i see time balance in my ico dashboard.but i do not see the token in my eth address. what should i do?

I was hoping to get the site up this weekend, but unfortunately the launch is being pushed back a few days. I apologise for the delay, and will do what I can to get the site up before next weekend. All that is remaining is general testing, TOS for the login page, and server setup.

digital ocean servers are just big ass computers. If it's running their computer, you have no reason to keep your computer on if you don't want to. Thanks |

Question, do you have to have your wallet open to be a Delegate?
no, once you register, that account is always a delegate in the blockchain. Your wallet does not have to be online like in PoS. Another question, can you have 2? or is it better just to have 1? you can do whatever you want buddy. think of it as naming your account, you don't even have to forge if you don't want to. Thanks, will do! This is the best ICO I have ever had. Every thing was very smooth, no problems. Have all my coin and even bougt more. |

Having problem with wallet, when I enter Passphrase to send coins it tell me wrong Passphrase. So I tried to import the Passphrase I used to send and it creates a new address. I know the Passphrase is right I used it before and had no problem! I have 2 address and nether Passphrase works!
check for spaces before and after the passphrase I am trying everything and no luck! contact support@ark.io with your issue. But it's not possible to generate a different address with the same passphrase. The wallet OK now. Don't know what the problem was because I entered the same Passphrase and now it's OK. Thanks for your help. |
