5001  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Senators announce 10-day emergency investigation into election fraud, Pence... on: January 04, 2021, 03:20:28 AM
Why are they doing this? won't they just accept that the opposition has won the Election? I just wonder if they do such a fuss if Trump had won the election. This is just some rubbish turn of events, they should just accept the results, live their own lives, and move one.
5002  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Ryan Garcia vs Luke Campbell WBC Lightweight Interim Title (January 2) on: January 04, 2021, 03:00:37 AM
Still a good win though, despite we all know that he will win or maybe this is just a cherry pick for King Ryan. This is a perfect ending or beginning for him, getting knock down, gets off the canvass, then that perfect body shot that reminds of Hopkins vs Dela Hoya.

Let's hear if WBC will order Haney now to face Garcia. Although it is complicated as there are 2 mandatories, Fortuna and now Garcia.

Given that he has the advantage with this fight considering his opponent is an underdog fighter, he will likely win the fight and he did. Now for his next opponent, I think he needs to relax and wait for some time to fight again no matter who will be the opponent in his weight class. As you can see, even though we already reached 2021 the pandemic still there and we will not see him fight with lots of audiences in the ring. If he delays his fight a little more, maybe we can see him and the other fights in the ring with lots of audiences cheering for them. that would not be boring to watch though.

5003  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alt Season still possible? on: January 04, 2021, 02:41:09 AM
It will take some time but the very best is yet coming for the Altcoins since the price of BTC is skyrocket right now. I know those who currently hold some BTC will someday convert their BTC to Altcoins when its price will stop to rise and that will the time when the price of some altcoins will rise as well. the only problem is, we don't know which altcoin they will choose to convert their BTC but as you can see, it has happened before and it will gonna happen again soon. as soon as that condition will be met.
5004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting History - 2020 on: January 03, 2021, 04:42:03 AM
Your tips are good enough for every gambler, and we should follow the tips to prevent the loss. Every gambler faces losing their money in gambling, and we already have that much experience in the last year. In this new year, we have a new chance to change better than the last year to reduce the losing money in gambling. We must have control over ourselves, especially controlling emotion while playing gambling, and don't forget to have limitations. I am sure we can do that because we have the power to control ourselves.

Controlling emotions is the most vital part of being a gambler until you will have no desire of playing anymore. when losing so much especially losing in a big amount every day will lose your desire to play even though the next time you have some extra money to play but if you suffered a great streak of losses, you need to think if playing such games are entertainment to you or just a wasting time and money.
5005  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Congrats Satoshi Nakamoto --> 44th Richest Person in the World. #cryptoastronaut on: January 03, 2021, 03:56:14 AM
I think that rank would go even higher these coming days seeing the state of the market today. The movement of the price is so promising that it would only take a day to reach that highest mark ever and now the price is $32,390 and still kicking up. even though Satoshi Nakamoto is still not showing him/herself, Bitcoin continues to grow even higher than in the last years. I think most of the speculations regarding the peak price of BTC will gonna happen these months and the most popular of them is the price will gonna reach $100,000 in the future and with this state of the market, that would be possible, isn't it?
5006  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We can reduce our chances of loss on: January 03, 2021, 03:35:26 AM
Just beware of other centralized altcoins that are listed on top where some investors had move already to different altcoins. XRP is one of the coins that has been slowing down and made some investors loses. As I checked the current market price for XRP it is very low and so sad because XRP still has a good marketcap volume. I wish XRP can bounce back anytime soon when btc market collapse.

If XRP will have a chance to bounce back in the future then the chance of what the OP is saying will become the most profitable way of investing and I think he is saying some nice way of how we will minimize our loss if we want to invest safely like what he said. I mean, if we want to invest in some cryptocurrencies with a higher percentage of success, let's put our money on the top Altcoins out there and we will surely have that golden opportunity when it will go down and that's the time we gonna buy it because base on the history of those top Altcoins, they will recover their price no matter what gonna happened with the market.
5007  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: January 03, 2021, 03:15:45 AM

Warriors lack of defense is pretty evident, they are not the same warriors anymore, this team has started from the beginning again and I don't know if they'll improve this season or will qualify in the playoffs as they have a lot of games already that they lose by a big margin.

The Warriors lose to the other teams in a blow out way where you can see that they are really struggling unlike they were before in the 5 last seasons with Stephen Curry on the court. Now they look like a team having a hard time adjusting their play every time they step on the court. I wonder what their coach is doing with his team struggling at the first 10 games of the season. They should think about the way they play next time because such a blowout loss will change the course of their popularity if they don't do well next game.
5008  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin gradually clinching to $40k on: January 03, 2021, 02:57:04 AM
In recent time we have seen bitcoin constantly increasing in price and at the moment bitcoin price is $32,390 which is a record breaking. I believe before the middle of next week we are going to see the new all time high of $40k, what is your take on this?

