501  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Who Controls your Crypto Funds after Death? on: June 06, 2019, 06:10:16 PM
Funny, strange but yet so real, right?

So if one dies, all the money will get stacked on blockchain and exchanges?

I have about 90% of my funds in crypto and was just wondering over the above?

If you tell your wife, she might kill you and enjoy it with the boyfriend lol &
Hahaha yh and you can't trust even your family....

If they don't kill you probably because they are good siblings...once they know you have much, demand will go high lol

Many will say why not write a will, why not tell a friend etc..

But one needs to do this,  I know we all might have our opinions,  let's share and see if we can come to a uniform and decentralized solution....
Funny about how you think your wife and family would kill you just for your crypto.
Don't you even trust them?
Your wife would enjoy it with her boyfriend? only if she doesn't really love you and only stays for your money.
But so far I would just split it up to my family and my wife they should be the one to use it since it is my money .
502  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Do you expect/want to make a lot of money without much effort? on: June 06, 2019, 05:50:48 PM
Who wouldn't want to make money without much effort?
Everyone loves easy money and that is why most of us are hook in gambling and other forms of risk.
This is the reason why people still falls into scams.
503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: next alt coin to rocket on: June 06, 2019, 05:11:49 PM
need to turn 1k to 5k fast like 2 weeks type of fast anyone know of a possible coin that might rocket soon
There is so much crypto at the market and it is hard to predict such thing.
You could only get that in a short period of time if you have a huge capital.
You couldn't provably take the words from stranger that would point out a random crypto.
504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: PARTICIPATING IN IEO AFTER IT HAS BEEN CONCLUDED. on: June 06, 2019, 04:48:16 PM
I have often seen so many projects get sold out immediately after they are being launched on IEO launchpads like that of Binance, and ever since i have been hearing of IEO, i have never for once succeeded in making any contribution, so does it mean that once an IEO gets sold out, investors can never invest in the token again? or how does it work please?
Once it is sold out then the initial offering would end .
And investors would wait till they got listed on exchange only then could a new investor invest in their project.
505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin or coins you never gained money with? on: June 06, 2019, 04:16:15 PM
I have so many crypto that I invested that made me lose some money.
I invested in some ICO's that also turns to be scam so I couldn't really list all of them since there are so many to be listed.
506  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Deceiving Rate of Bounty Campaign, New Form of Scam? on: June 06, 2019, 01:15:29 PM
Well they do have a quotw already in that if the tokens are to be expected to be price(at launch or down the roadmap) at $3 USD. Which I think that they have an expectation of price in the future. And a bounty hunter must analyze the context to fully understand the bouty announcements. As such it is still up to the investors and the market what the price of the token will be, which I think a bounty hunter should be aware of.

Indeed but declaring the token in a certain unrealistic value at its current state, just to lure participants to join, i believe it is a shady activity in part of the Bounty manager.
This is the reason why we should also do our own research when it comes to bounty hunting.
The price that has been stated is too far from reality .
If we would compute the real price it would just be $4,500 and I think that's the reason why the manager lied.
But no matter what the reason is this is really bad for the campaign or the project it would reflect to the whole project and management.
507  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is all this "Satoshi" drama? on: June 05, 2019, 03:56:10 PM

I don't think anyone can ever log in on the satoshi account here on bitcointalk anymore, because theymos may have blocked the account for obvious reasons already. Also, the real satoshi--if the man/woman/group behind the persona is still alive--would have been laughing to all these wannabes trying to get credit on what he created. Seriously, nothing is to be gained on being proved that one is the real Satoshi, just the few hours fame. The real jackpot is within the suspected 1M bitcoins on his arsenal, and cracking that is exponentially better than being hailed and crowned as Satoshi.
Yes the true Satoshi would be laughing for those clowns ,
Satoshi knows that there wouldn't be anything to gain from revealing itself ,
And Satoshi doesn't want to be revealed and wants to stay anonymous.
First of Satoshi intends to hide his/her/their true identity from the very beginning so why would he reveal itself now?
If it is just for the fame then he could have done that from the very beginning.
508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Documentaries (12 Of My Favorites) on: June 05, 2019, 03:17:15 PM
Thanks for sharing it I was going to watch some documentaries later but I think I already found a great list,
This would keep me up for a while I like to watch some documentaries about different kinds of stuff .
I also like to watch some mystery and unsolved videos .
But this would be a great list and would be worth it to watch.
509  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I read 250 comments of people saying what they learned from investing in crypto on: June 05, 2019, 02:56:51 PM
I agree on most of them but I think we all have different opinion or strategy when it comes to investment.
Other wants to make it slowly but surely then there are some who are risk taker who would try the risky investment just to get a high profit.
510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin (BTC) Bulls Near Exhaustion on: June 05, 2019, 02:32:05 PM
For me it is already exhausted and taking some time to get going.
Maybe when it had enough rest it would have enough power to move the market once again.
511  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Used Computer Equipment For CryptoCurrency Unsafe? on: June 05, 2019, 01:34:10 PM
Do not buy used or NEW computer equipment for crypto use  Grin

You all forgot that even new computers can and do come with malware/trojans/viruses.

