Almost 900% retrace in 2 days, crazy. No bad news to cause such a dump either, dev premine dumped?

Dev premine dump? Read my post, its obvious, a guy create a pump and dump group lol

I always spoke against pumps, and dumps. Smart people are in this for the long term; setbacks happen to all successful coins, its part of the way things work.

Nothing ever shoots straight up; its pretty pointless to try to spot who is selling for what reason.

What you think about this 1% group?

They can control market easy if they had some holders in.

They can Destroy your project if they want. Be carefull

Well we invested in Pesobit because we think it has a great future. We think Lutzow is a wise leader and he can bring PSB to being THE coin of all Filipinos and Filipinas. When he establishes this for the Philippines, we can apply this model to other countries with big remittance markets. I got 1% of all PSB coins because prices came out low, right after the end of the ICO.

1% of Pesobit is "only" 200 000 PSB.

1) There are way more PSB sold everyday than 1% of all coins; at the current rate the bigger investors can get out and sell all their PSB without changing price. People selling now are mostly small investors who do not want to commit themselves to a coin.

2) Since we put in more money into PSB, this means we are financially and emotionally committed to this project.  We care. It would be stupid to destroy our own coin when selling too fast.

3) Many of the 1% investors are also active developers of PSB. They are spending their time and money with PSB; they will not do anything that will hurt its progression.
503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SPK] Quintessence Neighborhood - Last week for ICO!!! on: October 11, 2016, 04:38:46 PM
Id like to get a refund from this ICO if possible. How do I proceed to request one?

There is no "official" way to get a refund as mentioned in the ICO description; but it seems elambert wants to help - contact him please...

We just won the voting round at C-Cex. Just need to await for their confirmation as to when exactly will Pesobit be available there.
Congrats everyone and Thanks for those who joined me yesterday and collected 1200+ votes that caused us having 2100+ votes total. Although it seems to be too much (last week the winner had 2000 votes), it just basically shows how much support we have from the community Smiley

Online Staking is already in the works and will be announced in the coming days.

Wow - I leave for just one day, then there is tons of good news to catch up with! With C-Cex we are gradually climbing the ladder in terms of exchange size; although the problem with this one is we really have to maintain volume or they will delist PSB.

I don't think this will be a problem for PSB, however...

505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 09, 2016, 05:57:48 AM
wow what's with the dump?

What happened there ? :/

There is never a big rise without some pullbacks, that's just the way human nature works.

Perfect chance to buy more. because our next stop is 10 000 satoshis in my opinion.
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 08, 2016, 07:47:03 PM
WHO want to buy this token outside Philippines??? i dont!

Psb is not mainly for filipinos, can be traded worldwide thru exchange, same like other coins some from europe, usa, russian everywhere my friend. No worries.

Mexico is also a country with a very big remittance market (25 billion$) and its currency just happens to also be the Peso.  When the remittances to the Philippines are setup completely and the business model is well defined I plan to apply the same model to Mexico, and also using Pesobit, creating even more demand for it.

Pesobit is for everyone who wants to use/trade with it.

Also when it comes to the freelancing it could also be mainly people from outside the Philippines buying the services.

507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 08, 2016, 05:38:19 AM
Now we are knocking at 10 000 satoshi's door, already! It all happened so fast...

I knew PSB was worth at least this much from the start, versus the small amount of coins available and the low inflation. This was before any project was actually done; now that we have the online wallet open and available to new people, this adds more value to PSB as a network. Devs are also telling me online staking will be available soon; many much more expensive coins do not have this option. PSB fulfills their promises, this is nice to see.

There will be some unavoidable setbacks, as with any ambitious project like Pesobit; but looking at the other projects the long term goal is up, way up!
508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 07, 2016, 06:19:55 PM
Pesobit Online Wallet is now open to new registrants.

https://wallet.pesobit.net/production/#signup

Staking will be enabled next.

Good job Lutzow!  I think I will be with Pesobit for a long time...

Too bad for the other coins, but if the Filipinos and Filipinas stick together in Pesobit, this creates a tremendous collective power and will be a catalyst for many exciting projects, whether based in the Philippines or elsewhere...

I am thinking also of all countries with Peso currencies and strong traditions for remittances, such as Mexico.

Below 10000 considered still cheap for this coin

Yup I agree  Cheesy
510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 07, 2016, 07:51:26 AM
i regret selling at 1k sats....

I think we can make a lot more money by keeping a good coin and letting it run to 10x - 100x, than by trading (buying and selling frequently). Often I make mistakes and get stuck with an unpopular coin, but the good coins more than make up for these mistakes.

Either case, this coin is still worth more than its current price, IMO. What is happening now is that Pesobit should really have been more popular at the ICO, but there were too many ICOs going on and people do not trust ICOs anymore, so the ICO resulting price turned out way too low. This low ICO price is now readjusting itself, versus the useful projects that the Devs have in mind for this coin.

Pesobit is on page one of Coin Market Cap (#97) ... this is very important because it will bring a lot more attention from big players

http://coinmarketcap.com/

Coin Market Cap is a big selling tool...

Good day community! I would like to know what the situation is with the listing on the new exchange? What plans has the team listed to trade on a larger stock exchange? Thanks!

As far as I know, getting listed on big exchanges is not our or the Devs decision; it is the exchange managers who decide to add Pesobit. Pesobit is listed on a small but still very good exchange, Cryptopia (https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange/?market=PSB_BTC).

