Добрый день. Я прочитав описание проекта, не очень хорошо поняла, о чем идёт речь. Как эта система помогает талантам, пишут о скидках, скидки какого плана и как определяется степень таланта. Посмотреть бы как это работает на простом примере. Насколько понял, вся инфа про талантливых людей будет фиксироваться с помощью блокчейна и показывать развитие талантливых людей, вопрос будет ли интересно это продюсерам. Тут вопрос даже не в фиксировании достижений и развития(портфолио), а скорее в рейтинге, уровня доверия и оплаты. Много всего будет на этой платформе. У нас много консультантов с разных сфер, которые высказывают свои предложения, поэтому платформа будет удобна как музыкантам, так и художникам, моделям с одной стороны, так и агентствам, продюсерам и еже с ним. |

The resulting combination of speed, encryption, and independence attracted millions of users within a few months after the project’s launch2 in 2013. Telegram kept evolving with an average of 12 major updates a year. By February 2016, it had 100 million monthly active users and was delivering 15 billion messages daily. In October 2017, Telegram reached 170 million monthly users, delivering 70 billion messages every day.3 At least 500 000 new users join Telegram daily. At this rate, the service is expected to hit 200 million monthly users in Q1 2018. These users can provide the required critical mass to push cryptocurrencies towards widespread adoption. 2) What problem is Telegram Open Network solving ?Bitcoin has established itself as the «digital gold», and Ethereum has proved to be an efficient platform for token crowd sales. However, there is no current standard cryptocurrency used for the regular exchange of value in the daily lives of ordinary people. The blockchain ecosystem needs a decentralized counterpart to everyday money a truly mass-market cryptocurrency. The established blockchain networks Bitcoin and Ethereum play important roles in the ecosystem, but don’t have the capacity to replace VISA or Mastercard. In their current architecture they are limited to a maximum of only 7 transactions per second for Bitcoin and 15 transactions per second for Ethereum, resulting in insufficient speeds and higher transaction costs. Regular users starting to engage with Bitcoin and similar technologies often get confused when trying to buy, store, and send their coins. The market of goods and services that can be bought with cryptocurrencies is limited, and the demand for crypto-assets comes mainly from investors, not consumers. 3) What is vision of Telegram Open Network ?Exchanging value should be as easy as exchanging information, and blockchain technology offers the ideal foundation to make this a reality. To reach mainstream adoption, a cryptocurrency — and its underlying blockchain design and ecosystem requires: - Speed and scalability that allows for processing millions of transactions per second and accommodating hundreds of millions of active users and millions of applications. - Intuitive user interfaces that enable an average user to easily buy, store, and transfer value, as well as use decentralized apps in a natural way. - An engaged user base that serves as the pre-existing critical mass necessary for the ecosystem to grow and eventually become adopted by hundreds of millions of users. 4) What is Telegram Open Network ?Telegram Open network is separated into two big family that of the Blockchain system and the platform. The blockchain is the main core of the project and works in agreement with the platform side both are totally linked and form Telegram Open network. 5) What process for Token distribution ? How much token is distributed ?The total supply of native TON tokens (Grams) will equal 5 billion. After the TON Blockchain is fully deployed, the annual inflation rate derived from the fundamental parameters of TON is projected at two percent. This inflation represents a payment made by all members of the community to the validators for keeping the system functional. Four percent of the supply (200 million Grams) will be reserved for the development team with a 4-year vesting period. During the initial stage of active TON development, at least 52 percent of the entire supply will be retained by the TON Reserve to protect the nascent cryptocurrency from speculative trading and to maintain flexibility at the early stages of the evolution of the system. The remaining 44 percent (2.2 billion Grams) can be sold in accordance with the formula below: The price of the first token to be sold will be approximately 0.1 USD, with and each successive token will be priced one billionth higher than the previous one. As a result, the additional supply coming from the TON Reserve will always be more expensive than the price paid by any of the existing buyers. This structure should allow the market to define the fair price and volume for the token sale. A bulk pre-sale of TON tokens to a group of institutional investors for a fiat currency is possible under the average price per token or higher, depending on the vesting period and the volume of the transaction. 6) What is roadmap for next year ?For the coming years we have planned a rapid deployment of applications. In the course of the year 2018 to 2019 the main applications will be available, we warn that all the applications will be available in 2021. |

