502  Economy / Gambling / Re: ToTheMoon.is -- Moneypot in space on: October 28, 2014, 11:30:34 AM
chatting with dmf everyday and remember the first night dmf gambled at moneypot and he loved it.
P.S. i dont think tothemoon site is dmf. but it could be
and if not then look out in the next 3 months for any new site with a game like this

As long as the site doesn't start accepting investments and is provably fair, I think the chances of another scam happening are less. And, people shouldn't keep much money on these sites in their accounts.
503  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to stop gambling.... on: October 28, 2014, 11:25:55 AM
gamble is unstopable ! at least start playin gamble video games with fake money, just climb the ranks, but with no real money is no fun right ??
conclusion gambling is unstopable ! Cool
Play money might be an option to get over with that addiction, but I think its the money which is what the addiction is, and not just playing.

That sounds the best solution. Tempted to try that.   Wink
508  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to stop gambling.... on: October 27, 2014, 11:51:53 AM
Just send 1 satoshi to your own bitcoin address (or to mine) without any fee. That will stop you from gambling at least for a few days.  Grin

Nice method. How long does it usually take for a transaction with no fee to confirm?

You can never know when such a transaction will get confirmed. Once, its picked up by a miner which is random, only then it gets confirmed.
509  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTB] Bitcoin dice script / Game script on: October 27, 2014, 11:50:58 AM
Hi. I need one cool BTC game script. Waiting for your offers. Please send me your offer if you have one working demo that I can review!. Thanks!

There is also a risk of these scripts being back-coded. So the person who writes the script might have a way to take advantage of the script and steal the funds.
510  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Dropbox Expansion on: October 27, 2014, 11:49:05 AM
Is this permanent?
In past dropbox disable some account with faked invites, so will you give money back if this happens?
I may be interested in this, what info you need?

I have never heard dropbox doing that. It might be risky if that happens, and doing it all in one day might lead to that.

The entire thread has become a trolling place now. Has anyone looked into the Jeremy guy yet? Dotcommie, did you try calling him?

Is there a limit of minimum coins to be sold? or will the ICO be considered completed at any amount after its over?
513  Economy / Services / Re: GreenCoin Signature Campaign- Solving the Carbon Problem on: October 24, 2014, 11:39:05 AM
Hi, Just wanted to update that my rank is Jr. Member now and I have updated my sig accordingly.

Same here, even I turned into a JR member recently, and have updated my signature as one.
Also, currently this coin is listed only at allcoin, so paying out in GreenCoin might not be such a good idea as it will cause the prices to go down even more once everyone here is paid out. At the start of the campaign the price /Greencoin was 11 sats and now its half, So maybe you might want to consider bitcoin as a mode of payment for signature campaign. But its your call at the end.
514  Economy / Services / Re: How to set up a website. Please help. on: October 24, 2014, 11:37:43 AM
I suggest you to buy a safe gambling script, and have a second person to check that script to make sure there are no backdoors and glitches.

There are some good open source scripts on github that you can use, perhaps offer some one a bounty to get it installed and working properly.

Buying a gambling script might not be of much help, because he will still need help in building and developing the game.
515  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: October 24, 2014, 08:13:28 AM
in my noob opinion, all this whale surely be big miner selling cheap coin because their miner already roi and they can sell at any price above electricity and still profit.  why they sell cheap, so that new miner are discouraged and keep them in power literally. this is a race to the fair price, which is their price for bitcoin. as new miner are discouraged they assume that difficulty will soon be lower further increase their profit.

true, and by the end of the year new or small years might also face the increasing difficulty problem, which might further decrease the number of small miners in the mining competition.
516  Economy / Services / Re: Any interest in a Bitcoin-based Netflix clone? on: October 24, 2014, 07:40:19 AM
You will never be able to cover your expenses if you approach this legally. Also, a lot of people are already subscribed to Netflix, and shifting for them might not be much convenient.
517  Economy / Gambling / Re: dice.ninja - Now with Plinko! on: October 22, 2014, 07:43:13 AM
Dooglus posted this in this thread or another DN thread back when things were still good, but it finally confirms what I thought from my days on jpcdice:  We are looking for 2 people, not just 1.  (Seemed like some of you were promoting the idea it was just one guy's master plan)

It could be very well be the same guy commenting through 2 accounts, using 2 browsers. Its more important to be able to find 1 guy , which will automatically lead to the other.
518  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: [WTS] $600+ Amazon Gift Account Balance on: October 21, 2014, 07:14:33 PM
Hello everyone. I have $600+ on my amazon account as gift card credit and would like to sell it for btc or cash if possible. This is not a physical code, I have the balance on my account already. Please reply or PM if interested.

You might also want to consider shipping the item for someone. A lot of times users might want something for 100$, and would not want to purchase a 600$ account, so you can easily ship them stuff worth 100.

The price has really gone down from the ICO price. Will probably watch it for the next 2-3 days.

Isn't 1,50000 a lot more than the price of that much bitcoin?
Also, just saw a thread by him here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=358836.0
