What makes people compel to hold the bitcoin in this critical situation? What are they waiting for? Any good reason?
Bitcoin price is now high compare to its price in the previous years, it almost triple. So there is a high possibility that next year or after 10 years its price will also increase more and more. If the people hold and collect bitcoin until that day comes that its price increase, it will be a very big profit. That is the right time to cash out the money, and then collect another bitcoin and wait again for the price to increase. Lots of money can be made day trading Bitcoin, but the easiest way to earn is by holding. No one who bought Bitcoin and held has ever lost money... think about that. As long as you hold for a couple years, you are guaranteed to get a return on your investment comparable to the stock market, and eventually there will be an exponential rise and your money will double/triple.

I think it is never too late. Bitcoin always has an exciting journey ahead of it and is always growing. Just look South Korea just legalised it formally today. Very big news. Bitcoin still had a very long way up!
Agree! It's never too late to buy Bitcoins. If you buy today or at current price($2700), After few years(When price soars to $10k+) you'll be happy that you bought Bitcoins. If that happens, which I believe it will. But we can never be so sure there may be some crazy legislation that ruins the coin. There is always a chance. Government has the power to completely shut down cryptocurrencies if it wants. Simply taking down and/or blocking the largest exchanges would have a devastating effect on the global crypto markets. Of course, I am referring to the US gov.

I would like to accept bitcoin payments on my website, I have tried using some of the bitcoin payment gateway services, but they either decline my application , restrict access due to my location outside the USA or make excessive requirements, So now I have decided to see if there is a way I can build a script or use an API to develop a bitcoin payment gateway that I could integrate into my website or use as an invoice. I would appreciate the help from those more experienced in the technical aspects of bitcoin to assist me with this. I would welcome all suggestions on how to go about this. Thanks in advance.
Why did you get declined by companies that facilitate Bitcoin transactions? This is hands down the easiest way to accept Bitcoin on your site. It will be a nightmare to setup using a script considering you seem to not know what you are doing...

Hello All, I would like to introduce Crypto Chat which I have created. I believe we need a live chatting conversations. I have created a website just for that. Hope you enjoy (wasn't sure what category to post this, please move if necessary) Cryptomous Looks great. No offense though, I am very skeptical about going to random websites posted here due to the high possibility I will get hacked or something and lose all my Bitcoin.

cold storage are unhackable, because they are offline, any online wallet is hackable, but if you do a machine that do not run any other software besides bitcoin core, i find it hard that will ever be hackable
but with some exploit there are malware that can go via your router, so even in that case is possible but very unlikely, there are also malware that can be hidden in a usb stick that you bough new on amazon...
Paper wallets are also unhackable. If you use a paper wallet that you generated offline, it is impossible for anyone to get access to your Bitcoins unless they steal the piece of paper that your secret key is on. You should make a paper wallet and store it in a safe deposit box in the bank for best security practice. There is no better way to keep your Bitcoins safe!

Business Insider is a page on facebook with 7.5 Million likes. it is stated that bitcoin will soar to over $20K on 2022 by cannibalizing gold. i don't know where they got this idea, they just basically did a comparison about bitcoin and gold. Either way what can you guys say about this? view the whole video https://www.facebook.com/businessinsider/videos/10154847897019071/, it got 1.9K likes and 263K views at the moment. I have been watching Business Insider and Tech Insider a lot in the past few months. Their content is superb, highly educational and not biased like so much that we see today. I am subscribed to both channels on YouTube and like all of their videos. I like how this video says that Bitcoin will cross $20,000. When that day comes... wow, will it be insane.

Hi... there are some good deals on ebay and I am wondering if it's ok to buy bitcoins on ebay platform? Anyone who bought there could you please share your experience? Also what if the seller don't send the bitcoins after you paid? Will ebay help? What about their ebay purchase protection policy?
I don't think ebay allows digital coin transactions. I used to try selling dogecoin on ebay back in 2014 and it was about that time that ebay passed regulation that forbade selling digital coins. If a listing is against ebay's rules, then ebay will delete the listing if they see it. This means that all record of such transaction will be lost, and you have no accountability to make sure you get what you paid for. Don't buy bitcoin or any altcoin on ebay, it's too risky. They used to allow it, but due to the sheer amount of people who were scamming and abusing the fact that Bitcoin transactions are non-reversible, they changed their TOS to disallow it. I personally think this was smart considering that some people were paying up to 50% above market rate for Bitcoins. This is just not right. As much as PayPal needs to reform their model when it comes to disputes, this happens to be a good move by them.

I score a 5 on your scale Moloch. I also live in city #9 above. Its a nice place. I do my small part to contribute to its gradual desecularization though I am not really surprised to see it on the list. Regardless what some individuals think, religion is stronger now than ever before in history. Over half of the world believes in Abrahamic religion alone, not counting Buddhists, Hindus, Sikhs, etc. There are very, very few people relatively speaking who are incapable of realizing that God is real. It always amuses me when Atheists try to claim that religion is disappearing when in fact the science proves the exact opposite. I believe in science, but apparently most Atheists do not.

Lots of people seem to moaning with increasing intensity about the rise of sexbots. Some are claiming there'll be moral dilemmas as I assume a proper one will need some type of sentience.
Personally I can't ever see myself going for it. If I'm not imagining some bored Foxconn slave testing out the muff I'm slobbering all over, I'll be trying to catch it out like early text only adventure games by throwing out surreal suggestions.
Are you already saving up or will you stick to donkeys and greased holes in the ground?
This is messed up. There is no substitute for real life. I didn't even know there was such a thing as sexbots. The only way they would be acceptable is if your significant other buys one for you.

Almost all Altcoins are currently falling, which means they are dumped for Bitcoins.
So Bitcoins should be bought and therefore rising => but they are also falling.
Why is that?
Altcoins are not always dumped for Bitcoins. In fact, they are often dumped for USD or other fiat currencies on exchanges. With that said, I think in general this bubble has popped and we are seeing the beginning of what will be a long, slow decline as we have seen on multiple occasions already in the past.
