still waiting for an answer...

Hi Luptin - An answer on what specifically? Feel free to contact us at admin[at]bitcoinrush.io, we'll be happy to help you out!

I think it would make more sense to answer Luptins questions publicly.  I'm sure I am not the only one interested in how BitcoinRush handles this situation.

i would like to share my experience with betchain.
first i would like to say im playing very frequently on betchain and at total probably i have couple btc lost on here, but a day i start to deposit some btc and play on slots and i feel like something wrong cause i couldnt win anything for a long time than i deposit more cause i think maybe im unlucky than also next day same things happen and i sent message to customer service they told me everything is looks alright i trust them and continue to play. then i figure out even paying lines are not paying me and i get a screenshot and i sent that to cs. and that 2 day i deposit around 0.8 btc and with that proof i request this amount. first they investigate on their side.also i continue to play slots over there and looks everything fine i got all the winning lines. and every couple days also i send them messages for asking whats going on. even they deposit me some bonuses during investigation(around 1 btc i got in total of course i lost Smiley )than they send me my game proof with game id and its different than my screenshot. now they communicate with game provider company but they already gave my btc's back.
they have great customer service and they definitely caring about their customers. i would like to thank Ashley from here for her kind service.

So does this guy deposit enough to make it worth paying .8 btc to keep him happy (and loayal)?

Did game provider reveal anything?

i am not promoting any site, wearing signature means we earn money from that campaign, doesn't mean i have to promote the site

Yes fox, you are promoting the site.  Thats why they pay you.

The moral to this whole thing is that the following is just another outlandish accusation made by fox19891989 probably he lost or didn't wanted free money and didnt get any...

any solid proofs to prove it? Or it is just a hype or fake news? I don't believe it actually, cause you claimed a super win before, and claim a big win again.

You look like bitcoin video casino now, that casino uses shills account to claim fake winnings, and you don't that trick and use a new trick like fake news.

Why other casinos don't have big winnings so often? I doubt you.

You seem to not understand the situation.

Xaio has no way of knowing how much rake you paid, no affiliate with more than a few players does, hes waiting to get the info so he knows how much to pay everyone.

Could you guys possibly share a little information on what rewards are given to those who reach Ruby, Diamond, Master etc? I understand the break down, however I have seen a few players comment on what rewards are actually given at a higher VIP level.

The rewards are posted on the site.  If you mean the surprise box, they aren't going to tell you!  It's called a surprise box because A - The player doesn't know what they are going to get.  B - It gives the site the freedom to give away whatever they want, and change it whenever they want, most casinos do this in some way or another - keeps the player coming back to see what's inside.

The betback/lossback % are what you are entitled to (and where most of the VIP value comes from).

We want to make a statement about what we have posted recently.  We started this by looking into the stats of the hands dealt and noticed a few flaws...

No, you started by losing a bunch of coin and deciding you must of been cheated.

Then you decided to look at the stats and find a way to prove what you already thought was true.
516  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetcoinPoker.com Betcoin.ag-$5,000,000-17,540 BTC in 5 GTD Tourneys-Up 2 150% RB on: August 25, 2015, 04:43:07 PM
and of course all of you know that I wasn't exploiting it

In my opinion, it's really not a big deal that you were doing it. But you were exploiting a mistake that Betcoin made, this is fact.  It is a gamblers nature to find a weakness and exploit it, why are we acting as if this is some forbidden thing to do?  Do we think the house doesn't exploit players with promotions, gimicks, etc to get as many deposits as possible and build a stable company?

Betcoin should consider that big players who hold their points more should get more money
if we take poker stars as example , their rakeback is based on FPP which is kind of similar to betcoin system but in PS with these points you can convert them to cash or shop and you can play free tourneys with them
I can't remember the numbers exactly but let's say that 100 FPP gives you 1 dollar then 1000 FPP should give you 10 dollars but in PS the more you convert the more your reward will be son in this case 1000 FPP will give you 11 dollars for example
even in there tourneys when you buy in with 2 FPP the prizepoll will be 20$ for example while playing 4FPP tourney will give you 50$ in the prize

Actually Betcoin VIP structure is very similiar to pokerstars, the way you are describing it is not accurate.

Betcoin has Status Points and Betcoin Points.