The ProblemEvery decent project needs to solve a problem; current exchanges are facing a variety of problems which I aim to solve. Although exchanges such as Binance, Etherdelta, Radarrelay, etc have lead significant improvements upon traditional exchange platforms, there are still several problems that continue to plague exchanges. - Centralization
- Trust
- Ownership
- Transaction Times
- Multi-Chain Support
Though several new exchanges have implemented impressive systems to solve aspects of these problems, none are positioned to effectively address these problems altogether. Most with multi-chain support are heavily centralized, and offer neither trust nor effective ownership systems. On the other hand, decentralized and trustworthy exchanges fail to effectively offer multi-chain support, while also generally being plagued by lengthy, network determined transaction times. The SolutionThe solution to these problems lies in an expansion upon the initial idea behind Etherdelta. I propose an exchange built on the Ethereum network. Naturally, it will be enforced by a smart contract to effectively offer decentralization, minimal trust, and an enforcement of ownership. This idea has been implemented multiple times, however these exchanges have consistently failed to offer both instant transactions and cross-chain support. A solution to these problems hasn't been implemented simply because it's traditionally difficult to do on a decentralized or smart contract enforced exchange. The solution to these two problems lies in the utilization of two ideas: payment channels and cross-chain atomic swaps. Though these are relatively new ideas, their capabilities have been proven, demonstrated, and even implemented. Payment channels will effectively manage an instant ledger, enabled by multisig transactions. Cross-chain atomic swaps (or an off-chain implementation off cross-chain support) will similarly enable coins on other networks to be traded on the exchange. Why ICO? - ICO InformationAs a developer, I generally cannot stand ICO's. They tend to be overfunded, lazy, and unnecessary implementations of blockchain tech. The ICO would effectively enforce partial ownership of the exchange. Profit from fees would be distributed evenly to token holders via the exchange smart contract (with a weekly cooldown). This is the primary utility of the token; it is essentially enforced ownership and collection of profits. I would, however, plan to include a voting system for holders to modify fees/etc. Given the ease of adding ERC20 tokens, they would be added liberally. Additional coins, however, require greater development and would be slowly voted on and implemented by the community. That said, I will do this project regardless of whether I receive funding or not, it would simply mean I maintain greater ownership. I'd offer 30% of tokens via a crowdsale and maintain the other 70% myself. The crowdsale is exclusively to cover advertising costs, contract additional developers, and overall effectively prepare the exchange. Due to this, I would be setting a low cap relative to other exchange ICO's/such. I am not seeking massive funding, I am offering equal opportunities for ownership, and would like to build a community interested in the exchange itself. The sale would be hard capped at ~$3m and will begin once a prototype/proof of concept and whitepaper have been developed. I have been working the past few months on this project, so I expect these to come soon.  LaunchThe exchange would launch in two stages. The initial version would exclusively support token trading, and implement payment channels for instantaneous transactions. Given cross-chain support is considerably harder, it will take a significant portion of development funds, and will be reserved for the second generation exchange. A good portion of development funds will similarly be reserved to build an advanced and clean user interface, and to audit the smart contracts. TechnicalsReserved I will update this section with additional information to offer technical specifications of the payment channels and cross-chain support via atomic swaps. Given the specifications of atomic swaps, it will most likely require some off-chain development to add instantaneous swaps and multi-chain support. Люди которые спрашивают где торгуется токен, вместо того что бы на пару страниц выше подняться, вряд ли вообще в какой либо проект верят.  Ну это прогнозировалось нами, что часть держателей - сольют свои монеты как можно быстрее. |

Если организовывать временное производство на арендуемом оборудовании, как много времени займет этот процесс? Этим летом пивка попьем?  Как только на днях окончательно определимся с местом строительства, то часть команды будет заниматься вопросами строительства, а вторая часть - организацией производства на контрактной пивоварне. Не могу сказать, что в проекте есть очень оригинальная идея, но если будут продолжать в том же духе быть активными, то проект легко станет популярным, а тем более в Азии, они подобные вещи вроде любят.
Работаем, спасибо. Да нормальный проект. Сколько уже подобного или похожего встречалось, но суть таких проектов всегда кроется в одном - в реализации. Можно быть точной копией кого-то а можно стать оригинальным, и тебя заметят. Позитива всем! Именно. Идей может быть много, до релиза дойти несколько, а успешным будет только 1-2. Сейчас программисты работают "в поте лица", дабы платформа была в нужные сроки и должного качества. |
