501  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not panic sell when there is dump on: September 19, 2021, 03:09:44 AM
For one you are not overthinking it. It is really true that many of the old timers here, have been giving out small tips to newbies when it comes to investing in crypto, and one of these tips is really not to use your emotion when making a decision that would make you earn more or lose more of your money. Do not panic when there is a correction, it is normal for corrections to happen and it is normal for prices to go down after it went exceedingly up. You will be able to make better decisions if you are calm.
for people who have seen dump prices many times, most likely won't panic, and know what they need to do. however, for beginners, it seems quite difficult for them to "not think about" the correction that occurred, especially if it is their first investment, or they are going all-in.
it would be great if they could indeed keep their cool when prices were down, but there was very little that could be done. when the price dumps, there are some moments that make them think like "if they don't sell now, the price can get even lower" and that makes them compelled to sell their assets.
If someone can control themselves, and not panic when prices are moderate, I think they will make the right decisions for their long-term investment, such as increasing the amount of assets because prices are discounting, and trying to take advantage of the situation. if they can't control it, I think they will sell the asset without waiting.
502  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mining vs Holding on: September 18, 2021, 10:38:54 AM
i would choose bitcoin investment over mining. things to consider in doing mining, especially without the help of others are
  • electricity cost
  • maintenance costs
  • takes time
  • in other cases, it is necessary to upgrade mining equipment for maximum results
  • and others.
I'm not saying that mining isn't great, but I don't think it's for me. especially if we have other things to do. i prefer bitcoin investment because i think it is relaxing and fits the time i have.
503  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you scared? on: September 18, 2021, 06:34:28 AM
Things are fine right now and I am not concerned in the least about a sudden bitcoin crash.
The reality is bitcoin has always fluctuated mildly but its consistent growth for the foreseeable decade is rest assured.
in fact, the current bitcoin price is back to near $50k. because of that, I don't think any old crypto users care about that.
on the other hand, nowadays many people are trying to own popular coins like bitcoin, ethereum, and others. I think people are used to FUD. Moreover, many people are now looking at crypto as a source of investment year after year, so some FUDs are unlikely to make much of a difference.
504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what are some of the new projects we should keep eyes on it? on: September 17, 2021, 10:39:38 AM
Today I was reading fascinating story of Bitcoin and Ethereum. That was really interesting read. And I thought, what if there are other ongoing/emerging projects? Do you know any of them? Those that are not on the mainstream media yet.
Actually, there are already quite a number of projects that have appeared and are already running. it is rumored that BNB and Polygon have the same potential or even exceed or compete with ethereum in the future. both have a lot of advantages at this point. most of the new projects come from these two platforms.
for projects that are not yet common in the media, I don't really know. however, you can try to see the current development of BSC or Polygon. although it can't be like bitcoin, but at least it can compete with ethereum.
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin/ETH replace fiat someday? on: September 17, 2021, 07:06:59 AM
I agree that cryptocurrencies and superstitious fiat currencies have their own niches for use, where each of them has competitive advantages. It is also impossible to consider all cryptocurrencies as having a single function. So bitcoin and ether are not very suitable for micropayments, but for example, Tron or CHIA, on the contrary.
Bitcoin is still suitable for small payments, there's the lightning network and even if you use bitcoin, the fees are not that really high this time.

