501  Economy / Speculation / Re: Short term investment on: September 16, 2017, 07:39:45 PM
Altcoins created for short term investment, look at most coins prices which follows bitcoin to fall, a good time to buy altcoins.
There is no certain answer when a coin will reach the highest rate or fall to the bottom because every coin has different price, different ATH.
Personally, I don't invest on random coins, just the most traded, the most famous and top high rates in the market such as ethereum and zcash.
502  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bearish market over. on: September 16, 2017, 07:20:24 PM
The lowest price of bitcoin yesterday was $2987 when people started to buy back.
Whoever buy at lower price already have profits obviously, but it's not so significantly due to bitcoin still below $4000, unless for everyone who purchased more than BTC1. And bearish market maybe isn't over yet, we don't know for sure, whenever big whales sell huge amount of bitcoin, many people will follow to sell as well.
503  Economy / Economics / Re: China banning bitcoin exchages, good or bad? on: September 16, 2017, 06:55:41 PM
Bad for bitcoiners in China as they can trade cryptocurrencies but the effect for global exchanges has passed.
Bitcoin will always recover with or without China exchanges as proven before when PBOC halt exchanges in February.
But, we may have to wait a little longer until bitcoin price could reach over $5000 again, depends on the next big development from other countries which support bitcoin.
504  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China just commited the funniest Technical suicide of the 21st century on: September 16, 2017, 04:36:37 PM
They want to keep money inside their country while miners can simply sell their bitcoins through trading platforms or directly to personal buyers outside the country. Miners could sell bitcoin in licensed exchanges to pay electricity expenses every month, but their money remain safe outside the grid.
But, at least China government could prevent most bitcoiners to do so and keep their money in circulation without sending it to other countries.
505  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-09-16] China’s three largest bitcoin exchanges will all stop offering on: September 16, 2017, 03:49:05 PM
1. Government officials then began meeting with exchanges this week to bring about the trading suspensions,
2. While the exchanges will no longer be allowed to facilitate the buying of crypto coins using Chinese Yuan and the trading of coins, they will continue to
operate international-facing exchanges and other associated services. Smaller exchanges, however, will be closing for good. Those include Yunbi, which
announced in Chinese it will shut up shop on September 20.
3. The impact of the crackdown sent bitcoin prices falling — with the crypto currency dropping below $3,000 on some exchanges for the first time in a
month — but it quickly rebounded and, at the time of writing, it had nearly made up the losses.
4. A series of government bans — most recently a four-month trading freeze due to security concerns

1. They want to make sure to limit fiat currency or money transferred outside the country, or want to get bigger cake from everyone who trade cryptos.
2. Fortunately, they didn't halt all operation regarding international transactions to make sure funds flow into their country.
3. People triggered to panic sell due to bitcoin price fallen significantly, while others tried to get profits, buy back at the bottom line.
4. Yes, they ever did it before, 4 month trading freeze, they should make it clear right now.
506  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: social projects in tokens on: September 16, 2017, 02:50:56 PM
for example I propose voting with options:
Cleaning the riverbank from garbage
Cleaning the park of garbage
Helping homeless animals
Or offer your options
Identifier: 44tUopRcBP773ECHAZ2efxRpYYvtvLzS5EpREjvf7nua
Name: Chebik

Yes you can do it, but there are some public services from government who do it daily as their job as well, so you can help them.
No need to sell a token for social, you can start it from your neighborhood or your city for the start.
Because people don't care about another country, another city to get cleaning but they want if it's implemented in their environments.
507  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bulltrap? Or Bull run restored? on: September 15, 2017, 11:56:08 PM
Too early to say bull run or bull trap since people always looking for profits by sell at higher peak and buy back at the dips.
$3600 isn't a bad price and it seems as median price, a sign of recover to $4000.
It's sad to see many people involved in massive sell off only because China government push exchanges to close their operations, it's has been done before in the early of this year, but maybe they will ban bitcoin this time indirectly by shut down exchanges.
508  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is Bitmain pulling an exit scam? on: September 15, 2017, 11:30:26 PM
It's a big scam since many people have fallen to the same trap for months, but you should mentioned the site, not only bitmain because there are many pissing sites trying to duplicate bitmain. Another case : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2067340.0
However, it's not worth to purchase hardware due to too many similar case for people who bought it from outside the country.
509  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: For every seller there must be a buyer on: September 15, 2017, 04:51:16 PM
Ok, so if we are to believe the hype, the Chinese are dumping like crazy, and also many other weak hands.  So question is, who is buying this up?  Surely the smart money has held on till around the $3000 level before jumping in.  So who/why is anyone actually buying over the last few days?

Same person/people who have sold their bitcoin at higher price and trying to get profits, then buy back again.
If someone sell BTC1 at $4700 then buy back at $3000, he get $1700 profit.
Traders will do it for sure, and there are some whales do it as well, but not only BTC1, but maybe BTC50 - BTC100 at one time.
Chinese people dumped bitcoin, waiting few days later, then buy back again. It may happen in every country, in every exchange.
510  Economy / Economics / Re: dropping value on: September 15, 2017, 02:04:54 PM
China is big investments and after they bnned BTC I am sure btc down more i hope btc recover but will bee very hard
i hope btc not die after china banned them

I am waiting if China govs will ban bitcoin, bitcoin price may fall to $2000.
But bitcoin will not die obviously, Grin, how could you said that. lol

Bitcoin still tanks above $3400 right now, maybe people already start to buy back.
It's amazing when the news about China will shut down exchanges influence people to massive sell their bitcoin, like a proof that bitcoin just a bubble.
Whenever bad news occurs, bitcoin price will fall because people panic sell and traders just want to get profits from other people who panicking.
511  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: end of genesis mining ? on: September 15, 2017, 08:49:29 AM
4 day in a row no payout .

friends that invest on ETH did not get their payout in the last 4 day.

