5021  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with normal games on: February 01, 2019, 06:38:52 AM
Actually gambling and the normal games it's more fun then going to the real casino because we are not going to gamble here for the money but the money involved on the games going to make it more excited. Normally I just bet while playing multiplier games on PC because where I am good at it.
The enjoyment is real there and authentic because it's a moment that will always be in your mind together with whom you ever playing with. You can also customize your bets from money to something that you can consume such as foods and drinks.

I'm sure that most of the people here experienced this kind of fun without noticing that you had ever learned to gamble at a very young age.  Cheesy

Of course you cannot compare the excitement which you feel in a real casino and which you feel online. Both experiences are different. If you only want to focus on gambling with no disturbance and fun, then online gambling is the best. On the other hand, if you want fun and enjoy company/ people then physical casino is best suited for you. Smiley
5022  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any valid reason to continue gambling? on: February 01, 2019, 06:17:13 AM
The main reason why gambling continues is to enjoy and enjoy. Sometimes I think that gambling becomes a hobby. I do not watch casino as a place where I make it profit, but at least I find it interesting and I enjoy it.

I think if you just make gambling as for fun, then there's no point to stop it.As long as you don't take it seriously and don't treat gambling as a means of living, then it will be fine to continue gambling. But if you keep on losing your money in gambling instead of making profits,i think you have to stop it now and don't think of coming back to gambling anymore. It will cause you more losses and may even ruin your life if you just keep on gambling.

Whatever anyone does , it is for a purpose whether it be for money or for Fun. But remember that gambling is not free so if you want to play it for fun only, you should have ample amount of money so that you can afford to lose without any issue. I think only 10% of the users are those who play solely for fun while remaining 90% of the users are those whom aim is to earn money from gambling.
5023  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Decentralized Dice Games? on: February 01, 2019, 05:35:13 AM
Thought there a lot of "decentralized"  gambling on some blockchains. I wonder why people don't embrace them. Taking a look at Eos blockchain one would notice reasonable amount of activities coming from the gamblings Dapps. If there is that high demand for the blockchain gambling why don't people promote them here?

EoS has been very active from the last six months in the development of Decentralized Dice games but this is not so common these days. This concept is new and it may take some time before we see a lot more decentralized dice /other gambling games.
5024  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know if a gambling site is scam or not? on: February 01, 2019, 05:17:31 AM
Well, I actually never thought much about it. I started to gamble on those sites about which I have heard here on the forum. Sinse that time I didn't switch too much from a site to site. So, I do not have any true strategy about finding of a scam gambling site.
I also gamble only with the top sites because I know I will be safe on that one. Gambling site can be known as a scam if they have some suspicious rules on their site and if there’s a player gives a negative rates on that site. Just don’t put up a big money of else you will be broke.

Also if any gambling site offers any unusual big offers, then it can be a tactic to gather customers and then scam altogether.

most of the unknown new sites will always be scared why I am saying this when the untrusted gambling site will not reach much more then it will be definitely a scam so choosing the best site will always be the important thing for a gambler if it not correct then all will definitely collapse.

Same with me. I never test any new site because i do not want to lose my hard earned money. I always gamble on the trsuted sites which are there for years and they are 100% secure.
5025  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler was being robbed on: February 01, 2019, 04:49:26 AM
I heard the news. But I heard a story from a month ago. How a gambler borrowed a lot and began to rob himself in order to repay the debt. Even though he had won several "successful robberies", he did not return the money for debt, but he still spilled into the casino and lost more and more. This can lead to a situation where a person is committing suicide, and there is evidence that the gamblers are robbing.

The first point is that we should not take any debt or borrow any money to play gambling. A person who is borrowing the money has no Money with himself and in case he lose in gambling, that would be a worse night mare for him as now he also have to repay the debt. This is the reason we see people committing suicide or are in high depression who take such risks.
5026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the Unsold Tokens? on: February 01, 2019, 04:35:42 AM
I will holding with my unsold token, we can't do anything because this ICO was failed and scam, how ever when an ICO have unsold token we will get refund of our money have purchase to buy and invest at their ICO project.

Unfortunately no ICO can be refunded and in case any ICO become scams or the coins are not in exchange, we can only wait as there is no other option. No one will be willing to buy these useless tokens / coins from us.

The Lesson to learn from this is that we should be very careful in investing in the ICO. We should study the project thoroughly before taking any decision for the investments in ico.
5027  Economy / Economics / Re: What happnes to BTC,if the oil price goes up? on: February 01, 2019, 04:30:14 AM
If BTC price goes up, the number of new comers and new investors will increase as well, and the trading volume of Bitcoin will increase obviously, as a result. This will make BTC even much more attractive, and it will help to get the whole crypto market stable.

Yes it will be definitely profitable for BTC if the oil price increases then the people in the country will gain more income from that so it made them to invest and Bitcoin then only the Bitcoin will be developed like a pro so it could be a important thing also.
The questions is what is the correlation between rising oil and bitcoin prices rising? in my opinion there is no relationship between bitcoin and oil. when oil runs out though the internet will still run and you can still use bitcoin right?

