501  Economy / Speculation / Re: If I buy just 5 bitcoin today 2500$, Next 5 years bitcoin will be 15000$ on: July 07, 2017, 12:54:23 AM
If I buy just 5 bitcoin today 2500$, Next 5 years bitcoin will be 15000$

this is the way that I should invest or not?

Well, for me it is good idea. You should buy bitcoins now until its price is not that big enough because there's a possibility that the every year will pass bitcoins price will goes up too. Furthermore, I do believe that if you invest your money on bitcoin and wait for the right time to sell you could guarantee that you will get a high profit.

5 bitcoins today is around 13000$, and in 5 years  5 bitcoins can worth 26000$ or 75000$, but who can guarantee that. I'm sure that here in forum there is many people who hold much more coins, and they hold for a long time and they don't plan to stop any time soon. Price will go up, and that is in what most of us here believe, if OP have 13000 on a side and he doesn't know where to invest it then he should buy bitcoins for his money.
Before we reach 4 digits price we will see many ups and downs, its like that with bitcoin, and I think bitcoin needs couple more years before we get closer to 4 digits.
I agree here. Price could go that high that it would be much more expensive investment to buy 5 bitcoins 5 years from now, and as 'Barbut' said we can not know is it going to be 26 or 75 thousand in that moment. And it really depends on financial state of investor. For me, it's science fiction at this moment. I would need to have really good stash so I could decide to invest 12-13 thousand dollars in bitcoin for saving on 5 years.
502  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2017 Football Summer Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 06, 2017, 11:39:45 PM
After the big purchase of Lacazette for Arsenal, it seems almost certain that Manchester United will buy Romelu Lukaku for 85M from Everton!
Mourinho, then definitively abandons Morata, but wants Gareth Bale.

Real Madrid can sell Gareth Bale for 100M and then buy Mpabbč

Chelsea,at this point, is likely to buy Belotti (Torino)  for 100M.
Manchester United made a turn for Lukaku because RealMadrid still hold a grudge over DeGea so i doubt that they would sell them Bale unless they make an agreement for Mbappe also Real Madrid will try to get more then they payed for Bale and that i doubt that United is willing to do after an awful season that Bale had. The only player that i still expect to join from Madrid to united is James Rodriguez with Rooney leaving to Everton that n10 shirt will be available for james to pick.

Maybe Mourinho wants to have both Lukaku and Morata. It is really a question what will Spanish player do now, Mourinho promised him that he will be his first option in offense. If lukaku arrive, that changes everything but I can see that Spanish media still writing about Moratas transfer to Man United.

Today all the big favorites (Murray, Tsonga, Nadal, Cilic) have easily won 3-0.
The only surprise of today is Medvedev's defeat against the qualified Bemelmans (his victory was quoted at 5.50).

Murray already looks virtually at the quarter-finals because he has a easy draw: Fognini at the next round and in the eighth-finals Paire or Janowicz
I can see him taking Fognini easily but what lies ahead of him aint easy.
If he has to face either Federer or a healthy Nadal then that will be the end of him.
He had an easy win last year winning Wimbeldon with a finals with Wawrinka.
And we all know how easily Stan was dispatched by the young Medvedev. Undecided

Try, Nadal is playing so great, I really would like to see that duel in semi finale.
Medvedev is example how player can be inspired when playing against big champion and took advantage of his not so good performance, but like by the rule they usually loose next one, emotionally emptied.
504  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC getting too expensive to gamble with on: July 05, 2017, 07:31:59 PM
What other cryptocurrency are you using and which casino are you playing at? BTC is getting to expensive to be depositing and playing in just BTC.
I am still using only bitcoin for gambling, that is the only crypto I have in possession. Usually place some bets on Betcoin.ag. I am planning to buy some small amount of LTC and will use some of it for gambling but I will have to get informed on transaction conditions,fees..
505  Economy / Speculation / Re: price getting down on: July 05, 2017, 06:22:49 PM
I personally would like to buy for smaller price than it is now. However I think that price will go up and any profit is a good profit. I am earning and saving mine. Maybe I will make mistake by not buying but that is my choice.
Maybe you will wait until the price drops below $2000, right? I do not think it will happen in the near future, because I think the bitcoin price is now already can be says stable at $2000+ although fluctuations are still going on but the value is still fixed.

I also think that the price could not go below $2000. Bitcoin has the backing of Japan so it's hard to see the price going really hard in the future. And if ever it did, it can quickly recovered based on my observation. So for me, if you are going to wait for the price to drop then it will take you a while to grab some and stash it. You may have been missing opportunities to profit. But as you have said, its your choice mate. And we can only advise you. Still its your final decision that matters.