With this state of the market the $40k mark is possible soon we still in the first week of January and we witness such an event. $32,390 is truly amazing when I was looking at the price yesterday, I thought it will stop at that high but I was wrong, and see this price in the morning today. I think the price would rise even higher than this and no news or whatsoever bad opinions by some so-called known people will change the course of the price today.
5009  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: January 01, 2021, 02:34:29 PM
Another game, another "0" by the Wizards.  What do you think about this team?

Westbrook had a triple double but they still loss, it's not good anymore, they are close to winning but they still fall short.

Westbrooks STATS in this game.

Points - 22
Assists - 11
Rebounds -10

That's one indication that the Rockets has won the trade because this guy has nothing to show us, especially when he is alone and the whole team is not synchronizing on what kind of play he wanted. That triple-double has nothing to do with the game as we already know how he earned those digits and it's not praised worthy.

5011  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: History is repeating itself or not? on: January 01, 2021, 01:26:03 PM
I think the price of BTC has nothing to do with any countries election because it is completely independent unless those who are elected say some good thing about BTC then that's another story. Last time when the Chinese president said something about cryptocurrencies the price went up and manage to recover after it fells to its low price last 2019.
5012  Local / Pamilihan / Re: What If on: December 31, 2020, 01:09:55 PM
Grin Grin
5013  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: No 2FA and robbed of 0.097BTC on: December 31, 2020, 12:23:43 PM
Every year I read such kinds of stories where people getting hacked, I really feel sorry for them and I thank most of you guys for posting here your experiences so people like us can be aware of such things. I never thought of this kind of scam but after reading it, I've learned something that I didn't learn before that's why I love this community because people here wouldn't bother to share their experience whether it is bad or good.
5014  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC has replaced XRP for the 4th place on: December 31, 2020, 11:56:13 AM
This is expected to happen especially what the Ripples is experiencing right now. the price of XRP has drastically gone down just before the end of 2020 and LTC will take its place in the market rank as well. I think this is not the last time we see it sink down to fourth place. if it gonna continue until next year then the reign of XRP will completely go until it becomes unranked in the market. I pity the owner of Ripples, after he made lots of partnerships with some of the biggest companies out there, now his effort is slowly melting.
5015  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What we do that leads us to be hacked or scam on: December 31, 2020, 05:45:46 AM
Most likely we fell into a scam when those on the list are innovative styles like phishing and investment. Emails and Personal Messages are common but Phishing has lots of kinds where the other phishing method can actually fool those people who are not aware of those. I remember someone listed every possible phishing method here and we need to know them all if we want to prevent ourselves from falling into one of them. As for the investment, the popular scam method is the Ponzi scheme where they will fool you and will pay you with your own money. this method has been improvised and made look like a legit investment method but it's not, after a while, it will disappear.
5016  Local / Pamilihan / Re: USDT TO ETH COINS PH :( on: December 31, 2020, 04:14:37 AM

5017  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any insurance service for gamblers to retain heavy losses....??? on: December 31, 2020, 03:31:58 AM
I never heard something like that when some site offers those things, I mean every player will get to that site and continue to play there. I think that's just a matter of assurance when you lost on your big bet and you will get some money for your loss. If that was the case then those people who play on that kind of platform will continue to play until they lose everything they have even the assurance they got from their heavy loss.
5018  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bittrex removing XRP on: December 31, 2020, 03:11:06 AM
After coinbase and Okcoin announcement, bittrex is also removing XRP on 15 January 2021 announced here- https://bittrex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054838991-XRP-Market-Removal-January-15-2021
Just wondering, why Kucoin has created a competition for deposit and trade XRP on their platform.

The deal might already be made a contract with Kucoin months ago before this Sec thing has been announced. With the contract has already been signed, Kucoin needs to do the thing they agreed upon. Therefore, we still see the competition for XRP in their exchange. however, We will need an official announcement from the Kucoin regarding this one. Which will clear their name to the crypto industry.
5019  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: December 31, 2020, 02:41:02 AM
How about the Orlando Magic? they set up a franchise history with their 4th win in a row. this team doesn't have a lot of superstar rooster but still continue to stay on the top, will it continue until the 5th game?

5020  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Electricity Consumption on: December 31, 2020, 02:20:20 AM
I read that alots of the miners depend on clean/environmental-friendly energy sources. I think it's important to know how true this is and whether most of the miners rely on clean energy sources. If they do, then I think the price wouldn't matter much assuming the hardware required for mining doesn't keep increasing in size and in energy consumption without commensurate or sufficient increase in the usefulness of Bitcoin or without sufficient increase in the "value" Bitcoin is generating for the world/network.

They chose the right place to set up their bitcoin mining facilities and most of them choose the coldest place available to save both energy and to prolong the usage of their mining components. I think I have read that the best country to mine bitcoins is Iceland where the electricity cost is not that high and the people there are a little bit worried because of that. Because when those miners flock to go to that country then their electricity will face shortage and might end up an increase in fees.