Eg. My Lenovo laptop came with superfish malware when it was new. And it is still there. I couldn't get rid of it. Lenovo did publish repairs for many models of their laptops, but mine didn't ever get the repair. Sad

And for the paranoid:
There has been some talk about some hard-drive manufacturers hiding a wireless chip in the HDD, that could be used in stealing data from machines that are not connected to the internet. Apparently the potential thief would have to get within a few hundred meters of the device. Scary. How could you check against that kind of threats?
Used and new computer?
Then what should we buy then?
It all depends on the merchant you should only buy from the right one.
If you are having trust issue then go directly to factory to buy.
512  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can we still expect more from bitcon? on: June 05, 2019, 01:11:00 PM
There is if you are a long term investor .
But for those who aren't you could also expect the unexpected things to happen in crypto.
There would alqays be an unexpected things that everyone wod be surprised .
513  Economy / Speculation / Re: If history repeats itself, we could be in for a rally in June on: June 05, 2019, 12:48:16 PM
We couldn't really be so sure about things in the future.
But I think we all want Bitcoin to have a strong up trend right now.
Even if it has happen before a multiple times we couldn't guarantee that it would always be the same.
514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason we need cryptocurrencies on: June 05, 2019, 12:28:14 PM
For me the reason why we need it is because we need financial freedom.
There are also some people who solely rely on crypto for their income.
Crypto currency open a way for everyone to earn and make profit on the internet.
515  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Uncomfortable Truth on: June 05, 2019, 11:54:07 AM
]

Bitcoin as we know it is supposed to be utilized like money for everyday transactions but aside from this, just like the physical gold, it is mostly known as a store of value that can increase and decrease suddenly in a matter of some blinks of the eyes (well, literally and figuratively). Now, that bitcoin is on the rise, so does speculations though I see nothing wrong with this but the problem can be the imbalance.

It is estimated that "only 1.3% of economic transactions came from merchants in the first four months of 2019, little changed over the boom and bust cycles of the prior two years."

Personally, I would rather hold my bitcoin that spend it because I am looking forward that soon it can go beyond the $20,000 (or almost) reached in 2017. I am sure that am not alone with this mindset right now.

Is there really something wrong with this scenario for bitcoin?
As you said it is supposed to be utilized like money for everyday transaction.
But you also said that personally you wouldn't use it because it can go beyond $20K and that is also what others are seeing.
People wouldn't use it as a payment option if they could use Fiat because it is much more easier .
And just to clear some things here would you even use it as a payment method once it hit beyond $20K?
As I see it you would just continue to hold it and wouldn't use it as a payment option .
516  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Wall Street really interested in Bitcoin? on: June 05, 2019, 03:52:02 AM
I think they are after all  wall street is always aware of it .
And when it comes to business wall street always have a room for one.
Wall street has been known for trading, stock market and other stuff so why wouldn't they be interested in crypto?
517  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is 1 Bitcoin equal to half million USD? on: June 05, 2019, 03:28:03 AM
No we couldn't say it unless the demand for it increase and drives the price up to half Million.
If it only works the way you see it then we could all live happy and rich.
But nope the price of crypto isn't base on calculation it is by the demands of the investors.
518  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Btc has no value on: June 05, 2019, 03:06:08 AM
Some people saying BTC has no value as is made from nothing. Those same people using money in every day life. If we look into paper money as terms of value this piece of paper is also without value and also made from nothing.

If we think this way then we should be only exchanging goods like gold, stones, weapons, food.

BTC, Crypto is in my opinion only next step in term of money. So we will be calling BTC money soon. It will only be huge advantage for us early adopters to get some while cheap.

When btc will be replacing money in terms of salary anyone who will one 1 BTC only will benefit a lot as with price increasing people will get salary of cca. 2000 sats and 1 l of milk will cost 1 sat in the store.
Yes I agree if people think of it as that way then we should only use consumables to pay for everything.
But I don't think that BTC would really replace money or be used as the only currency even in the future.
519  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Dump: Pure Whale Manipulation on: June 05, 2019, 02:42:23 AM
It is just how it goes everyone has been doing it,
The whales are also investors and traders so they could also do what we so (quick trade).
And for sure you also done it before the only difference is the amount that we are playing.
520  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NEWS FLASH! 10 most important Crypto guide in 2019 and beyond... on: June 04, 2019, 12:45:56 PM
1) Diversify your portfolio if you are unsure of what you’re doing, then narrow down your portfolio if you know what you’re doing.

2) Surround yourself with crypto people, do not recruit your friends into investing in crypto.

3) Invest 10–20% of your income after tax in crypto (since most of you, don’t know what “invest what you can afford to lose” means).

4) Think long-term profits, not short-term gains.

5) Always do your own research. Manipulation, hype, pump and dump, fraud, scam, hacking, and stealing, are common here in this space, and can sometimes lead people to financial loss.

6) Keep your day job despite reaching your financial goal in crypto, so you are not emotionally dependent on your crypto profits as a source of income.

7) IT’S NOT CASH, UNTIL YOU SELL YOUR CRYPTO FOR FIAT.

Cool Read, and read, every day, do not underestimate the power of reading. Learn something new about blockchain and cryptocurrencies every day.

9) Avoid pyramid schemes, cloud mining, MLM, “earn interests” schemes and ponzi schemes such as Bitconnect.

10) Be responsible with your newfound wealth, don’t be reckless, you may experience a state of euphoria when your portfolio reached triple gains.

SECRET REVEALED!...

I just discovered a live training WORKSHOP that teaches you step-by-step on how to go from zero to $10,000+ in commission, selling other people's products as an independent affiliate entrepreneur, starting from scratch. Without creating your own product, Chasing or recruit people, and it's 100% location independent.

See it in action here liq.biz/mark

It is nice topic and great guide I agree on your 10 crypto guides and it is very important to always remember it.
But I just hope you didn't make those great topic just to shill the training workshop I don't really think that people would actually believe in those kind of workshop.
It is better to enhance your own on your own way by experiencing and learning from it .
And besides there isn't really a guarantee that their words could really make it ,
If that is how things work then it would just be easy to gain profit we wouldn't need to invest too much.