It's always good to get advice from people with different opinion and gather information from different sides. That could make me think again and reconsider my decision which is not final. Thank you guys.

Fighting against opponent and flying ants today at Wimbledon courts, it's a double trouble for both side players. Most irritating thing for me when I am in same situation, playing as recreational player of course Grin

508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: July 05, 2017, 12:43:06 AM
I have to set limit because I can be in bad mood and could enter a loosing string. In the past I knew to tilt and loose lots of money and there is no need for that at all. So I do set a daily limit and try to stick with it. That way I`ve maybe limited potential winning price but what is most important, I have limited my loss.

Just 5 more hours for Wimbledon to start Smiley Can't wait . I went for Federer to win the tournament because Sportsbet provided 5 odds and I think its really worth to take it . The big 4 is seeded top 4 in this tournament followed by Wawrinka .
I am not sure you picked right person or not. But he has the capability to win this big event. I am not 100% sure but I have 70% confidence that he will win this title. You may get surprised from Nadal at the end of the tournament so be ready to take any result at the end of the tournament.
I agree with you completely . I have placed some chips on Nadal to reach finals actually , I couldn't resist but bet on Federer because of that impressive odds . Lets see how it goes Smiley I would be more than happy to see Nadal winning the tournament .
The expectation is high on these two top class players but doesn't know whether they will make our hope true or they will disappoint us in the middle of the tournament. Today already we got one surprise Nick  Kyrgios retired against Herbert. I think if he plays the full game also he may lose this match because he lost 1st 2 sets. Don't know what surprise we have in tomorrow matches.
Another upset .. Top player like Stan Wawrinka lost to Daniil Medvedev 1-3 (4-6, 6-3, 4-6, 1-6) lol Stan playing like rank 300+ player Cheesy

Yes, his mental state sometimes can be like 750+ ranked player. Wawrinka knows to enter tournament slow, he is very dangerous after round two, but as I could see he also had some injury problem and also had a misfortune to play against highly motivated and for me surprisingly good young Medvedev. Tomorrow great match to watch- Murray vs Brown.
Yes, incredible and unexpected defeat for Wawrinka!
If Federer wins Wimbledon, there will be fab4 (Murray, Nadal, Federer and Djokovic) in the top 4 positions in the ranking atp!

Never expected Wawrinka defeat so early. just now tournament started already 2 top rank players out from this tournament. Kyrgios and Wawrinka. Federer, Nadal, Djokovic will reach semifinals, and the 4th player Murray will come, or else another young player will replace his place. Now this tournament is getting interesting.
510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in bitcoins today and be a millionaire in the future! on: July 03, 2017, 04:58:24 PM
Kid is genius. He believed in bitcoin and it paid him back, his dream come true. However buying something on that price and selling it later for a hundred time bigger value is great thing. Today I would have to invest much more cash and wait for pretty big growth to become millionaire.
511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In Gambling, Money is not everything on: July 02, 2017, 11:27:13 PM
Gambling for me is is closely tied with money winning and I think that with majority of people is the same thing. One of my friends has a tennis player that worship. He usually place bet on the opponent when important match is playing, just to have any satisfaction at the and. Either victory of his man or money in his pocket. Totally crazy and he is not gambler at all. Only gambling activity in his life was and are those bets.

An old expression says: `Football is a game that everybody plays and at the end Germany always wins`. Seems like not old anymore  Grin Congratulation to Germany National Team. Great tournament.
513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling give you lessons in life? on: July 02, 2017, 09:46:17 PM
Gambling is giving lessons every day. Most common and important is how to handle with loosing. It`s something that you will face with your entire life.
For gambling addicts with, for example big money problem, gambling gives lessons that they can`t see at all, so practically is pointless.

Reaching Semi-Finals in Roland Garros ( French open )  is his achievement this year Sad but I think he will come back to form in Wimbledon because he will have full support from the crowd . If Djokovic continues to play well like in Aegon championship then the tournament will be more interesting .
Djokovic can definitely reach the semifinals if he does not meet one of the top seeds who can block his way to the semi-final or finals, as far as I know djokovic has a good history since he played in this tournament.
Djokovic just won the Aegon championship Smiley He played really well throughout the tournament , I think he didn't even drop a set . He defended very well and converted them to aggressive points just like a typical Djoker . Glad to see him back .

