Do you do this to your other players that wins bigger than you could've expected? You try to freeze their account and accuse them of fraud when there isn't any damning proof.
When an account is getting closed - all deposits and withdrawals are being summarized and compared. If deposits(x) > withdrawals(y), then x-y. The final balance will be available for withdrawal. If deposits(x) < withdrawals(y), then x-y will result in negative amount, which means a player have already withdrawn his deposits. We don't share any sensitive info public to prevent further damage and simply because it could be shared only by the security team: security@1x-bit.comIn addition, we praise full anonymity for both players and the company. Non-violating accounts are being fully restored even if they were closed by our defense system' mistake. Even your deposit amount has not been refunded? But according to the OP everyone that found breaking the TOS will be having their deposit back?
Losing a bet is not a ground to refund it. They will void all your bets and steal your winnings if you win!!!

Bitcointalk is a huge archive and it's pretty known how frequently you were asking for KYC for no logical reason.
There are "nice" things written about 1xbet on wikipedia (1xbet and 1xbit is the same company, don't even try to deny this, I know your contract with Evolution: ))
We only ask for account numbers here, which is not a KYC. Wikipedia is a free open source database, where everyone can change the text. Such source hardly could be considered as a proof. In addition, 1xBit has no connections with 1xBet which is seen via Curaçao eGaming license. Evolution gaming is a game provider which provides their services for a lot of casinos, no surprise if 1xBet work with them too. If you start winning, they close your account and tell you you have violated the terms.

I'm still waiting for my 190mBT balance that vanished from my account. You promised it would be restored. I have no answers from security department so far.
The support team doesn't have access to the funds and violations committed. As for the funds - the balance can be changed in case of odds recalculated, which means that the player received funds in an unsportsmanlike way. Well said and if we do talk about transparency then this one is just as murky as hell. Not giving out some reason and just simply telling that they had violated their ToS? thats BS.
The reason of a ban is stored in our security team, a player can ask for it via the email: security@1x-bit.comMarketing team have no access to this information, thus we can't post it on forum. And once again, security can indicate the point of our ToS, but won't tell the exact reason due to safety of the company and its users. Bumping this thread and saying that there is a proof of 1xBit scamming activities except words is defamation. There are complaints, and they are similar to the complaints in neighboring threads, but due to long silence on the forum, new complaints are snowballing with the old ones, which are can't be proved of being resolved since the user is no longer active. Paying wins to violating account is not a solution. But still many are complaining of getting scammed the ratio is too big, you cannot keep up for every 10 or 20 complaints you can only solve one, I like to believe that this is your strategy, you are their representative here so you can show players that it's ok to play on 1XBIT because they are addressing the issues when in fact you only address one in every 10 or 20 complaints, you are making money from doing this.
There are a few people who keep on filling this thread with the same complaint, which we believe is already resolved. What is the name and address of the owners of the 1xbit.com website? Can you give us that information?

The fact that you refuse to tell me what terms were violated already prooves you just scam.
Show off some proofs so that this will even spread out more on how scammy this site it. Knowing the exact reason won't change the fact of violation committed, and will only help to avoid getting caught in the future. The player's funds have been fully refunded and this has been confirmed by the player, so there can be no evidence of fraud since no fraud were committed on the bookmaker side. Bump. We are not allowed to indicate the exact reason. The player is not in loss, thus there is no more obligations left on the company. How much longer will 1xbit keep scamming? Why not do the right thing and close your website down?

How many Senior, Hero or Legendary members have reported having funds stolen then having the same funds returned? Those claiming they received their funds never provide URLs where the transaction can be seen and proven. It's getting boring wondering how many of those newbie accounts are operated by the 1xbit scammers to dilute the real extent of their scam here.
Almost none, there are barely a few complaints from accounts that bigger than ~10 messages. By posting that you have no issue with 1XBIT you are supporting their cause, you should stop playing on this gambling site, it's been proven that they have scammed and still scamming people, you are safe now but you can't ever be sure tomorrow, I hope you are not a paid poster to make 1XBIT appear that they are legit when they are not.
There is no straight proof of 1xBit scamming activities, and we believe there won't be. Most of the complaints are looking for lost bests compensations or won funds payment, even though the account violated the rules - deposited funds are being returned minus unfairly received winnings. Our security team has checked your account and found no funds that require to be refunded. Which means a player have withdrawn an amount that bigger or equals to his deposits amount, or the bets were simply lost.
