If the borrower wanted to repay or contacted me back for negotiation then I may not asked for these amount. The borrower logged to provide me negative feedback(the feedback which s/he was given was removed by him/her and gave new feedback after the accusation and contacted with me to blame on telegram. Lets say something about this 3800$. If the price goes 3.5K$ which was gone before price up. Then it could be too low. And if any borrower take loan now and stop communication and come back while price go too below then what will happen?

I stopped creating scam accusation if the borrower stay offline, I just give negative feedback. But I have to create scam accusation while the defaulter come back and there is a chance to make loser other forum member.

It might be I have not counted total. I have added all according to our discussion.

First of all I dislike extension. Those who have asked extension or took loan from multiple person defaulted loan (it happens atleast 40% time to me). The borrower took loan about 2 years ago. And all time extension fees offered by him. According to his/her offer the loan amount is many more than I mentioned. first time when the borrower stopped communication the due amount was about 0.09BTC or something like that. After few months s/he contact back with me and gave another two months where repayment should be 0.05BTC. So, the amount is too low than this borrower wanted to pay also took several months extension free. On that 0.05BTC s/he paid partial on several extension. And stopped communication while due was 0.015BTC+extension fee until then.


240$>3800$ didn't understand. I think you mean 0.025=240$. I cant remember how much the price on that time. And the repayment happened while price was low s/he never paid 3800$. If you count 0.076BTC then repayment happened about 3 times of innitial loan amount. But if the person didn't take loan from me or not asked extension from me then I may make many more than that amount. It is not a fact which I could or couldn't, the fact is that s/he defaulted loan by not repaying as well as stopping communication.

Repayment date was 14th August. But on 15th august 2019 s/he want to repay 0.03BTC later at 17th  august s/he told the date is 18th august. On 18th august 2019 asked new extension. New repayment date was 21st august and repayment amount was 0.0325BTC. 22nd august 2019 wanted to repay 0.035BTC at 24th august. on 24th august told that s/he want to pay next day 0.036[BTC. 26th august told will repay that day 0.037BTC. 27th august told will repay that day 0.038BTC. On 29th august 2019 offered me 0.001BTC per day extension fee. On 2nd september 2019 told s/he will repay before it reaches to 0.05BTC. 9th september told me new repayment amount is 0.055 and will repay after 5 days. 0.005BTC repayed on 11th september. 18th september told me that s/he will repay 0.02BTC 2 days latter and rest on that week. On 22nd september told will repay partial on that day but again failed. On 26th september paid 0.011BTC and after that amount due was 0.052BTC. On 1st october told will repay 0.01BTC within 2-3 days. On 8th october paid 0.01BTC and after that due was 0.053BTC. On 27th october 2019 told that s/he will repay 0.02BTC next day but failed. On 30th october 2019 I wanted to create scam accusation but s/he promised that I will get full repayment within 2 months and each week s/he will send partial. on that week received 0.004BTC after that due was 0.081BTC. 10th November told that s/he will send 0.01BTC within 3-4 days but failed.  16th november sent 0.005BTC and rest due was 0.084BTC after that repayment. Also told next day will send more but failed. 28th november sent 0.006BTC, rest due was 0.09BTC and told will repay more on the weekend. 13th december 2019 told will repay next day 0.01+BTC but failed. 15th december 2019 promised 0.015BTC will be sent that week but failed. 15th december 2019 to 25th february 2020 stopped communication though in these time s/he was active on telgram. On 26th february 2020 s/he told he was ill. S/he told me that now s/he cant repay the full amount as it was too much for extension fee. Then I asked his/her offer.


New Agreement
March 09, 2020 s/he agreed to pay me 0.025BTCon 1st of April and 0.025 on the 1st of May totaling 0.05BTC. On 1st april 2020 told me that 0.03BTC will send next week and 0.02BTC on next month. So, this time also failed. Then I asked atleast 0.002BTC to be sure that s/he actually want to repay and received 0.002BTC on that day. On 10th april sent 0.012BTC. on 17th april sent 0.011BTC so totally paid 0.025BTC  by 17th april which s/he wanted to pay by 1st april. Now rest is 0.025 upon our agreement which should be repaid by 1st may 2020. on 2nd may 2020 told me that 0.0125BTC will be paid by 5 days and rest within few more days. 17th may 2020 I told to repay within 24th may or each week s/he should give 0.001BTC per week which was agreed by him/her. 18th may 2020 sent 0.01BTC. 22nd june 2020 told that s/he will repay rest 0.015BTC+extension fee next day but failed. 30th june 2020 asked 15 more days for the rest 0.015BTC+extension fee but failed.   2nd july 2020 told  he will be paid by next day. After that day there was no communication though I s/he was online on telegram. I messaged and called him many times but no response. 14th april 2021 messaged me on telegram. Gave me negative feedback on bitcointalk. Also recently woke up from a long period of inactivity on the forum and changed password.
