To the admin, have you considered a little raise of prize pool for the freeroll? There are many many people (at least 270 in every freeroll), and 10$ seems too low  You should look at other sites like Nitrogensports which only give out 1 chip, and still have 10-20 people playing. Most of the people just play for the fun, and not the money. 10$ seems good enough, you shouldn't be comparing it with the number of people playing it. Its free money and 10$ is more than enough for a freeroll. Even pokerstars offers 100$ for 18,000 people in their freerolls. So and so, I'm not so secure about the fun, time of freeroll is in the middle between 3-5 hours and 5 hours of poker are so heavy for a player which only have fun. So, I think the same, 10$ is great, considering the other site, betcoin is the best  We certainly appreciate the response and we offer the daily freerolls, there is also a daily 10 mbtc freeroll with less players as well as numerous sponsored freerolls and options. Perhaps if they reduced them to $1 or $5 there would be fewer players and you would be happy? Increasing the prizepool doesnt make people stay for long somehow they are only aim for winning only, the point is how to make people stay longer without increasing the prize pool. That sounds better rather than increase prize pool |

Software was working perfectly in Win10. Yesterday it was auto upgraded to be compatible with Win10 and now its freezing up constantly where I have to close the client and restart it losing hands. Go back to the previous version cause this is a bad "upgrade".

I haven't moved up to Win10 yet, but can you run it in compatibility mode, like we used to have to do with some programs that were designed for XP? |

I haven't moved up to Win10 yet, but can you run it in compatibility mode, like we used to have to do with some programs that were designed for XP? But the fixed that WPN or Betcoin pushed was to fix for Win 10 when there was no fix needed. I am running Win10 so there is no compatibility mode for win 10 in win 10, you are already running it. I tried to reinstall in compatibility mode for win 8 and win 7 and it still forced me to install the Win 10 fix. This fix removed the software and reinstalls it leaving behind a bunch of crap in the windows registry. I uninstalledl from windows and cleaned registry and reinstalled and seems to be running fine now I hope. I wish that before pushing updates that they beta test them a little more. There was no need to do anything to the software as Windows 10 is designed to run anything that runs on Win 7 or later without any issues. That is the way Microsoft designed it. |

You guys are both right and it hasn't been confirmed exactly yet but we will certainly keep you posted. We certainly want to offer these to our great players.