This would imply that dollar will be de-esteemed, oil costs will be worth substantially more dollar and consequently bitcoin costs will likewise ascends because of increment in dollar rates.

Precisely what I was reasoning excessively that there is no connection among oil and bitcoin costs. The main think I see here is that the oil costs may rise not due to lack of Oil but rather on account of degrading of Dollar .
5028  Economy / Economics / Re: What would happen to banks? on: January 29, 2019, 05:15:33 PM
a business needs an innovation to survive also business needs a adaptation to the current trends in the industry for them to survive also if cryptocurrency will overtake that industry they also need to innovate something or just adapt for them to be still in the market. But banks are still banks many people and businesses still believes on it.

Every thing takes time to change and so will the crypto currency will take time to replace the fiat. When there will be no Fiat, they will be no need of banks so the banks will automatically be closed. Of course banks will not run if no one uses the paper money and the world is shifted to digital currency.
For me, the Futue of banks is not secure.
5029  Economy / Economics / Re: thinking of selling or investing more. on: January 29, 2019, 05:02:55 PM
Right now the market price is so low and this will be not a good decision to selling this time. I think holding is a good decision for me and if you have a good enough money then investing the money. When the market will be Increase and stable I am waiting for that moment. I think Nothing will happen this year. In 2020 the market price statistics can change that time.

In 2018, we were saying that bitcoin will go up in 2019 but things did not change in 2019 also. We have alreay test 3400$ support twice and i do not see any reason we can go up in price anytime soon. There is no grantee that things will change in 2020 but i think there is no possiblity of bull run like we saw in 2017.
5030  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you long on, and why? on: January 29, 2019, 04:52:17 PM
Right now, i am holding a few different coin, RavenCoin, Elastos, KEY is list to hold for long term. My reason holding it for long term is because that coin have good developers team and having a good product

Key is the good coin but I think you should include some top 10 coins from the coin market cap in your list. Obviously the coins which have more volume has more chances that they will rise up good and will be safe in the long term. On the other hand the coins which are low in volume, there is always more risk.
5031  Economy / Economics / Re: Will 2019 take us to Moon or Mars? on: January 27, 2019, 08:44:37 AM
January 2019 is almost gone and I have not seen an improvement in crypto market prices, for that I can only surrender to the flow and I only hope that with current crypto prices I can benefit from crypto investment and I hope that in the future crypto can rise again.
A week later, on the second of February, we can already say that this is the longest bearish market in the history of cryptocurrency. The previous record was 410 days. Crypto is not going to die, which means vseravno soon the growth of the cryptocurrency market should be. Whales are now also losing the opportunity to make a profit, and after many hamsters leave the market, giving the whales their cryptocurrency at a cheap price, the latter will raise the price of cryptocurrency. But when this happens, it's hard to say. I think that not earlier than the second quarter of this year.

Whales are surely accumatling from this bear market. No one will get such cheap bitcoins and altcoins as they are now, so it is the best time to invest and only whales are doing so.

I do not say that 2019 will take us to moon or it will be another bull year, but i must say that this year can be called as accumalation year where people will collect and save their coins for the years to come when bitcoin will be out of reach for most of the public.
5032  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is growing at nonstop rates in my country on: January 27, 2019, 05:32:33 AM
There are a lot of Gambling centers ,mostly sport betting in my area too . Its actually a new phenomenon and growing at an alarming rate.  Every one of them is filled with gamblers of every class. Some owners mix the betting with football viewing centers

Well, where their is sports, there is gambling too. That's why we see gamblers near the Football viewing centers and sccorer playing fields. You can see whenever there is any big tournament, we see a lot of betting going on and even we see many new betting sites popping up each day.

The Interest of the people in gambling is increasing every day and this is why we are seeing a lot of growth in this business.
5033  Economy / Economics / Re: Would a global disaster increase or decrease the Bitcoin value ? on: January 26, 2019, 04:26:51 PM
Usually natural disasters do not affect the cryptocurrency market, and this is not a disaster. If the Earth really suffers from the catastrophe, all the coins will depreciate significantly. Ordinary earthquakes and disasters do not affect the cryptocurrency market.
earthquakes, will damage the internet network, so that more or less will affect the activities of bitcoin transactions, especially for countries that have a lot of bitcoiners

I have heard that there is a direct satellite system, so even if internet is stopped for whole world, bitcoin transactions will keep on running through satellite link.

Hi ! First message here.

If a global disaster would happen on earth ( And I somehow don't wish it ) Would the value increase or decrease ?

I'm not talking about solar flares or EMP. But more like big wars or great natural disaster.

What are your opinions on the subject ?  Cheesy

I think, if the world would be put to a global disaster  the only thing that could happen or the most likely to happen is that everythig would be affected negatively, if we are talking about bitcoin and the whole crypto system then I think the value of cryptocurrencies would definitely go down, and I think its not only the cryptocurrency but our current currencies would fall as well.

If you think of global disaster as a economy disaster, then of course bitcoin value will increase as everyone will switch to bitcoins as the fiat all over the world will be in immense pressure.
5034  Economy / Economics / Re: When will Apple accept bitcoins? on: January 26, 2019, 12:33:37 PM
I have not seen that possibility in the near future, Apple is a big company that is certainly very careful in deciding whether to accept bitcoin or other crypto currencies.