That's why El Salvador has adopted it as a legal tender and they're seeing the good side of it not just as a payment but as well as a store of value.
I've always thought that the biggest thing bitcoin/ethereum is doing is being an alternative payment in every country, but it won't be able to replace Fiat. however, when El Salvador accepted bitcoin as a legal tender, I thought that the potential of bitcoin today could replace Fiat.
although at this time bitcoin is still quite difficult to replace Fiat due to various regulations, but I think the development of bitcoin to become a legal payment alternative in a country, is an extraordinary thing.
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should you sell ethereum and btc to buy Solana/SOL? on: September 16, 2021, 10:54:24 AM
Solana is a new promising altcoin that surpassed dogecoin to be ranked up to seventh place on CMC. And based on its price last August 15 2021 it is only 44$ and now its current price is 157$ based on that super Sonic price movement from 44$ to 157$ for just one months, I think Solana is good for short term investment, what would be your insights about this guys. Good for long term or short term investment?
IMO, we can't say that this is good for the short term. if you look at last year's SOL 1 chart, you will see the movement that it takes time to go up high. maybe august is the start of its upside and that makes us think that it's pretty good for the short term. however, for popular coins like SOL, I might prefer to hold on to the long term over the short term. other than that, the potential of BTC and ethereum is also quite good. if I had it, I wouldn't sell it for SOL. if you are interested in SOL, then create your own portfolio without selling your popular coins. After all, having a principal like "don't put everything in 1 basket" will keep you from losing big because of 1 coin.
507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BNB be worth $1,000? on: September 16, 2021, 06:32:47 AM
looks like it can happen, just need to increase 2x from the current price and also bnb is widely used for terms and ieo on binance, then the number of bnb that will be burned every year makes the possibility that it will definitely happen, let's start with 1000$ then it will reach next target.
yes, it is very possible to reach the price of $1k this year. however, for the first time, we need to wait until the price of BNB reaches $500 this month. quoting from price analysis from Cointelegraph, if the price of BNB continues to hold and is pushed, it is possible that the price could reach $ 518. although it's still quite far from the $1k price tag, it's a pretty good development. it's just that, if a downtrend occurs, the price of BNB will most likely reach the range of $ 390 - 340 again.

508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cryptocurrency is not Legalized Despite the Many Benefits on: September 15, 2021, 10:40:40 AM
The answer is very simple - in the presence of technological advantages, decentralization and uncontrollability by the state or specialized structures does not allow this solution to be used at the level of the state financial system! Never (in today's world), no state will allow its financial system not to depend on it!
this is still propaganda. people think that because it can't be controlled, the government doesn't accept it as a legal transaction tool (although some countries have started to legalize and start making regulations about it). however, the reason is still the same, it's because of the rampant fraud that mentions the name of cryptocurrencies, and there are still many unfulfilled regulations of cryptocurrencies for some countries. however, for now it is good enough that cryptocurrencies are still allowed as an investment tool by many countries. it can be a trigger little by little crypto is accepted among the public before it grows even bigger.

