UPDATE:
Bitcoin Air has decided to make the switch from sending out the BABT ERC20 token, to sending out XBA (previously known as XAP) directly to your Bitcoin Air wallet, rather than forcing you to go through the hassle of exchanging BABT to XBA.
To receive your XBA, you will need to complete the following steps to verify your bounty participation, and provide your XBA wallet that will be used to distribute your rewards. You will need to download and install a wallet compatible with Bitcoin Air, or provide an XBA exchange address to receive your rewards.
Note that all claims must be made before 11:59PM UTC+0 on Friday 19th April. After this, further claims will not be accepted.
Wallets include the Official Desktop Client and Magnum wallet. For information on installing, please visit the Bitcoin Air Discord community if you have any issues. Again, any issues relating to wallets must be asked in the Discord community. 1. Using the profile you registered for the bounty with, post the following in this thread.

Bounty Details Help us spread the word about Bitcoin Air in the crypto-community, and be rewarded! Why would Theymos ban one of the major functions of this forum? There are hundreds, possibly thousands of ICOs operating here, in addition to which there are probably several hundred blockchain based businesses here. They offer value to the forum users in exchange for their activity, which Theymos also benefits from due to his banner advertising.
There is absolutely no reason to ban signature campaigns or bounties, the only thing that is need is campaign managers to absolutely NOT promote spamming or shitposting.

The bounty section is entirely full of bounty reports and bounty related posts, you don't go there looking for content obviously. There is no reason to clean up the section at all since that is its exact purpose.

In the Bitbliss campaign Atriz was the bounty manager, ergo the messenger, famous quotes anyone? I understand Snakey got screwed out of 17 ETH, but pinning that debt on to Atriz, then negging him for non-payment is frankly ridiculous. Based on this logic, one could assume that both Atriz and Bitbliss owe Snakey 17 ETH, which sums to 34 ETH or double his loss. Sure, Atriz might have said he'll pay him back and then didn't, but he should not be punished twice for the same mistake, nor should he punished for non-repayment at all. Let's see how the forum deals out justice, I'm expecting a truly warped view of justice to be seen here today. |

I don't really see the point of looking so far into the future when it comes to Bitcoin. There is no real reason to believe that Bitcoin will take over as the world currency, nor that it will even maintain its success so far into the future. The need for currency becomes pretty much nil when everybody has machines that can literally rearrange atoms into whatever they want. That is the truth of the distant future, nanoscale micro-assemblers, the end of patents, the end of currency, the end of trade entirely.

Bitcoin is exactly the opposite of what countries with a spiralling economy needed. Bitcoin is even more volatile than many hyperinflative currencies, it would be much easier if they just submitted their country to a foreign power for management, because obviously many of these countries cannot manage their own economy. Back to colonialism?

It's still not likely to be accepted considering the extreme volatility and potential market manipulation it is being subjected to. Either way, the current market conditions put very little weight on positive news, and a lot of weight on negative news. Hence why small FUDs cause big dips, and great news leads to only minor gains. Until we get out of this state of hypersensitivity, we're not going to see much growth.

Everybody is in here bashing ICOs, maybe they should look at the statistics. By Q2 this year ICOs had already eclipsed the funding seen throughout 2017. There is actually MORE money being invested in ICOs overall this year, of course the amount per ICO is lower due to the sheer number of ICOs, but we can hardly say that ICOs are dead, as that's obviously not true.

Incentivising posting within an announcement thread is considered shill bumping and against forum rules, still, many of these projects actually advertise off site that they require bounty participants to bump the announcement thread, that is the sole reason some of these ICOs host their bounty off site.
