For me Coins valued under $1 are ripple and NEM (XEM) which are trade with very high supply and have strong dev's and teams to work.But it is not sure, these can be reach $10 level or not in next year.

Nowadays ETH platform go slow due to cryptokitties game because of this transaction on this platform are pending for a day or more, so the in present situation Ethereum can not reach $1000 mark in a short time likely Jan 2018 end. It will take time it seems in mid 2018.

when we all know that the main problem in ETH network due to cryptokitties game, it is time for DEV's of this network to give immediate solution to the people whose are connected with this network. if this problem persist for long time then the project dev teams loose their confidence on ETH platform whose are launching project on this network, it is not good indications for the ETH network.
