That's a good decision to stay at Monaco, I think this decision would be helpful for him to become more efficient and competitive for the future. I don't believe that a single session is enough to worth oneself 100 or more million, so that at least two or three seasons should play with consistency, then time will give you what you deserve..

AC Milan is doing very good job in  this transfer period. They have already signed Musacchio, Rodriguez, Kessie, Silva, Calhanoglu and Konti and couple more players are on their way too. Yup.  It really looks like the Toffees are going for top 4 this year.  I think there are two clubs that should be worried about this, Arsenal and Man United.  Even Liverpool should be worried.  But, imho, Arsenal is the one that should get worried most.  They're on the decline under Wenger, I don't think breaking their transfer record on Lacazette will have a big impact in their campaign.

I think the beginning of mercato will be declared by the signature of lukaku in MU,
I also think that Chelsea has the choice between Moratta and Belotti because Moratta is always looking for another team while he is a substitute,

Most likely Morata will stay at Bernabeu, Real Madrid asks too high price for him and I think no clubs want to spend that much to buy Morata. Not a good situation for Morata if he stay, as he will still be #2 striker. He is a young talented striker, he needs to find a club where he get more opportunities so his talent will not be wasted.
The only problem for him is Real Madrid does not want to let him go for lower price than what they wants. Lets see, whether Real Madrid will change their mind about Morata before the new season close to start or not.

However the project of Inter resembles of Juventus by recruits well studied and presence of a very very competent coach like spaghetti !
