I think the bull run will happen on the next year 2019, not 2018. And now the price has decreased continuously and not sign for the recovery. bitcoin price go down is never be a good news for any aspect of market
it's still a leading coin. so it's very hard to have any altcoin rising when the king get sick.

For me, i don't support the ideology that ICOs are killing Bitcoin. Remember, through ICOs most people has got to know about cryptocurrency. Through the awareness creation made by ICOs, the entire crypto space has gone global. ICOs added a new sense of value to the crypto market.