Although it should be added - I am sure that some of the blockchain technology solutions will be integrated into today's banking and financial solutions! And the technology itself is already used in the non-financial sector quite often.
Right. I've read some information about banks trying to develop a blockchain system for themselves. In fact, China is also developing their own cryptocurrency but still rejects other crypto. well, I still pay attention to such information.
509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you guys think on: September 15, 2021, 06:30:13 AM
1. Is this a good time to build crypto portfolio?
Of course this is a great time to build a portfolio. we don't know when the price of the crypto we hold will rise, so we better prepare for that before the price goes up. because it would be very irrelevant if we try to build a portfolio when the price of crypto is rising high.
2. Do you really think that bear market will be a dipping as 2018?
no one knows about the future price situation, but we need to be prepared for all eventualities. however, I believe that prices will pump at the end of this year, and it will be a different year than 2018. even now the situation is very much different.
510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy a house in Dubai with DodgeCoin on: September 14, 2021, 04:11:02 PM
This is a very simple way to save 5% of your money when buying a property. And given the fact that the cost of real estate in Dubai is very high, for the sake of getting such a discount, anyone, even if he was not previously familiar with cryptocurrency, will be able to figure it out and buy Doge, paying with these coins with a construction campaign.
i heard that in dubai that cryptocurrencies are familiar and used frequently, so it seems natural that they do that. i'm just a little confused that it would be better if they use bitcoin instead of dogecoin. however, after thinking about this, they probably have the same thoughts as Elon Musk. The good thing about this is that cryptocurrencies are getting more attention for now. I'm pretty sure that things like this will be common to us in the future.
511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Choosing the right time for profit on: September 14, 2021, 06:20:22 AM
The profit taking between traders and investors is different, but in principle it must have the price target. Before we buy/sell in the market, we must have a careful plan so that we can stay in the market for a long time.
The market is very dynamic. No one in this world can accurately predict the direction of the market. If you are absolutely sure of the prospects of the portfolio you hold, then I don’t recommend selling everything. If you are not sure, it is best to take all profits and mix in a new portfolio that is still promising. The market will always go through a "bearish-sideways-bullish" cycle, so we need to learn to take profit/stop loss.
Basically, most professional traders also create bases and targets for selling their assets. For example, if he buys a coin at a price of $5, his target to sell for a profit is $7, however, if the price drops and worsens, his target to sell at a low price is $4. So, when the price reaches one of them, they will sell the asset.
unfortunately, I don't use that method. I continue to hold the asset I own even when the price goes up high or down. I only sell it when I need money. Besides that, I'm also aware of the cycle. I also believe in the coins I hold today.
512  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Every altcoins has chance on: September 12, 2021, 02:55:37 AM
I've seen several times that every altcoins doubles the price in a single day which means every coin or token has its opportunity to boom. IF BTC price does down they drop but suddenly they skyrocket by the next day itself, it's pretty hard to judge which coin might pump for the next day. Is there any specific website which might help me to identify? Kindly share your thoughts.
seems like every altcoin is not the right word. however, maybe every altcoin that is still being developed has the opportunity to have a high price. based on my experience, some altcoins even have prices that are far from their initial prices or even do not take care of after entering the market. such coins seem to have very little chance of pumping unless they are re-developed.
as far as I know, there is no specific web that can identify the price increase that will occur. however, I think there are some groups that speculate and predict which coins will go up. So far, I've only seen it in telegram groups, and Cointelegraph.
513  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BNB be worth $1,000? on: September 11, 2021, 11:52:27 AM
BNB can reach $1k? Why not. it may take a long time to reach a high enough number, but everything can happen in a relatively short period of time or vice versa. but I'm sure by the end of 2021 BNB will break through at a price of $500-700. I believe the value of BNB will continue to rise.
based on an analysis from Cointelegraph, the price of BNB could reach a price of $500, or it could drop by more than $350. in the next few weeks or months, we will see whether the price of BNB goes up or down. if the bear market continues, we will likely see a price of $350 for BNB, and if a bull market occurs, we will be closer to $1k. however, I believe that in the future the price of BNB will reach $1k. however, based on the current situation, it looks like the price of BNB will be in the range of $350 to $500.

514  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you scared? on: September 11, 2021, 08:42:46 AM
~
Are you scared? Is there any hope for the future?
I think almost all long-time crypto users, will not care about news like this. I agree that almost every day there is FUD news about such things, and only weak people who are new to crypto would panic when they see such news. actually, if we look at the development of bitcoin since 2013, the price continues to rise even though there are so many FUDs, even some countries and companies reject bitcoin or crypto, are now again trying to take advantage of opportunities to be able to profit from cryptocurrencies. So far, my assets are still intact, even since the dump of the $60k price tag. Talking about the future opportunities, the chances of seeing a high bitcoin price are still very high.
515  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Heading to $70,000 on: September 10, 2021, 10:37:57 AM
the way bitcoin have retained it stand around 50k is a momentum signal to the next price target and with this September being a viable month for cryptocurrency as bitcoin become a legal tender of a country El Salvador which is the first in history since bitcoin creation over a decade ago.

I predict a $70,000 bitcoin price before the end of this month of September.
let's hope that before the end of this month, the bitcoin price can rise to close to $70k. So far, and earlier this month too, I was thinking the same thing, that bitcoin price could hit $60k or more by the end of September. unfortunately, the price dropped, and it even touched $43k before finally rising back up to the $45k price. some price analysts say that if conditions improve, the bitcoin price could return to $50k, and shoot up to $60k. however, if the dump continues, we will most likely approach the price below $40k. let's hope there's something good at the end of this month
516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What risks will you get in investing during the COVID-19 pandemic? on: September 10, 2021, 05:40:37 AM
~
Then, is investing in cryptocurrency safe enough, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic?

