Come on! This is just a distraction! Iconomi is basically sitting on our money! What the fuck are they doing? It's crisis at the moment. Where are they? Why was OFM testing cancelled? Or is OFM just a dream? 10 MILLION. No updates. Crisis? You need to take your pills and relax.

Daparski you sure you did not dump some ICN two days ago? (like 100K) Me? No chance. I ain't selling for 12-18 months, unless the price goes above $10

Examining the 360k dump on the Kraken chart.
220k dumped at 2016-12-26 13:05:00 @ median price 0.0003435 = 75.57 BTC
140k dumped in chunks starting around 2016-12-27 10:00:00 @ 0.00032 = 44.8 BTC
So he dumped his 360k for about 120 BTC = average price 0.000334
I suspect he made about a 55k ICN profit if he was able to buy back in around 0.00029. I didn't see any obvious signs of him buying back in on chart of orderbook, so if he did, it was in 10k-50k chunks.
Price drop was due to this one trader, there's no other significant volume spikes on the chart.
Conclusion: ICN holders still holding strong. RIP to the noobs if they panic sold. RIP to the whale if he hasn't bought back in, he will look like crying Jordan soon.
Trolls will be trolling Babies will be crying Weak hands will be shaken

so tomorrow's launch is cancelled?
Iconomi will never Launch; it was always meant to be a scam... BS Don't feed. Just hit ignore

the most important thing is that this gonna be big in 2017, you can speculate as much as you want, but logic says otherwise. If you think you can earn on these price ups and downs, it's peanuts comparing to real deal. When ICONOMI will get big investor funding you will see it go beyond billion market cap.
One question: how can ICONOMI receive funding without issuing new tokens and dilluting the actual token holders? Is the 100.000.000 token a max limit forever? No dilluting on ICN. Each fund will have its own token

i REALLY do hope this does moon.
but with the hard stupid shilling here and how strong BTC still is, not much is gonna happen on the 28th so stop getting your fucking hopes up.
The market cap of all the gold in the world is $7000B and market cap of AAPL is $621B. Bitcoin could go up to market cap of $700B within the next few years. If the ratio between BTC/ICN market caps stayed the same, then ICN market cap would be $1.3B in that case. ICN market cap could also go up at least 20x relative to BTC during the time it takes BTC to hit $700B Talking about $100 ICN is not shilling, it's just having a realistic vision of the future of finance. People would have laughed at Warren Buffet back in 1964 if he told them $20 was dirt cheap for a Berkshire Hathaway share that would hit $200k years later. Look who's laughing now: Iconomi should grow as crypto grows. 2017 will be all over bitcoin, blockchain-based and app tokens. Just look at Bitcoin price this year, and this is only used as a store of value and p2p payments. You need examples of "no way, this won't go up in price. No way it will make 2x,10x 30x"? You people forget that few fund managers out there have more money than the entire market cap of all crypto today. Even with compatators, there is still a lot of room to grow. And I dont see any other comparator with a working trading platform yet. Neither with integrated fiat to crypto gateway.

I hope there won't be selays though, seeing how fast it got to 30k compare too he rest of the tokens that had been released ICN team seem to follow their road map well. How to send my icn on ico.iconomi to kraken? I have send my icn on ico site to my wallet ethereum but my icn not enter
They don't have that option yet as far as i know. I believe they mentioned they will allow it later. I think he means that he sent ICN from Iconomi site to his wallet and don't see the tokens. If that's the case, you need to follow instructions that were posted on medium. I am on mobile device, can someone post the links? Edit: 5thangel is a real angel!

They were in Hong Kong last month. China is a huge potential Besides, I do believe that getting USA onboard is a matter of time. Once they will get that SEC approval it will be when OFM is matured and used for some time - meaning even bigger hype from US based investors. It will make such a noise as the first SEC approved crypto fund.. Will take some time though. Until then - Europe and the far East is a good enough start

any news on beta invites?
I am in the early access group and received the email confirming it, but I have not received the access user/password yet... By tomorrow all the early access group should be able to access the platform... Today around midnight, we're launching the all new ICONOMI. The access will be given also to you. Some of you will get the access immediately, some of you later until Saturday. Yes same here, no confirmed early access user i have heard of yet. Think we will get our X-mas access tomorrow They will start beta access on Saturday IMO, those who already have access are under NDA, so devs can receive a mayor feedback of good and bad things especially bad things and fix them before it gets public (for example by posting screenshots here) and maybe cause bad publicity. I would do the same if this would be my baby. Edit: Wouldn't be the first time that they use NDA's. [bold]#polo[/bold] Polo trolls inc in 3...2...1... How would they enforce that NDA? What's to stop someone from posting with a newbie account? I don't think they will use NDA for early access. If they already had invited you and asked/told you not to post anything till 28th would you still do it? No, I wouldn't. But the point was that I don't see a way to enforce that kind of NDA

