501  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is in danger? on: February 13, 2018, 05:52:00 PM
That is quite normal my friend, there will be days of downtrend for ethereum while bitcoin will be going up, that is the nature of crypto. Bitcoin can start to go up tomorrow or in two months, nobody knows. The fact is that it is impossibly to go up all time.

You have some point, the market is volatile and because of that, the value of cryptocurrency is really unpredictable. There are different articles each day and the best thing to do is read those positive news because it can boost your confidence to hold and invest coins. The market is unpredictable so always think of how much risk you are getting depending on how much coin you are investing or selling.
502  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin important on: February 13, 2018, 05:25:00 PM
In my opinion it's important because it allows money to become like air or the Ocean. Something that just naturally exists in our lives (without being owned by anyone) and allows us to value things in our world and store wealth.

I think in the future the value will not be determined by any government but by the world economy as a whole.

Bitcoin is important because it gives wealth to different people. Some of the people are are just earning a very low amount of money by working on the corporate world but then since cryptocurrency is existing, ico's become very helpful. There are a lot of people that i know who are knowledgeable in cryptocurrency that are switching jobs on becoming a full time trader because they are earning more money and that is the reason why i pursue trading in the market as well.
503  Economy / Speculation / Re: Holding will be a risk or not?? on: February 13, 2018, 04:15:30 PM
As indicated by predictions bitcoin should have achieved 15k$ by end of 2017 and fall in first week of jan 2018

In any case, shockingly its effectively reached 17k$ in 2017.

Should I purchase or hold my btc?I don't plan to sell at any point in the near future.

For those traders who are holding a huge amount of cryptocurrency, the best to do is just hold your coins and do not sell your coins at the lowest price to avoid of losing your profit. The value of bitcoins in the market today is low but still it will go back to normal after a few months.
504  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2018 will be at $50,000 on: February 13, 2018, 04:14:05 PM
Bitcoin price is a roller coaster the start of the year 2018. It goes up at first and stays then go down and stay and go up a bit then drop more so low and rapidly. Will it go up again in a loop then down and up again? We really don’t know what will happen like we really don’t know what the reason of the huge drop is. Is it the news? The bad news that affect the mind of investors or is it really manipulated? But why other altcoins price also dropped? We really don’t know right? We just depending on big investors decisions. Their decisions will affect the bitcoin price also. But what do you think can affect those peoples mind in invested and selling their bitcoin? For sure the bad news and the good news they heard. The tweets of some influential people also affect them. That’s only my opinion.

There is this news I read on some source: https://cointelegraph.com/news/cnbcs-ran-neuner-says-bitcoin-will-end-2018-at-50000, it says that CNBC’s Ran Neuner stated that Bitcoin price will end in 2018 at $50,000. Ran Neuner for sure is an influential person because CNBC is a big name in the world and he the host. And in addition to that other (28) twenty eight most influential blockchain insider according to Richtopia, Tweeted that Bitcoin price will be $50,000 in 2018. I don’t know if it will affect the price of Bitcoin or other crypto currency because as I check the CMC / Coinmarketcap.com list still on red percentage. I will just wait for next week update. Maybe this news will affect it soon.

What do you think?

I am also hoping that bitcoin will reach that huge amount of value since i am also holding right now an enormous amount of cryptocurrency and i am a little bit worried because the value in the market today is decreasing, as of now i am just holding my coins because the value is very low and waiting for the prices in the market to go back to normal.
505  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to your Bitcoin when you Die? on: February 13, 2018, 03:29:58 PM
Did you guys teach your family members on how to access and use your Bitcoin in case you will die?
Do you want to take your Bitcoin with you when you're gone?

Let me hear it from your own opinions...

You can try to look at google how much bitcoins that are not circulating in the market. Some of the users has already forget their password and some is already dead therefore the amount of cryptocurrency that they are holding will just come to waste and will be never retrieved and it only means that wallets are really reliable because even hackers are having a hard time to penetrate the app.

507  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can I protect my self from being hack of bitcoin on: February 07, 2018, 02:18:31 AM
Just yesterday I come across one youtuber where he says
he just wake up and saw his 50 btc was vanish from his exodus wallet  and also before that another 20 btc was vanish
he says he dont even know how this happen.

pls how can I escape this.

In my own opinion, the person you saw, its all his/her fault because you can search about different exchangers and holders to place your bitcoins and you should also read the different comments about past people who already use the app and from there you can decide if you will trust the wallet or not.
508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When you first know about bitcoin what was the price? on: February 07, 2018, 02:02:36 AM
bitcoin price is know over $11714.95 and growing,
share your knowledge/memory of the first time you know of the value of bitcoin was.
My first time knowing bitcoin it was valued at $200+. Smiley

The value of bitcoins before back in 2013 is just 13$ dollars and there are a lot of people who does not believe in bitcoins before and they did not invest, now they regret it because there are a lot of youtube videos where young wealthy people is showing how rich they are by investing on bitcoins before.
509  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin loses its popularity ? on: February 07, 2018, 01:59:11 AM
Right now there are more coins available in the market which gives you more profit than bitcoin.
Bitcoin price is also not stable.
All these factors affect its popularity ??
What you think, still bitcoin is more popular ?

Bitcoin will never lose its popularity because there are a lot of people who already invested a huge amount of money in this industry and they are all hoping that bitcoins does really have a bright future.
510  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? on: January 30, 2018, 09:01:32 PM
Personally, if I'm in a coffee shop or any store with some people, I pull out my wallet and subtly show them my Xapo debit card. Then they get curious on what kind of card is that since it doesnt look like the usual Mastercard or creditcard. Then I explain it from there on.