It is not Pesobit's Devs who decide the exchange where PSB gets listed; they must write requests to these exchanges, just like anybody can write these requests. We are very close to being listed in C-Cex, a medium size exchange with a big Russian clientele - please submit your free vote there (https://c-cex.com/?id=vote).

It is up to us however to make some noise, show big trading volume, exactly as we are doing with PSB right now in Cryptopia, and the big exchanges will listen.

Things community (us) can do:

1) Keep posting comments in this PSB thread - it is still too short according to some big exchanges, as they look at how fast a thread grows as an indicator of the interest of a coin.

2) Buy some PSB in Cryptopia - show volume

3) Use free vote to vote for PSB in C-Cex https://c-cex.com/?id=vote

4) Write a request to list PSB in Poloniex https://poloniex.com/coinRequest - Do this just once per coin, per account.

5) Write a request to list PSB in Bittrex (https://bittrex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202583854-Submitting-a-Coin-to-Bittrex) - We have a good chance here.

6) Tweet often, using hashtags #pesobit with (either @BittrexExchange, #bittrex OR @Poloniex, #Poloniex) in your tweet. Tweet as many times as you can, at least once daily with new messages each time, no copy paste spamming

"#pesobit is growing, we want a bigger exchange like @BittrexExchange (#bittrex) to support @pesobit growth" or tweets like that in general.

And that's about it. The PSB devs have done their part, now it's community's turn and we could see PSB listed in a large exchange very soon!!!

Not every investor can afford that 1% , in this case the rich just got richer .. its pretty common

Pesobit is not at all about the rich getting richer, it's exactly the opposite!

Pesobit is about empowering Filipinos, helping Filipino families all over the world and giving them back what they have earned with their hard work, instead of feeding the greedy American banking system. This is what the initial BTC was all about, a new online economy outside Wall Street's fat cat system; now BTC is stalled and has become elitist, for many reasons. So there is a place for a Filipino cryptocurrency.

If other nationalities want to join the ride, they are also welcome to hop in...

Getting richer is a by-product of helping this project and another motivation for getting on-board.
515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 05, 2016, 07:46:10 AM
Personally I think this coin is worth 10 000 satoshis right now, when compared to other coins; all it's missing is more people and word of mouth promotion - but it will gradually happen on its own!

Once the projects unfold, PSB will be worth a lot more than that.
How to get this 1% of pesobit, poswalett empty, maybe other side, give the link.

You want to get 1% of Pesobit Supply? Buy here https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange?market=PSB_BTC

Soon it will be listed on c-cex.com and bittrex

Well for PSB to have a bigger positive impact on an investor's finances I was just suggesting people buy 200 000 PSB (which is 1% of total PSB in existence), while it is still possible for a reasonable price, before this becomes too expensive. At this moment there are 12 people who can be members of the PSB 1% Club.

Price is increasing daily but it's still undervalued IMO.
I was going to invest 2 BTC but backed out at the last moment due to some doubts. I feel very bad now  Sad Shocked

2 BTC is a lot of money; you can start with smaller amounts that you are comfortable with and see if your confidence and interest towards Pesobit grows enough to invest more.

You still haven't missed the party, far from it - and I am still buying, looking for 10x - 100x yield.
519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 03, 2016, 04:53:39 PM

I just think PSB is tremendously undervalued (cheap), given it's potential (based on remittances' business model); so price will climb, yes, but people will want to hold on to their Pesobits...

Well not being negative here, but  you can  never say undervalued because at this point, all is still at writing, nothing yet have been accomplished here, but if PSB (which i am very positive)  manage to launch the proposed roadmap then there you can factually say that this coin is undervalued at this amount.

Allow me to explain. It's Price vs. Value.

Successful investors do not wait for the price of an asset to be fully realized before they buy. Real investors look at how they see what the future price of an investment may be a year from now, following some personal decision making guidelines.  This future price is today's value, however.

Contrary to investors, the regular people like to invest in "safe" assets and regular people prefer to pay full price, where all the value is all already in the price they pay. These regular people are still buying DOGE, DASH, ETH, LTC and Bitcoin at this moment, where all the value is already priced in. The initial investors who made the real money are already long gone from these coins - all you have now is regular people - and few investors.

When the business projects with PSB take place and their real value is fully priced in (PSB price up 100 X), it will be too late to invest and make a lot of money. For me, anyways. All will be left at that point is earning from staking. I am not saying it's a certainty - there is no certainty in crypto or anywhere - but I really like what I read in the Pesobit's development plans (see them here), and I see PSB has a low price.  Low price and high value.

If we take Dogecoin as an example, one might think, they have tried everything it will not go any higher; DOGE is already high in the CoinMarketCap, DOGE does not have a consistent development approach - so the price one year from now will be perhaps same as today, or lower. So to an investor, Dogecoin offers little value, it's fully priced or overvalued.

This is what I mean when I say, PSB is currently blatantly "undervalued". I don't recommend people put in their lifesavings in any crypto; but a few hundreds of dollars in PSB can go a long way in the near future...
520  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PSB] Pesobit, Philippine-based crypto on: October 02, 2016, 07:22:34 PM
You will se the real pump when psb hit another Exchange.

We need more volume

There is a bit of a negative connotation associated with the word "pump", like if PSB's price was getting manipulated by people who just want to dump later.

I just think PSB is tremendously undervalued (cheap), given it's potential (based on remittances' business model); so price will climb, yes, but people will want to hold on to their Pesobits...