I found out about ETH back in May when it was $11, I heard about it previously but didn't do anything till then. Back in May, ETH was hyped like crazy. No one could say a single bad thing back then because there was no ETC, No DAO hack etc... There was so many Ethereum fan boys who lash out the minute you even bring up a tiny concern about security, scalability etc...
Also I didn't care that I was buying from people who potentially bought at less than $1 and are making 10x profit, I just cared about LONG TERM potential based on MY situation. The price went to $20, I didn't sell at the peak but made some nice profit before market lost confidence. It will have a year long bearish market next year just like BTC did 2 years ago and then it will moon. There is no doubt in my mind that if the whole DAO and ETC shit didn't happen, ETH would be mooning along with BTC now and $20 would be considered CHEAP.
What does all of this have to do with ICN? 1- many people will dump when it starts to play around in $1-$5 range or $6-$10. But A LOT more people will buy at that time due the fact it has gone up in the first place!! Majority of people only act when a coin is being pumped because its confirmation bias and to them its a 'safer' investment. low risk = low reward
2- ICN devs are masters of their own destiny now. They literally have it all in their hands. They are the only ones who can mess it up from now on because it seems the whole community is on their side. My concern to be honest is they will rush the OFM platform which may lead to high security risk or glitchy website that always looks and feels like it is in beta testing. I was excited at first that OFM will be released sooner than we expect, but now I would much rather if they are more patient and release a platform that is 100% secure and tested.... Otherwise, the first news of any sort of uncertainty and then it is game over and move on to the next hyped up thing. Sure, there will be loyal followers, but the majority of investors (not just in crypto but in general) will dump instantly at the first news of uncertainty. I'm going to ask them about this at next AMA and fucking hope they don't rush this so we don't have a fucking ICN Classic!
+100 Excellent post. Its only problem is that it is not on Reddit. Better to wait another few months and release a stable, secured, and well tested platform than to be ahead of schedule In that regard, it would be good to have a small group of testers that can provide feedback before the release (access to qa or any other pre-pdoduction version) I thought that's what they're doing with rolling it out to a select few before December 28th. I'm referring to OFM platform which was originally scheduled for release in Q3 2017 I think, but now looks like it will be there much sooner. 2016 has been great year for alts in terms of total market cap, however, it is heavily stained with hacks. Steem accounts were hacked within 2 weeks of release, DAO was hacked within weeks due to poor coding, bitfinex was hacked as well, more than $100 million has been stolen from people's accounts this year and they all have one thing in common, the underlying blockchain technology has never been hacked and is at least the same level of security as banks and major corporations (I think it is stronger). However, the accounts that people have on platforms is what is being hacked. I have no concern for ICN tokens or ICNX tokens being hacked because I believe in the underlying technology. Also, majority of assets are stored in multisig cold wallets so the i'm not concerned about that either. I think once people are using OFM to trade and depositing fiat/alts into their accounts, hackers will try to exploit because they will be stored in hot wallets. They say there will be withdrawal limits which definitely helps, but perhaps we should also have accounts being 24/7 monitored for suspicious activities and maybe even have require manual confirmations for each withdrawls. It might make it annoying for people to have to wait, but the more layers of security we have, the more likely it is to deter hackers from wasting their time in the first place. Anyway i'll ask about this in their next AMA and we'll see what they have planned Nope, OFM should release at Q1 2017 from the beginning. Huge executional risk, HIGHLY doubt any team can build a fully tested and secured platform after two months of ICO ending. Would love to be proven wrong though... They didn't start from scratch, already had working platform As I now, the BIT STAMP team helping them with security. (experience and advice) Source?
