If no one spends bitcoin which means every one is saving their bitcoins. Then i think the value of bitcoin increases very high because the demand increase but supply decrease.

Well because bitcoin is a virtual currency and non traceable. People buy and sell their illegal products by bitcoin but even other currencies are used in such illegal activities. This make no sense that we should point out bitcoin for that.