Yes, I finally saw a Djokovic in good shape and very focused.
I am convinced that we will see in the semifinals Djokovic against Federer, and the winner of that match will win Wimbledon
Woah you just ruled out Nadal Sad I know Nadal is not great on grass but certainly we can't neglect him . If there is an opponent who is capable of beating Federer in this form on grass at a Grand Slam event then Nadal stands first in that list.

Djokovic looked really good against Monfils. If he manage to play constantly good for two weeks then he is in top 5 favorite for Wimbledon champion.
When Rafa plays like this he is favorite for every tournament that he participate. He had great concrete season but that was 4-5 months ago and he played so many matches so far. If he find a way to refresh him self good enough than he is number 2 favorite for wining Wimbledon Grand Slam.
515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Sport is the easiest to wager/win on: July 01, 2017, 05:42:47 PM
The easiest game to win is the sport that you know the best, so if you have the favorite sport that probably can increase your chance of winning in sport bet, because you will know the strong point and the weak point of the team or player you bet

I totally agree with you, I don't know if there is anything to add about this subject.
516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 30, 2017, 07:38:33 PM
I watched Novak today and I have to say that he isn't in his best form by my opinion. He is struggling with shots, playing good periodically and what is most important, he still isn't in focus all the time during the match. It is good that he took participation on this tournament, his self confidence isn't on great level and playing few matches before Wimbledon could help him.but If he reach semi-finale it will be great result for him.
517  Economy / Speculation / Re: Anyone else think "long term" hodlers are idiots? on: June 28, 2017, 06:11:29 PM
My brother both 20 btc for 22 dollars couple of years ago and forget that he got them. Few months ago I talked to him about btc and my activity on this forum and price of bitcoin today. He was shocked, checked his wallet and pleasantly surprised. Now he got little less than 60 thousand dollars. Worked great for him, definitely not an idiot. Me, I am young in this story, equally spending and saving and hope to have some benefits from it in the future.

Couple of years ago? The price high for 2015 was about around $430 and price low was around $215. How is that possible that your brother both BTC20 for $22? Are you trolling here?

To OP, looks like your holding didn't go well. It's more like being an idiot if anyone will think that bitcoin is not good for long term holding. Trying to create a panic? It's impossible. To create a FUD you need to shake the market.
Did you make fun of him by typing both instead of bought or what mate you both are the same? anyways if holding was what idiots do then

I'm sure Satoshi should be feeling like a moron right now, but hey look at him, has billions of dollars just by holding, I suspect OP has lost some

Money because of the drop in price, but there is no need to panic you idiot just hold and enjoy when we reached $3000 in the coming week.

Auto typing mistake(both). Can happened. Yes 2015 price you said. I have never said what year, I said couple of years ago. I think that year was 2010...

519  Economy / Economics / Re: If you have a lot of bitcoin, should you spend it or save it? on: June 27, 2017, 06:57:42 PM
In situation that you describe you probably should save it. The amount is small and make no difference at all. If you could earn bitcoin than I think that the best is to spend some and save some too. I do that way. With 2.1 btc I would probably spend small amount because bitcoin is additional income source to me and I really think that price will go up even more so I would like to have as much as I can gather for the days that comes...
520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 27, 2017, 05:22:11 PM
Federer had an easy time to dispatch of Alex Zverev today in the Halle championship.
The first set showed this and Alexy was getting very frustrated early on and this showed in his face.
He fell a few times in teh match and I thought he was going to retire from this finals match with an injury.
But he is contender and did not give up. Even against the odds of a healthy Roger Federer.

It was a pretty easy victory for Federer, winning in straight sets 6-1 6-3. It was sweet revenge for Federer, because Alex Zverev had beaten him last year in the semi-finals. He looks to be in extremely good touch for Wimbledon.
Right , we can see a lot of difference between the last year's Federer and this years. It holds good to Nadal too because of his new forehand Smiley We can expect Nadal and Federer beating all the NewGen stars like Thiem , Zverev , Khachanov in this Wimbledon .

I think those veterans are not yet ready to give their position. Although the young guns are really climbing, Nadal and Federer are also upping their game as well. So I think both of them will really show that they still have it to compete with the young generations.

They still are managing to win titles, defeating challengers who are in the prime of their youth. I think it would be better for the game as a whole if a young challenger arises and manages to beat these veterans. Competition improves performance on the court.

Exactly. Non of them hasn`t won Grand Slam title jet, youngsters haven`t even play a finale of GS. From my point of view, there is no player among young generation who is such a talent as these three legendary players are. I would also like to  see some newbies to take advantage over old ones, to see more excitements and new faces on the tron instead of five players over this past couple of years.