It's because most coins prices fall down and consider to crash.
Then, it's cause most mining pools, miners, and cloud mining run into loss, simply because mining hardware still expensive but the profits which generated bitcoin has declined. For people who invest in genesis mining, just wait if they can find a gate to get out from this situation, but for new investors it's a loss because they have to wait for 5-6 months for ROI. Too early to judge I guess, but hopefully genesis mining will pay everyone.
512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you picky with ICOs? on: September 15, 2017, 08:02:16 AM
Are you picky with ICOs?

It's a must, if you're not, then your money will be gone or loss because not all of the ICO is legit or profitable in the end.
Even after the coins listed on trading platform, may be dumped and just fall for good without any chance to rise again.
So, pick the most potential ICO based on the idea, project developers and marketing management. Then, you can judge an ICO will be worth to invest or not.
513  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Wallets and Coins on: September 15, 2017, 01:21:55 AM
I like many multicoin wallets. Maybe you could make one, that also supports ETH token in an easy way. Could you also implement an exchange service? Would be great.

This idea of a multi coin wallet with an exchange service is great! It is really something missing in the market since we cannot leave our cryptos on the exchange (too risky!) and once we want to sell them it's never that quick because we have to transfert from a wallet to an exchange. Sometimes we want to sell the coin at a price but we don't want to leave the coin on the exchange, this is very complicated to take the exact price wished.

Do you realize that your words against yourself? there's no difference if a wallet is an exchange as well, it's called exchanges.
The best place to buy and sell cryptocurrencies is through exchanges, they provide wallet for various coins as well which you can call it 'multi coin wallet with an exchange'. No need to transfer a coin to exchange if you keep it in an exchange in the first place. The idea of multi coins wallet is useless if you can't get the private keys or other third platforms know your private keys.
514  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin under 3000$?? on: September 15, 2017, 12:01:11 AM
Every time bitcoin price fall down, people looking for the reasons and the most influence news which cause many people sell-off trying to extract more profits. I'm wondering what happen in China if PBOC really issue a new regulation to shut down all exchanges in there, a big deal since there are a lot of biggest mining pools in there. Maybe bitcoin price will continue falling down to $2800 as the lowest price, again.
515  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-09-14] Bitcoin Price Drops Below $3,500, But Is Relief Rally In Sight? on: September 14, 2017, 11:44:58 PM
Just too late to sell-off and take advantage from this crash Grin
But another chance to buy more cheaper coins, digging to my savings and looking for money to buy at this rate.
I guess, bitcoin may need another month to recover, back to over $4000 again because Chinese bitcoiners have big portion of bitcoin and they just create panic sell or massive sell from traders.
516  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you trade altcoin with BTC ? on: September 13, 2017, 11:45:32 PM
If you doubt to buy altcoins, do not buy it.
If you want learn trade, start with bitcoin and fiat currency. But, it may not easy if you have weak hands and can't wait for weeks.
There are several potential altcoins to buy, no matter if you can buy it using fiat currency or bitcoin, make sure to buy it at the dips and set a certain point to sell it, which takes a few days or weeks. So, it's a game where you have to be patient.
517  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain and other online wallets on: September 12, 2017, 11:50:23 PM
You Have to download electrum but I am just using on phone.

I want an easy 1.

The blockchain rating was 2.5 overall customer UK rating

Actually, blockchain is better than most bitcoin wallet, it's simple and easy to use, you can set custom fees as well.
And electrum for android isn't so good compare to desktop version which you can set custom fees to send bitcoin, but you can't if using android version.
If you have iPhone, there is breadwallet. breadwallet is perhaps the most popular Bitcoin wallet for iPhone. It’s super easy to use and gives users complete control over their funds. The interface is clean and makes using the wallet easy even for new Bitcoin users. The recovery process is also explained well which helps prevent new users from losing their bitcoins due to rookie mistakes. Read more here: https://www.buybitcoinworldwide.com/wallets/ios/
518  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Newbie Question on: September 11, 2017, 11:40:06 PM
Not informative at all. You just told a very shallow explanation of cryptocurrency, then just repeatedly linked your referral links. And no informative blogs explaining the basics of cryptocurrency would lead people to faucets. Honestly, this just feels like a scheme to get people to click on your referrals.

If you want to be informative, try to add more basic and attractive information without referral link, people would easily recognize that you want to spread those referral link instead of give more information about earn bitcoin. If you want more people to use your referral, advertise your blog in your Local Philippines boards.
519  Economy / Speculation / Re: China and bitcoin price ! on: September 11, 2017, 01:26:09 PM
ty man Smiley so lets just hold altcoins and wait :DDDD

Lol Grin, which coins did you bought?
When China ban ICO, they have some good reasons to protecct their citizens from scammers personate as ICO.
But some people spread FUD about china will ban exchanges or ban bitcoin, they intend intended to shakedown the market, hopefully many weakhands will sell off. But, it's a good time to purchase more cheaper bitcoin and altcoins obviously, but the time to sell altcoins will be shortly due to massive sell always happen for altcoins, be prepared.
520  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-09-09] 4 Key Misconceptions About Cryptocurrency on: September 10, 2017, 11:52:06 PM
All of those point occurs because lack of knowledge from people who have not studied cryptocurrency, just judge it by the cover.
But, one thing for sure, most countries across the world does not have detailed policies of regulating bitcoins usage and bitcoin still in the beginning of development and soon or later Government will regulate bitcoin or let citizens use it.
