5041  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: January 05, 2020, 07:33:54 PM
it is very possible for Barca to win the match even though this is a derby match. But if Espanyol can win the match or even end it in a draw, then your decision to skip the match is the right decision.

I don't know why the hell I didn't think skip the match.

I had many doubts that Barcelona would win this game, but then I thought: "There is no way Barcelona to disappoint because he would be facing a team that is in last place and barcelona needed to win the game to take first place...". But it was a complete waste of money. Is the second time I lose money by betting on a Barcelona game
It was bound to be a difficult match for Barcelona given that
1. Espanyol had just changed management, usually players tend to get motivated and revitalized under new Bosses
2. It's a derby

I always avoid such matches when betting

5043  Economy / Reputation / Re: mOgliE - Manager of Yolodice Signature campaign - privilege or abuse ??? on: January 05, 2020, 07:40:22 AM
It would have been nice to PM mOgliE first instead of opening up such a thread in reputation. This is how forum grudges start in most cases. I have never seen the campaign participants or the owner complain about it which means it's either the privilege he has for being a campaign manager or that's actually his weekly pay for managing the campaign.. Perhaps he just wears the signature out of his own will.
5044  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Massive list of Bitcoin-friendly VPS /VPNproviders on: January 05, 2020, 06:52:13 AM
Nice list there.
I don't see windscribe VPN in the list, you might wanna include it too. It's one of the best VPNs around with great user experience. I personally used it for a while with no problems and it accepts payments in bitcoin and a number of cryptos
5045  Economy / Reputation / Re: Fortunejack Withdrawal Problem on: January 04, 2020, 10:40:04 PM
OP, there is no need to worry. As advised, wait until Monday before you start saying that they are fraudulent. Sometimes FortuneJack takes some time to process withdrawals in the range of 24-48 hours especially on weekends but be rest assured your issue will be resolved.

It's too big a gambling site to lose its reputation over just $330.
5046  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to sell cryptosoul tokens for cash on: January 04, 2020, 10:16:49 PM
How many Soul tokens do you own?
I don't think it's even worth the hustle because;
- The token's liquidity is very low in exchanges it trades
- 24 hour trade volume is just $10  Shocked
- Current token price is way so low... currently at $0.000119

I will be surprised if you even manage to raise $5 worth ETH or BTC from selling those tokens

Anyway token is tradable on Mercatox and Hotbit
- https://mercatox.com/exchange/SOUL/ETH

5047  Other / Meta / Re: [UNBAN APPEAL] Account Lega46141 on: January 04, 2020, 09:28:08 PM
Did you try to reset via secret question? What that does is blocks your account and you need to send an email to unblock
I thought that if things went wrong when one was resetting a password via secret question (maybe due to wrong answer), the account would just get blocked but not getting autobanned like in OP's case  Roll Eyes
5048  Other / Meta / Re: [UNBAN APPEAL] Account Lega46141 on: January 04, 2020, 08:51:23 PM
I have never seen a case of a profile getting  autobanned because of an attempt to change password. The most likely reason your profile has been banned could be due to plagiarism or ban evasion.

Try checking out posts you could have shared without mentioning sources on your post history.
5049  Other / Meta / Re: [LIST] Banned users on: January 04, 2020, 08:17:22 PM
Hi LoyceV,

I was trying to check out the controversial status of this user: pirate hunter. Apparently he was banned then unbanned under unknown circumstances.

When i checked on http://loyce.club

His name appears on usernames.TXT
But it does not appear on Autobanned.TXT and banned.TXT

So it is really confusing to know whether he has been banned again or is still unbanned.

BPIP.org isn't conclusive either;

5050  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: List Exchanges Hacked 2011 / 2019 on: January 04, 2020, 12:14:28 PM
https://talkimg.com/images/2023/07/19/namJj.png

Update in progress on the main page with new data and new presentation format.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5090869.0
Nice graphical presentation.
I wish information about the amount hacked in each exchange since 2011 was all available. It would be awesome to have a graph showing how much in BTC or USD has been hacked in different exchanges each year.
5051  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Unidentified TX on my ETH wallet address on: January 04, 2020, 05:10:46 AM
I have unidentified Tx on my ETH, someone withdraw 0.08911805682 ETH out of my wallet. Although its small amount the point is someone has control over my wallet.

I recently using ImToken, then I experience this kind of event.
Anyone experiencing this kind?

This is the TX address

IMtoken is a legit mobile wallet. I have used it since 2017 without any single issues.
There is a chance that your private key or Mnemonic phrase may have been compromised. One way or the other, you may have leaked your PK or Mnemonic phrase to someone. If i were you, i would abandon that wallet and create a new one.
5052  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Are we going to have a profitable bounty hunting in 2020? on: January 03, 2020, 08:39:40 PM
It's just like asking, will we ever see a profitable faucet in 2020? The answer is NO, it's never gonna happen again.