I have never heard apple being interest in crypto currencies. Even Samsung has started showing some interest in digital currency but we normally see Apple enters late in the market in technology these days. If Apple supports the bitcoin now, it will really make them stand in front of others, but as usual there seems to be no urgency from Apple to adapt bitcoin.
5035  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Amazon accept crypto if Bitcoin skyrocket again? on: January 26, 2019, 05:05:26 AM
The rising price is not a big factor for Amazon or any other big companies, they need a more stable and more efficient currency to used, and without the permit from the government the big companies couldn't adopt the crypto payment and they still not sure by adopting crypto could give them benefit, so we should take the adoption thing slowly when bitcoin become more stable I think the big companies will consider adopting it

If amazon wants to accept bitcoin, they do not need it to skyrocket first. That's not an excuse that bitcoin price is low so they cannot accept it as a payment method. The only thing which I feel they fear is the instability and lot of volatility which makes it not so favorite currency to accept the bitcoins.
5036  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can less the unemployment rate? on: January 26, 2019, 04:48:33 AM
yea , i think if bitcoin was legalized on most country it will make less on unemplyment rate ,bitcoin giving chance to get money with trading , bounty etc

Well, many people think that only bitcoin can help in reducing the employment rate in their country but this is not possible.  If this was the case then every country would have adopted bitcoin by now and could have made their nation successful.

The Key here is that if you are allowing bicoin in your country, then it will give you more oppurtiuty of work for the people wherepeople can earn in bitcoins online and offline. Still people have to work in order to change themselves and their life styles.
5037  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing in Bitcoin in 2019? on: January 26, 2019, 04:39:20 AM
I've always been watching bitcoin since mid-2013 up to now, and the market/bubble is painfully toxic. I'm not a big investor or economist, and I probably still only have superficial knowledge on how the entire blockchain systems work.

I just patiently watch the graph, and keep telling myself not to invest because everyone tells me it's a giant bubble that will someday pop. Recently, I started to run a few side businesses dealing in Bitcoin as payment methods, but I've never stored it long term and always converted it to cash.

I remember back in 2014 when I first thought of investing in Bitcoin as a long-term investment, and obviously was pressured out of it because everyone kept thinking it was a bubble that was about to burst. I'm starting to think about it again now that Bitcoin is starting to crash - and generally speaking in the past it's done quite well after crashes, recovering and increasing every once in a while.

What do you guys think? Is it worth it to give it a try? This would be my second crypto investment, and I'd be throwing in $5-10,000 at most. Any ideas?
Continue to invest in 2019 because i know and bitcoin will recover and never be stable as much as you think about bitcoin. just know if how you handle it and how you overcome it.

Bitcoin will go up and down as it usually does. There will be no stability in price of bitcoin and it may pump and dump. Those who wanted to invest in bitcoin in 2019 should know this and if they can afford this fluctuation in price, only then they should invest here.
5038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Good Sportsbooks To Join? on: January 25, 2019, 05:50:13 PM
I know a lot of great sportsbooks to join. You can even check this site if you want to: https://www.bitcoinsportsbetting.co.uk/review/

But if you will ask me, my preferred betting sites are:
1. Bet365
2. Betusracing
3. Everybet.io Campeonbet
4. Pinnacle
5. William Hill

How about you?

Among this list, Bet365 is the best one and I will recommend all my friends to this site. Its simple , trusted and above all I never face any issue in it regarding payments and withdrawals. I have not been interacted to their support section but I heard from my friends that it is good too.
5039  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction Stories and Possible Solutions on: January 25, 2019, 05:26:18 PM
I don't consider it an addiction unless it severely affects the person's health.  Look at howmany people drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes, that is much worse than gambling.  Gambling you are only going to lose money but its not like you are going to do severe damage to your body like the latter.

Well if one drink alcohol or is in a habit of smoking, the adverse effect of it will be slowly and steady. There will be no monetary loss in it and whatever is lost by these habits is health which normally is overlooked by humans.

The main thing to note here is that if the addicted person lost a good lot of money in gambling it could give him severe tension and depression and he might take any undesirable step which may risk his life also.
5040  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Nobody wins in gambling anyway on: January 25, 2019, 12:01:53 PM
I’ve won dozens & dozens of bets in the 10-15 years I’ve been gambling. I don’t keep a record but I have to admit I probably am at massive losses if I added it all up - Wins vs Losses.

Gambling is just a hobby to me though, I play with amounts I can afford to lose.
I don't know if I really won or loss of all the gambling games I played if I will put my games together all and my wins and losses I don't know how much I win and loss, but the most important is, I know that when at the point of being addicted to gambling, I've learned to stop and move on, on all of my losses.

If you know how to stop and move ahead on loss, then it means you are a mature gambler who know exactly how to react. Also it is important to know when to quit after winning because if you do not quit after winning and keep on playing and playing, you will end up losing the winning amount also. So its better to know how to play both in case of loss and a win.
