I have often seen so many projects get sold out immediately after they are being launched on IEO launchpads like that of Binance, and ever since i have been hearing of IEO, i have never for once succeeded in making any contribution, so does it mean that once an IEO gets sold out, investors can never invest in the token again? or how does it work please?

I have never invested into an IEO, but i have invested in some ICO. When all tokens have been sold, the IEO or ICO is concluded. Any people can buy the tokens after its release at an exchange. It is where you are going to see the real demand/value for the token.

Well some IEO bring profit, some can bring a profit but can take time. But investing on Binance IEOs i think is more secure than on a other exchanges. I also not invest on IEO yet, but if you not buy on IEO you can buy from exchange after IEO is finish and coin listed for trade.

You can buy that when it was traded and available on exchange site. You still have a chance to invest in what coin that makes you feel interested with it. When it gets sold out and you can't do anything and the only chance for you to buy when it's already traded. I have participated in harmony ICO and not its IEO and got decent profit.

I would say no to invest after launch in exchange because it has major risk factor associated like being pump and dump by the exchange itself. That's nothing new that therw will be some insider who have bought the token at IEO stage. Therefore, it's possible.

you still can buy the tokens after the tokens listed on tradeable binance my friend but think about the risk and rewards, if the tokens already growing and hit a higher level in price, its better to wait a corrections coming so, you can buy in a good price level regards

Invest when the trading is live on the exchange where the IEO takes place . The price of the token might go down for just a little time and thats your opportunity to buy some and wait till they pumped the price.

Personally I'm not try to join on this IEO but I can gain profit by this IEO after listing to exchange site I wait for the investor to sell their token then after that I'm buying in the dip then sell immediately after having a 5-10% profit, as of now Binance and Houbi are the successful to offer IEO.

you can buy the token right after the sale period as it's the advantage of IEO's, investors can easily dumped the coin after the offering sale inside the exchange, you will have the opportunities to ride with the train while the value being pumped, make sure to always have an alternative plans if ever you over bought the tokens and its starting to dumped down.

exactly, if you haven't invested during the IEO you still can buy the coin on exchanges like binance. same goes for the investors who wants to buy more or AGAIN. exchange is there for it. for binance to consider a project to do IEO on them, i guess it must be a good project. buying on exchange will still be considered a contribution to the market.

Few people has answered your question and to join them I will said that after the IEO the coins will remain listed in the exchange and further list in other exchanges as the project is developing. The IEO is just the channel of raising funds from the public and it has no much different from the ico except in terms of one is through exchange platform.

As a first time investor, you can participate in the IEOs on the exchange but if you weren't successful buying at the IEO, then you have to buy from the exchange(from participants that were successful at the IEO), and in most cases at a higher rate

Its a same thing whether you invest in ICO or IEO, the good thing about IEO is that it is immediately listed in such exchanges where the IEO is held and you can sell it when you participate the token sale, thats the good thing about IEO, compared to ICO where it takes time for them to list on exchanges, but everything is a risk, why? whenever an IEO is listed it can be dump just like the ICO when listed, so careful again.

You can invest in an IEO offering on an exchange when the initial crowdsale occurs or if you've missed the opportunity you can purchase tokens afterwards once it has concluded as soon as trading begins just make sure you don't get caught up in any pumps that may unnaturally inflate the prices

Basically you have to buy at the exchange once it is listed. My suggestion is do not buy on the day of listing instead bag some of it when it bleeds in that way you can get a good position whether for short or long. And it would be better to DYOR since some of them will only deliver results after couple of month. Set your goal.

If you're quite new to crypto, I would advise to stay away from IEOs and ICOs. Early price movement on a new coin is entirely speculative - if it's a new project, then they have nothing to show yet except a white paper and a roadmap. Also many new coins drop in price as soon as they are tradeable, which is another reason to stay away.
It takes a lot of knowledge to see through hype and understand which projects are worth investing in at that early stage. Stick with established coins first, and then move into initial offerings later if you want to.

Not only beginners, but also more experienced investors should be wary of investing in IEO. Because now there are a lot of IEO, which are in essence last year's ICO, which agreed with the exchanges to launch their IEO. But you need to remember that by investing in IEO you are not protected from the fact that the project may not be on foot and the price of the coin will go down and you will be at a loss. IEO on Binance show good results and after IEO coins can be sold more expensive and make a profit, but on other exchanges the situation is not so good and you can suffer losses, so you need to be careful.

This is not always true for IEOs, they usually keep their listing price and even tend to rise in terms of the price due to the higher demand. But of course this is true for traditional ICOs which often dont even reach the soft cap ...

It completely depends on the quality of the project which will either be like btt and harmony with high demand throughout. or simply tank because the team wasn't vetted properly
