can you take a pic of the equipment used? just trying to get some dimensions to understand  if i can fit 2 power supply where you have 1 power supply...

There's 14.5-inches between the extrusions, but making these a tad deeper wouldn't be a problem.

I just discovered this thread, so my apologies if you've seen a similar thread of mine over in the hardware section..

I originally came up with an idea for a simple motherboard tray for benchers made from T-slot extrusions, which has since morphed into a variant that I call a "tray for miners."  It comes in two sizes, standard-ATX and a 4p/MEB/SWTX form factor size that features an elevated expansion card bracket and a brace for "floating" GPU mining rigs.  These stack easily via metal dowels inserted into the holes in the centers of the extrusions.  Admittedly, these aren't cheap, but the price matches the quality: $110 and $120 for the ATX and 4p/SWTX sized trays, respectively.  Tops are also available for these for $40.  I've been building custom cases for a few years now, so feel free to PM me if you want any customization/extension to these.

And no, this design was not stolen/borrowed from anyone here on this forum.  My first posting wrt this design is here.

Thanks for looking!

Without a radiator and fans, even the mineral oil will eventually get wicked hot.

these look great. but i think it would be better to just post price for each of your form factors. that's better than everyone PM'ing you to ask the same question.

Of course these prices may change in the future: the ATX size is $110 and the 4p/SWTX is $120.  Tops for these are also available for $40.

Spotswood, what are these alu tubes called?

The pricing issue can probably be mitigated by replacing wood (or nothing) for the alu sheet.

They are called "t-slot extrusions."

Those pics are awesome! My wife and I were admiring your wood pc case -- pretty cool. We're both into retro-Victorian & steampunk.

Thanks!   Here's a couple of more wooden cases:

Noob here..
Was invited here by the guy above me, Spotswood..

guy is a crazy awesome custom builder.. As soon as my noob tag is up ill post some pictures of the racks he made me for my BTC Machines..

Here's what I built for Evil:

ok, that big black thing is quiet remarkable, but what's that furniture he's hanging on?

That wooden case was for a watercooled SR-2 rig with room for twenty 5.25-inch drive bays in the front and four quad 140mm rads in the bottom.   Grin

I just noticed the noob restrictions and thought it be a good idea to introduce myself.  My name is Rich (aka Spotswood) and my main interest is building custom computer cases as a hobby.   Here's just a few examples of my work:
