the directives who kept pushing Messi to leave the club LOL The ones behind that website have to be Man Utd fans and they're just taking the piss, right? That's the only reason that can explain why Sterling is at the top of the list It’ll be because of age, with KDB you get a world class player for 2-3 years but he’s at peak age now, you’ll lose money on him if you sell him in his 30’s. Sterling is a fair bit younger so there’s a good sell on value. I think the top clubs would pay a lot more money to sign an experienced KDB rather than Sterling in his late 20's. There are many Sterling's around, but not that many KDB's.
