501  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sold my house for buying altcoins need your help on: November 29, 2019, 10:14:01 AM
The worst decision, you can make at the moment is to invest in altcoins. Just look at the market, with no sign of recovery, they are just dying off. Invest in Bitcoin and you would be able to multiply your earnings instead of losing them.
Stop judging altcoins based on their present condition, i don't know what is wrong with people of nowadays, they only want what is good and they hate the sight of what is bad, good things can not exist without bad things, this is reality, grow up people
502  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why invest on a project because someone said they are good? on: November 29, 2019, 10:08:24 AM
For a starter like newbies its not bad to learn from others, its part of finding your way in crypto world but you have to be smart and make sure that what anyone tells you is real, what makes a project so good is their usefulness, you can find answers yourself
503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: No matter how successful a bounty project is...... on: November 27, 2019, 11:00:57 AM
I personally like bounties with limited participants because all rewards will still make sense since they are fixed rewards, as for stake allocations if hunters are many the reward will be smaller
504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any bounty campaigns for Newbies? on: November 27, 2019, 10:58:54 AM
All bounties are opened for newbies, if you can't wear signature just join facebook or twitter campaigns, mind you it will be a plus if you get ranked up, this days now that bounties rewards are too small it is recommended to join multiple campaigns to maximize your reward
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Upbit exchange was hacked. 342,000 ETH lost on: November 27, 2019, 10:56:20 AM
In terms of seriousness i think upbit exchange is on par with binance so this is not a bad news for those who have funds on the exchange, they will be able to refund users but i am sure that centralized exchanges days will be over soon
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My research for spam coins/tokens on: November 26, 2019, 09:35:42 AM
I appreciate your efforts but all these projects are already listed in scam accusation thread, only people who don't spare time to explore other threads on this forum will miss out, i advice people to always check scam accusation thread from time to time
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which wallet best for your currency store? on: November 26, 2019, 08:45:07 AM

508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BItcoin: The path to $10,000,000 ten million dollars per coin on: November 26, 2019, 07:53:49 AM
Pardon me if i am not making sense, last bullrun bitcoin faced a issue and that is transaction costs, which surge up as well but if bitcoin did manage to hit 10m per coin how much will cost to send that? The problem of bitcoin is its transaction fee honestly
509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Its a gradual process on: November 25, 2019, 07:51:54 AM
If i have to look back at the past of bitcoin and crypto well i'd say there is still huge hope left in future, despite all the ups and downs in the early life of bitcoin and few altcoins available back then here they are today,  and now here we are with better adoption compare to the past, once upon a time it was just a single btc ATM in 2013 and now we have thousands, Adoption is slowly taking over but its hard for many to see because many are so unprepared for the down side of crypto, they only want the good side which is not a reality to me, for what so ever is going to work will have its challenges, remember that rome was not built in a day, lets fully support the technology and hopefully we will start seeing 6 figure bitcoin price in the near future..
510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's Ups and Downs over the last 10 years on: November 25, 2019, 07:41:13 AM
Why is 2019 not on your list? this year is the best so far when it comes to better adoption, JPmorgan, billgates etc now into crypto and bill event accepted that btc is better than currency, this year is full of good news and ATM is now in thousands, adoption is a slowly steady growth and 2020 will be better
511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good trading volume doesn't mean a token is good on: November 21, 2019, 07:25:59 PM
Bad projects can have fake volumes as well, i think its better to do research very well before investing in any projects, make sure they have what it takes to be useful for the people, good useful coins will never die easily
512  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are there such things as Crypto-currency heists? on: November 21, 2019, 05:23:46 PM
I am a rather big fan of heist movies such as The Perfect Score, Ocean’s 11, the Mission: Impossible Movie Franchise and many more less well-known heist movies. While watching those movies, I’m just thinking would it be possible to plan a heist to seal some crypto-currency? Moreover, are there any cryptocurrency heists that have taken place in the real world so far?

The answer is Yes. Some foolish people who have boasted about how much cryptocurrency they have, have been burgled and their laptops stolen.

