Anyway, some Altcoins don't really need BTC to rise but only a few of them are there because of their developers and continuous supports from investors. But when the BTC price is rising like what we have seen right now, we can say real happiness because we will see a green market for days because most of those top cryptocurrencies will also increase their prices.
