This looks interesting but I have some questions here.  I read that  one of the plan of this project is to have a low volatility (fluctuation) of the price of your coin.  How will you manage that if you are about to release it in an open market?  I am quite curious on how you will do it.

Please read the WP. We are not really the first to strive for volatility. But we are the first who suggests using mechanisms borrowed from the fiat economy. In addition, in crypto-currencies, we are the first who creates conditions for low volatility in an uptrend.

As you know the regulatory course of any fiat currency, the function is performed by the Central Bank. Decentralized algorithm Minexbank borrowed some of the mechanisms from the phiatic economy, but the coin emission function remained decentralized. Read more in the WP. Thanks for your question.
