After investigation our security team has concluded that the account violates our rules, but the player haven't withdrawn an amount that bigger than his deposits amount.
Thus, odds were recalculated and final balance was allowed for withdrawal.

The reason for most of the complaints is as following:
- a player deposits x amount
- wins 2x
- withdraws 2x
- deposits 1x again
here his account gets closed with having funds in it, but if we calculate: he deposited 2x, he withdrew 2x. 2x = 2x.

He might deposit/withdraw on different accounts, and here we calculate deps/withdrawals on all of his accounts.

It might not seem that we let withdraw anything, but a player won't be in a negative balance in the end.

There are a lot of complaint where players seek for their wins/deposits, but if there is a violation (winning too much is not a violation, a reason to check your account at maximum), then — 2x is 2x.

Any victim can ask the domain registrar to stop allowing the scammers to use the domain. At least one victim should have taken action by now in order to stop others becoming victims too.

They do not have a gaming licence from Curacao otherwise they would listed it. I think you are wrong because there is no evidence they are registered in Costa Rica. Why would you contact "Antillephone from Curacao" in the first place?

It seems they are not listed as an company anywhere, they are not a company it is just some scammer trying his luck.

Arent these complaints do continue to pile up as the days goes by?  Why there are still new accounts that do keep posting about complaints or funds been stuck.