What's your way of spreading Bitcoin knowledge? Smiley

There is no need to spread our knowledge about cryptocurrency but we should always polite to every people who are asking questions about bitcoins and give them the correct information. We are in a huge advantage since we know about cryptocurrency and i believe that bitcoins is the answer to get out of poverty since there are a lot of of people today who are investing on bitcoins and becoming rich at a very young age.
511  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people attract for the BitCoin than other crypto currency? on: January 30, 2018, 08:42:54 PM
Please give your opinions.

Bitcoins is the mainstream today on the internet and it was very popular because of its value that keeps on increasing each day in the market. Bitcoins was also advertised in the social medias by different people, they are announcing the growth of bitcoins and it attract more investors, this is the number one reason why bitcoins is very popular today.
512  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No future for bitcoin on: January 30, 2018, 08:35:43 PM
Guys, I think in future bitcoin will fell down and Instead of old blockchain technologies will come new and more large-scale projects. Bitcoin It is just the beginning.

If this is true then i hope that technology will grow further in the future since it was helping people very well to sustain their daily lives. There are a lot of ico's today that are generating altcoins and we are all having a hard time to pick what is the right one to invest since the coins has different potential in the market depending on demand of consumers.
513  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why aren't there more women in Bitcoin? on: January 30, 2018, 08:23:41 PM
I am also very surprised to realize the marked absence of women in this area. However, this is not exclusive to the bitcoin ecosystem. Over the years I have been involved in multiple financial affairs or technology issues and in most of them the woman is practically absent. I do not think that this is about discrimination, but rather it seems that women have other vocational preferences, since in my country the nursing or psychology schools are filled mostly by women.

Maybe the business is always filled with man and because of that, the statistics is saying that there are more man that's related to cyrptocurrency. Cryptocurrency was mined through block chain and most of the programmers are man so most likely the statistics is true that more man are on the filed of cryptocurrency.
514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin or Altcoins? Which is safer or more profitable? on: January 30, 2018, 07:44:41 PM
Hello family, I need to take an informed decision on this issue

With the present challenges with the blockchain technology and its present congestion ,

Is it still safe, wise and as profitable as before to start a fresh bitcoin investment?

I'm thinking that investing in a number of the other several altcoins might be much better

Pls I need your thoughts and opinions on this....thanks

Bitcoins and altcoins are both profitable and they both have different potential in the market. You can always invest on either both of the coin because it will give you more profit if you have a huge amount of capital. The best thing to do is research for a reliable coin that can consistently increase its value at a shorter time because that's how you are going to make profit from your investment.
515  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you want to Buy with Bitcoin? on: January 30, 2018, 07:39:04 PM
Reading a lot of New Year Resolutions, and I can understand many of you here have some resolutions that involve crypto and bitcoin. Maybe you want to earn a bitcoin, multiply your  bitcoins or become a crypto millionaire.

So here is one similar question that does not necessarily has to be achieved in this year.

What are the things you want to buy with bitcoin?
Whether its a House, your favorite car, a yacht, a jet or a ticket to Mars. Whatever you dream, list the things you want to buy with your bitcoins (crypto).

Everyone of us really wants to become wealthy and use their money to buy car or latest iphone but the best thing to do is expand your resources by investing on any business you can started. In this way you can multiply your wealth easier than working on the corporate world.
516  Economy / Speculation / Re: will bitcoin price continue to go down? on: January 30, 2018, 07:28:20 PM
I have already lost 1/4 of my investment in bitcoin. what can you suggest? should I continue n holding bitcoin or should I just sell it to cut my losses? I eagerly need your help on these one, specially to those people who has experience in trading.

Try to hold a little longer and try to study the markets flow. The value of your coins will eventually go back to normal after a few months. Decreasing of your coins value in the market does not mean your losing your profit, it only means that its time for other consumer to invest in the market and sell it again when the value increases to earn profit. Buy and selling is always the concept of marketing.
517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin is the new era of currency? on: January 23, 2018, 10:25:08 PM
Since bitcoin is trending now world wide because you can easily earn this and it exchange in real cash. Is bitcoin the new value of currency in the internet? Is he the new money? Can we use it in buying foods and etc in the future?

Everything will be possible if government will allow bitcoins to flow in their country. Amazon today is already accepting bitcoin as payment method and also restaurant such as mcdonalds will soon implement a payment method, it only means that bitcoin is slow being accepted by the community and we might live a cashless country in the future.
518  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best way to earn Bitcoin on: January 23, 2018, 10:19:11 PM
I’m newbie here... What’s the best way to earn Bitcoin? I need assistance please. Thank you.

It depends on your capital whether it is small or big because you will choose on investing in bitcoins or altcoins, both of this coins are profitable but they are not the same price. Bitcoins is more expensive but the growth is faster more than altcoins so its your decision on where you are going to invest and start trading or just hold your coin to earn more profit in the future.
519  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will survive after 100 year ? on: January 23, 2018, 10:01:06 PM
I am asking this just to see the different opinions of Bitcoin community about its long term potential

I know Bitcoin is actually strong enough and stable as well

But what do you think about it after 100 years ?

I suggest that you should do a lot of research because it was very clear that the last wave of bitcoins will be on 2021. Another thing is that, it does not matter if bitcoins will reach or still become stable after 100 years because i do not think you are still alive at that time. Altcoins can replace bitcoins immediately depending on the amount of people who are interested on the specific coin.
520  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why media against bitcoin ? on: January 23, 2018, 09:50:57 PM
when ever I found any news about bitcoin it is negative news , i am confused why traditional mass media always against bitcoin ?

Media is not really against bitcoins. Medias are only payed by those other parties or other rich companies to create black propaganda about bitcoins or fake news because there are different businesses in this country who are being affected by bitcoins growth in the community and they are  creating a way to reduce investors for their own sake of advantage of getting their own consumers.
