Don't they have 2 connectors each? A total of 8? I don't think there is a affordable PSU with 8 PCIe-power connectors. thanks but I mean the proxy is in my internet access. I tried guiminer and when it tries to connect puts and error of problems connecting. In my windows internet configuration I have a proxy to go out to the internet with and ip and port 8080
I want guiminer to use that proxy and port to go out to the internet

Hi
I am new in bitcoin mining and I have been trying some different configurations. I own a 6950 unlocked and got 400mhash/s with certain clocks. All is ok in this computer with direct internet connection but I have one internet access with a proxy between and I want to ask if I can use that internet proxy connection for mining.
It is because in that place I can build a dedicate mining server with fans etc.

Has anybody else had an issue w\ invalid/stale shares?
I noticed that my 3x5830 rig had a 1/7 ratio w\ my cards oc'd to 975/300 ( no voltage increase ). I had around 7000 valid shares per card and then 1000-1200 stales :X.
Went back to stock bios and stale ratio went way down.
Nope, i have 1 running and im only getting <0.05% stale. 1015/300. |

I copied and pasted the wallet file from one computers client to the same folder in another computers client because the first computer was having issues with bitcoin. A reputable bitcoin distributor claims to have sent me money to the first client yesterday, but i couldnt see it because the client wouldnt run on that computer. So i copied the file over to this computer and the computer is showing 0 transactions. Help.
If your running it for the first time on the second computer you have to wait for the blockchain to get downloaded. We're around block 134k now. |

I use GUIMiner with my 5830.... STOCK GPU (840) / STOCK MEMORY (1125) OpenCL NONDEDICATED..I get 199 Mhash/s Phoenix DEDICATED........I get 235 Mhash/s ----------------------------------------- OVERCLOCKED GPU (900) / UNDERCLOCKED MEMORY (900) Using the following flags: -k phatk DEVICE=0 VECTORS BFI_INT WORKSIZE=256 AGGRESSION=13 FASTLOOP=false Phoenix DEDICATED.......I get 280 Mhash/s I tried MSI Afterburner - it was good, allowed me to overclock and underclock etc - but also caused some blue screens. Also after using it, I noticed the GPU/Memory figures in the ATI CCC didn't match what was showing in Afterburner. So I switched back to just using ATI CCC - I may lose a few Mhash/s but the PC doesn't crash and the temps are slightly lower. My 5830 is running at 1015/300 and im getting ~315mh/s. |