What is your opinion about whether or not there is a risk involved in investing during the COVID-19 pandemic?
as far as I know, and the information I've heard, during this pandemic, so many people are laid off from their jobs due to problems with reduced income, and other reasons, so many people are encouraged to work on their own. If we go back to early 2020, when the pandemic was really high, by then quite a lot of people were learning about bitcoin or cryptocurrency because of the influence of income, work, and other economic factors. they invest and take risks, actually, I did that too, and right now, the bitcoin price has been very high since the beginning of 2020, and if we look back, we have even passed ATH. So, I feel that investing in crypto is quite safe, you just need to do some research, and devise a trading strategy so that if something unexpected happens, you don't get a big loss. however, it is not 100% safe, there will even be risks and problems that you can face in the future.
517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: AND YET ANOTHER FALL; A dip or A dump. on: September 09, 2021, 05:59:49 AM
Btc gave a surprising dump yesterday that left everyone almost speechless, and alts always pay the consequences, the whole market was bleeding yesterday that I couldn't look at my portfolio anymore, let's hope this is temporary, soon everything will come to normal, dip is good only when you have extra cash available to spare, many good coins are in discount now.
I'm pretty sure this price drop is only temporary. when the price dumps, I also no longer see the portfolio that I have. in addition, when the price goes up, the potential to go down also remains. I think that there are some people who are really targeting the $50k range to sell their assets. this is evidenced by the decline to the price of $ 43k in a short time. Apart from that, based on price analysis mentioned in several online magazines, it is stated that if the price of bitcoin decreases, it is possible that the price could reach $42k, while if resistance rises, then the price could reach $48k, it could even continue to the point of $52k again. I hope the price goes up soon.
518  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will its price start being stabilized? on: September 08, 2021, 07:59:41 AM
I think you have missed out the recent red bull from btc .It has fall down to around 42k$ as i have noticed it on Binance .The spare of the most not as much even in its in one day.
the price drop that occurred several percent in a short time has occurred a few days ago and pushed the price of bitcoin to reach the price of $ 45k, and is still a correction to this day. If the $42k range is a good price to own bitcoin, then now it's happening, and it looks like people can take advantage of that.

However the volatility is a regular behave of the market ,its not gonna stop forever .So how can we think it being stabilized .However the is not out always and the market is starting to recover .
Bitcoin's volatility will never stop, because bitcoin has a decentralized system, and its price depends on adoption and market needs. bitcoin prices will tend to be unstable, and will seem to go up and down in a short time depending on market conditions. however, the thing that most makes me think that bitcoin is a good investment, it's because the movement is always increasing from year to year.
519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Only good coins survive the dip on: September 08, 2021, 02:59:15 AM
Talking about altcoins that survived the Dip, we can take a look at them today. on coinmarketcap, the top 50 against the current dip is
- SOL
- Phantom
- QNT
- NEAR
- WAVES
- LEO
well, I think the coins have a pretty good defense when a sudden drop occurs. however, while almost all of the top altcoin dumps have followed bitcoin's footsteps, some of the above coins are still holding out. however, it doesn't mean that coins like ethereum, bnb, and other top altcoins are bad, on the contrary, I think that this is a discount and opportunity to own those coins.
520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Kid already making $32k monthly through ethtereum on: September 07, 2021, 08:22:51 AM
looks like the news was just picked up on CNBC a few days ago. it seems, a lot of people are inspired by what these kids do.

on the other hand, there are also 12 year olds who make over $400k using NFT. source : https://www.cnbc.com/2021/08/25/12-year-old-coder-made-6-figures-selling-weird-whales-nfts.html

Well, this explains that the role of parents is very important in educating children so that they can understand cryptocurrencies. many children their age are already quite proficient in using technology, moreover, some of them are no stranger to crypto. So, the task of parents is to direct and develop children's knowledge. Well, I guess that's an example of how successful they have been in teaching technology to their kids.