Stars has VPPs and FPPs

Everyone earns VPPs/Status points at the same rate, but they are not spent - only accumulated.

As you accumulate more and more VPPs/StatusPoints, you will earn FPPs/Betcoin points at a higher rate according to your VIP level.

One big difference is that pokerstars VPPs(VIP level) resets every year on Jan 1st.

Betcoins doesn't.

Edit: I may be mixing up FPP and VPP

, when you convert your points without putting big amounts each 7 points will give you 0.11 chips
that means 63 points will give you 0.99 chips , while when you conver big amonts every 66 points will give you 1 chip

He is not exploiting anything. You are supposed to get .11 for 7 betcoins.

This is what I see when i go to convert...

Hello , I was converting my betcoin points to chips then suddenly a message appeared
Sorry, 5.0.202.160 has been banned.
can I know why ?? is it because I was convering 7 points and repeat the process  Huh
now I can't even open the site and when I open the poker client the same message appears
please check it ASAP , cause I don't have access to anything in your site

That's weird, but I have to ask... why just do 7 at a time and keep repeating? Why not convert all at once?

Agree, did you find some exploit?

ok my account is ok , I didn't contact support so maybe it was an automatic action
I don't know if it's an exploit but here is the thing , when you convert your points without putting big amounts each 7 points will give you 0.11 chips
that means 63 points will give you 0.99 chips , while when you conver big amonts every 66 points will give you 1 chip
you can see that by converting small aounts and especially sevens you will get more chips , but I don't think it's a bug it's just simple math  Huh

[X] Exploiting Bug

Arallmuus
1- Obviously you are not understanding correctly, we know if the dealer is Pat or will take a card BEFORE the down card is exposed.

2- I am glad you know that a dealer needs to hit until he has a 17 that is invaluable info to have

3 - As for the comment about variance, we have played in excess of 15,000 hands at this casino and have the data from 12,000 of them that was given to us by CoinRoyale.

Last point, we do not care about the bug, refer to the post above.  We have not accused anyone of cheating at CoinRoyale.  We are simply saying that we know of a bug that gives us an edge and even after playing 15,000 hands we are not winning even close to half of the time.  Therefore we are saying that there is a potential problem with the game, most likely in the shuffling.

We are trying to work with CoinRoyale to figure it out, and have asked appropriate questions that have not been answered yet.

If you want to think that the software is PERFECT and that there is NO WAY possible the shuffling could have an issue then I'm happy for you.  Maybe we need to get these guys jobs at Microsoft or writing a True Random Number generator since no one else writes perfect software or has figured out a true random number generator.

You forgot the part where you post facts to back up your argument. You've been given all the tools you need, theyre being completely transparent (Unlike so many others...)

And I think you have misread my statements and my buddies statements.  Let me put this is easy terms to follow:

1- We have stated that we have a way of knowing how the hand is going to turn out before the hand is complete.  Specifically he said this in the original email -
"a few "tells" that give the cards away on your BJ game and even having that info (which is very reliable in your BJ game) I was unable to beat it 90% of the time."
"Obviously, I do not know the cards that are going to be dealt but I know if I can win the hand before I hit or not, which is invaluable info to have in a game of BJ usually"

2- We have stated that even with the edge of knowing when we will win, we cannot beat your game.

3- The conclusion from the first 2 has made us think the following:
If a player has a small edge over the house, yet loses more than he wins and has played a statistically significant number of hands then there is a problem with the game.

The last point I would like to make is the following:
Not one single time have we stated that there is a Pattern to the game - we are not using a pattern in the card dealing to aid in knowing the hands. Therefore, in regards to your post- statements 1, 2 and 3 are irrelevant to the conversation we are having.

Last thing I am going to say about the bug - We can tell when the dealer has a pat hand, we can tell when the dealer is going to hit, we can tell when the dealer is going to bust (but that can be swayed by us taking a card.  The flip side of that is that we have the same info about our hands because of the dealers hand.  As it was stated in the email, we know when we are drawing dead and when we can win.

It seems to me that victorhing has proven that the games are fair enough to the point that you should either provide evidence that suggests otherwise - or agree that they are indeed fair.  Unfortunately the most common outcome in these scenarios is the accusing party chooses to do neither.
