I see that since Electrum 4.0.4 there is the RBF feature. I have Electrum 4.0.2 and I see an option in the contextual menu related to transaction to set an high fee. Is it the RBF feature?
Yes. RBF was added a few years ago and it has been turned on by default for the last 3 years. In the 4.0.4 update, a "Cancel (double-spend)" option was added which uses RBF to double-spend the transaction with a higher fee back to the sender. You should be able to bump the fee of your transaction by selecting "Increase fee" under the context menu.

So, your transaction is not in my node's mempool... And my node has been running for months... So my node either rejected your transaction or it was already dropped from my mempool... Odds are BRD is not retransmitting it, otherwise i probably would have found it in my mempool...
I ran exactly the same command and it looks like my node has that transaction in its mempool, so it hasn't been dropped completely yet. bitcoin-cli getmempoolentry f0e7532301b5c5cdc3b7a14f214df91a92223baa1e750d940a8ed2627a8ebbd5 { "fees": { "base": 0.00007522, "modified": 0.00007522, "ancestor": 0.00007522, "descendant": 0.00007522 }, "vsize": 366, "weight": 1464, "fee": 0.00007522, "modifiedfee": 0.00007522, "time": 1612866008, "height": 670176, "descendantcount": 1, "descendantsize": 366, "descendantfees": 7522, "ancestorcount": 1, "ancestorsize": 366, "ancestorfees": 7522, "wtxid": "f0e7532301b5c5cdc3b7a14f214df91a92223baa1e750d940a8ed2627a8ebbd5", "depends": [ ], "spentby": [ ], "bip125-replaceable": false, "unbroadcast": false }

Only receiving capability has been added. You still won't be able to split your payment when sending it. It looks like it's a matter of time before they add it, though.

This is the fee I paid for the transaction. 0.0007164 BTC ( 31.4 sat/byte ) [...] When I change the value, Electrum gives me a new one, like 41.1 sat/byte.
That's very little if you take into account the current state of the mempool. Take a look at the third graph on this website. A 80 sat/byte fee should get your transaction confirmed in about 4 blocks while a 100 sat/byte fee in only about two. You can also bump it slightly to 50-60 sat/byte and wait a few more hours. When I change the value, Electrum gives me a new one, like 41.1 sat/byte. I just confirm but nothing happens. Do I need to change the option to Mempool, Estimated Time (which is set as default) or Static?
These are the fee estimation methods which become irrelevant if you specify the fee manually. I am using Electrum with my hardware wallet, so it might be a bit different for you, but after I confirm a new fee, a new window shows up where I need to press "Sign" and "Broadcast" in order to replace the transaction.

Where do I find this txid?
Double-click on your transaction in the "History" tab and you should see it in a new window. There is no need to provide us your transaction id. Once you double-click on your transaction, you should see "Replace by fee". If it says "True" then you can follow the instructions from my first post.
I think providing the transaction hash (txid) will be appropriate, or Sauaba should track the transaction on blockchain explorer, because if the transaction is not support replace-by-fee, he will not be able to neither cancel the transaction not pump the fee.
RBF has been been enabled by default in Electrum for the last 3 years, so I think we can safely assume that it will work since OP mentioned that they had made several transaction in the past two years. Old versions of Electrum which do not have RBF enabled by default wouldn't be able to connect to any server anyway.
Is there a way to fix, accelerate or cancelling it?
You should be able to increase the fee of your transaction by right-clicking on it in the "History" tab and selecting "Bump fee". Keep in mind that the extra fee will be deducted either from your change output or directly from the amount you sent if you don't have any change. If you are running the latest version of Electrum then you should also see "Cancel tx" option which will automatically double-spend the transaction back to you with a much higher fee. The first option will be probably better in your case. What fee does your transaction pay?

my unclaimed BCH and BTG and all those coins wont be afected by the wallet restoring i did?
Yes, they won't be affected. You will need to use your recovery phrase in wallets supporting these two coins anyway. Those can all still be claimed at a later time when i get around to the hassle of emptying the wallet first for security reasons?
Correct.

Poniżej zamieszczam klucz publiczny oraz adres mojego węzła, w razie gdyby ktoś z Was chciał kiedyś otworzyć do mnie kanał. 03b6abdf7118793e442bb5e365adf77acd2e2861b58a750f7df700b7a6def7b7a4@yz3ccvircvty4w652lg6nfx4fkps5ozfhdozd3yb3ezizohkbmjmucid.onion:9735

i try it with electrum it doenst stand anything with fees or bump fees ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) According to the screenshot you posted, unfortunately, your transaction does not have RBF enabled, so you won't be able to replace it. I am sorry, but there is nothing you can do except contacting the owner of that address. Consider using Electrum as your main wallet so that you could have a much better control of your funds.
i send it with blockchain not over electrum.
I am aware of that. That's why I suggested restoring your wallet using your recovery seed. i enter my blockchain info seeds to electrum but i dont have the choice the RBF..
Are you referring to "Bump fee" under the context menu when you right-click on that transaction? You won't be able to reverse that transaction using that feature anyway. I was not sure if your blockchain.info wallet marked that transaction as replaceable, so that's why I suggested checking it on a block explorer in my post above before giving you any further instructions.
Is there a way to get this back? The transaction has not yet been confirmed!
If your transaction is marked as replaceable then you could restore your recovery seed in Electrum and use it to create a transaction spending the same inputs. Paste your transaction id into this block explorer and see if "Replace-by-fee (RBF) enabled?" is equal to "YES". If it says 'NO" then unfortunately there is nothing you can do to reverse that transaction.

I finally managed to set up a permanent node again. Since the transaction fees have been quite high right lately, I am going to gradually open a few small channels in the next few weeks. I should be able to open the first channel today, though. 6. Samourai Wallet Pros: - Supports Lightning and SegWit.
Samourai Wallet does not support the Lightning Network and it is also available only on Android. I am not sure why you point it out as a disadvantage under other wallets. You can run all of those wallets on a PC using some Android emulation software, like BlueStacks, if you really want to, but it might be a better idea to import your seed into a more advanced desktop wallet and use both at the same time or split your funds between those two.

Is there any way for me to increase the fee or to get this transaction confirmed?
It looks like your transaction does not have RBF enabled, so you won't be able to increase the fee of your transaction.

But I cannot compare, as I do not have the signature file.
Is there a way that I can verify just my downloaded installer file on Kleopatra, as that is all I have?
No, you need to download the signature from the Electrum's website. There's a different signature for each file. As I wrote earlier, it doesn't matter when you download it. You will see an error if either the signature or the installation file was replaced. There is nothing to worry about since you have downloaded ThomasV's PGP Key from a different source.
Can you tell me how to verify the installer file? I still have it, although I did not download the signature at the time, just the installer file.
I have posted a link to a decent step-by-step guide above. Now, it doesn't matter if you downloaded the signature before or after the installation; you need to verify the exact same installer you used, though. I shouldn't have assumed that you got rid of the installer. Most of the people would probably do it.

What I plan to do is uninstall Electrum, eliminate the Electrum folders in the Program Files (x86) folder and the data directory (%appdata%/Electrum).
Keep in mind that wallets are also stored in that directory. Make a backup of "wallets" folder and put it back in that directory after you have reinstalled Electrum. This way, you won't have to type in your recovery seed to be able to access your wallet again. I do not want to leave anything behind from the old system, just in case.
You should be fine if you use some reputable software to scan your computer (e.g. Malwarebytes). The chances that you downloaded a fake version are very slim. If you were overly paranoid, you could reinstall your OS and move your coins to a new wallet generated by the verified version of Electrum.
