Just started working on a new Altcoin depending on how the test auction goes. This will be a derivative backed coin for American Social Security benefits. Will be working with benefit attorney to finish this one and launch by March 2016. Stay posted for more details. Feel free to drop any suggestions below on how you think this coin should be staked.
sounds interesting

Looking at the network behavior we consider a removing of POW mining completely to make the network stable. Every time pool mining starts fork occurs.
if it is pool mining why not revert the change that is causing it? this didnt happen until fork. additionally are you going to fix time warp bug? and latest db n openssl?

We will consider reducing bantime to 3600 sec (1 hour) through .conf "bantime=3600" on node02 and node03.
Hello Dev, While I've been a great help to getting people back on the right chain, I think I've tracked something down that might be causing the banning. I've been banned from nodes 1 & 2 with the same exact message. The bigger the block the more likely it is it will stake soon after hitting 20 days of coinage.
Yes I know , but what to set it at ? like 500 or 1000, or 5000. I'm not sure . I have adopted the policy of 100k minimum block size personally as I like my blocks to stake very shortly after reaching maturity. so 25000 or 50000 will work right, just take a little longer ? correct

Everything is working just fine in my brand new AMBER wallet. Thanks for this advice. I have created the .conf file with the commands listed above and everything is running smoothly. Wallet is syncing, but it is takes too long. Anyone have blockchain data so I could download it and speed up the syncing process? Thanks AmberCoin-qt.exe -server -connect=ambercoin01.mooo.com
that's my shortcut to ambercoin. remove -server if you don't plan on solo mining

More than ten pages our discussions stuck at the wallet
and even the list of shareholder never updated by the dev
It was harder without BlockExplorer Even more with all the forks who happened but some of us helped most people get on the right chain

Don't get me wrong, I had some legit POS rewards too. I'm just saying how else could I have forked unless a POS created a block that got rejected, but my wallet carried on anyhow.
Fuzzbawls posted a perfectly good explanation end of last page. So how did it fork me? Fooled the main server and the server sent me a bad block? correct