The reason why bounty campaigns were so profitable in 2017 was because of the ICO craze. Different projects were lying to people that they would become the next Bitcoin, Next Ethereum and in turn ignorant people spent lots of money participating  useless ICOs.

Basically there was a lot of money in circulation which project would send to bounty participants with ease in terms of tokens that would become worthless with in  months.

Right now people have the experience and i don't think they will be easily fooled like they were fooled in 2017.
5053  Other / Meta / Re: This is how bitcointalk.org looks like on a mobile phone on: January 03, 2020, 09:58:22 AM
I don't get your point.. What are you trying to say?

I am on Mobile right now using Firefox but i don't see anything unusual. Your screenshot is not clear thou.  Are you trying to say the forum pages look blurry on when accessed on mobile phone?
5054  Other / Meta / Re: MY Way Forumalacali on: January 03, 2020, 09:36:35 AM
When I questioned this, I learned that merit resources are limited. Please duplicate merit resources !! Especially in local sections ! I am ready for this task in my language department I want you to know this..
Duplicating Merit sources may not happen any time soon, but, As far as i know, Theymos doubled spendable merit allocations for merit sources just recently to increase on the merit distribution in the forum.

If you come across a good unmerited post, report it here: [self-moderated] Report unmerited good posts to Merit Source
Make sure you follow the rules stated in Topic.
5055  Other / Meta / Re: bitcointalk.org is DEATH on: January 03, 2020, 09:15:19 AM
Just because you are having a few disagreements with specific members does not mean that the forum is dead because not everyone here  is going to be part of your little wars.

I saw the way you interacted with members during that time you tried to apply to become a merit source and i just knew that it wasn't going to end well for you.

Talking to people as though everyone who disagrees with you is your enemy is not good. What happened to being nice and making friends around here?
5056  Economy / Reputation / Re: Phabulu plagiator Ban evasion and all his alt accounts on: January 03, 2020, 07:53:50 AM
Is it now ok and good to do BAN Evasion, plagiarism and cheating in this forum?!

Global Mods are the people who are in the best position to answer this. Perhaps they could help throw more light on why the profile could have been unbanned.

If you don't get a response then maybe a meta topic or PM to one of the global mods wouldn't be a bad idea.
5057  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I think, IOTA is not a scam. Maybe. I got hopes. on: January 02, 2020, 11:32:12 PM
Maybe I will use IOTA, or will work on IOTA also in some projects... Maybe we will use later for Charm, Vortexledger also...
I don't know whether English is your native language but fact is that i have tried to follow your thread and failed to understand why you had accused IOTA of being scammers.

...And now you say they are not scammers, what happened? Did they promise you a job?
5058  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 02, 2020, 11:11:12 PM
Do you think Haland will manage in Borussia?
They currently have a large selection of players to attack.
Could that competition be the first to choose Lucien?
I consider him a great player, but he won't adapt immediately, in my opinion it will take him a year to get in shape.
I think he will manage. It's said that Paco wants to leave already probably detecting threats of being benched due to Haland"s availability.
Haland is a monster in-front of goal, all he needs is a supply of balls and i don't think Borrusia's Midfield can fail him. Besides, German Bundesliga isn't the hardest of all the European Leagues
5059  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: 💠 [ANN] SmartMixer.io | Crypto Mixer | Be Smart, Be Anonymous ❗❗✅ on: January 02, 2020, 10:48:27 PM
Anyone else waiting for that Ethereum mixer? Cheesy
Common SmartMixer, I have a lot of eth that need to be mixed. The traceability is awful by Ethereum..
Not sure why Ethereum is not a popular option for most mixers.. I have seen a couple of mixers that have an option to mix Litecoin or Dash. If i were you i would just swap the Ether for BTC or LTC on legit coin swapping platforms like coinswitch.co and then later on mix the BTC received.

Afterall you won't be prompted to provided KYC or sign up on coinswitch.
5060  Economy / Service Discussion / Qtn about btcinformation.org, Was it created with good intentions? on: December 31, 2019, 11:49:47 PM
For the first time when posting a topic, Am not sure which board i should post this. Please if this is the wrong board, kindly let me know and i will move it to the appropriate board.

Back to the point, today I stumbled upon https://btcinformation.org and couldn't help but notice the similarity of its contents to those of https://bitcoin.org

My questions are;
1. Who is the person behind this site?
2. Was it created with good intentions (should it be trusted like Bitcoin.org)?
3. Should we warn people, most especially newbies about the copycat website?