See the following:

https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2018/jan/28/cryptocurrency-trader-forced-at-gunpoint-to-make-bitcoin-transfer

Four men broke into the man's house and forced him to give up his private keys.
This is true, i heard about this from a friend in USA and i have seen where people are been kidnapped and asked for over 20btc for the release of the kidnapped victims
513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we all fools on believing the word "HOLD"? on: November 20, 2019, 04:41:18 PM
There will always be ups and downs movement in crypto space no matter how good they seem, the fact it crypto will never be stable and every investors will only earn profits if they pull out their gains while they can, if you are too greedy you won't take anything home
514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Need to Reconsider Holding altcoins on: November 20, 2019, 04:38:48 PM
Its really wide and craze in crypto space, everybody is engaging without knowing what the outcomes will be, now every one prays for a next altcoin season but still it feels so far away, i still like altcoins more than bitcoin because they have better updated features and bitcoin is oldy, i will keep holding my coins and hoping for the best
515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Year 2020 expectations on: November 20, 2019, 04:34:52 PM
Good projects will surely come into crypto world in 2020 as you said because i promoted a bounty project early this year, as good as the project is they claim to be waiting for the perfect launch time, kinda make me think 2020, hopefully people won't be disappointed
516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Best Crypto with a use case on: November 19, 2019, 08:33:03 AM
I am finding that many of the crypto's on the market have no use case what so ever, its very frustrating as an investor to research hundreds of useless cryptos.  They are just simply a tool to gain wealth from investors.
I did find one crypto with an amazing use case and that is Horizon State - HST - decision token. Its a voting platform on the block chain.  The votes lodged on the block chain are unhackable, extremely cost effecting and voting results are instant.  I just cannot understand why all governments of the world are not voting on the blockchain, it makes logical sense to save taxpayers money and create a secure voting platform.
source: https://horizonstate.com/platform/?section=securevoting
Invest: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/decision-token/

Voting system is already happening through blockchain, there is a project from brazil in 2018 that focus on making this go mainstream, the project name is Anti bureaucracy coin (ABC), its a very active project too
517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For new people, when they go on the journey to bitcoin. on: November 19, 2019, 08:24:10 AM
If we consider earn bitcoin as some goal, or something else altogether, we must have the following:
Work, the effort to succeed, and the ability to cope with the environment.
These are the three basic things to be successful. And most of all it refers to things like bitcoin.

-Work can be divided into: work by obligation and work by motivation.
these two concepts are different because I quote "He who wants is better than what he has to", therefore more productive and intense work that brings better results and rapid progress towards the goal.

-The effort in this case can be divided into: incorrect effort and correct effort.
Improper effort, that is, a desire to work and be better
but you are still learning the wrong way (and you know the way you would be better) and therefore have no means of progress
The right effort is to learn it the hard way because you know that you will be better off if you hear it right and it comes to your own later.
The right effort to progress in everything you do has to exist, the basis of every progression is.

-Being able to cope in the surrounding area is one very important thing, it will not always be possible to seek help from someone, sometimes we are left to nature and we are our own boss. Someone gets it by birth, someone gets it, and everyone else is just miserable workers who do nothing from their lives. "If there is no way find it, if you don't find it, make it"

Conclusion:
You don't always have to wait out of the chair with your feet up on the table, you don't reach your destination that way. Nothing will fall from heaven into our pocket.
We must give 100% of ourselves to succeed what we want.

Earning in crypto is very challenging now especially for those who are just entering the space, persistence is the only way forward and at the same time while failing always learn from your mistakes, those who managed to build themselves up now will be stronger
518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Initial Model Offering(IMO) replace Initial Exchange Offering(IEO)? on: November 19, 2019, 08:15:51 AM
Very interesting. I've just heard of token sales systems like this. In my opinion, probably, IEO sales of tokens will also be replaced by IMO. But I'm not sure that IMO will be free of scam projects.
I read about the IMO plans that they screen every projects before listing them for IMO on the exchange, still scammers can still be able to gain access since we are in an era of scamming face to face with no law against scammers that shows faces on the internet
519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Extra weeks added to bounty campaign on: November 18, 2019, 12:09:09 PM
The bounty i am promoting presently suppose to end in October but was extended for extra 2months but i am not bothered because
1. There is no new bounty that is presently worth switching to.
2. Ez365 is a very good project and i am sure it will worth all the extra work
520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum ERC20 Tokens Are Gaining in Total Market Capitalization on: November 18, 2019, 12:02:37 PM
My friend, you should look at the (real) volume before you consider its market capitalization to be legit. For example, I could create an ERC-20 token, let's call it (SHIT) with the total supply of 1,000,000 SHIT and listed it on small exchanges. Then I bought 100 SHIT using $100. Is that mean that the SHIT market cap is now $1,000,000 ? Obviously not if it's not liquid (low "real" volume).
This is the reason i like the move of rating all coins based on liquidity on CoinMarketCap instead of volume, fake volumes are still a big problem on many crypto exchange till date, its our call to make sure we choose wisely
