5041  Other / New forum software / Re: New feature request: a "Report merit abuse button" on: May 06, 2018, 05:31:30 AM
3.- It will be under moderation, for not all the accusations related to merit are true.
These (regardless of the fact that there's a different approach, when it comes to sources):

Merit isn't moderated. So there is no point in adding this.
19. Possible (or real) scams and Trust ratings are not moderated (to prevent moderation abuse).

It is actually better that new threads are being created,so that it is more easier to handle things.
I disagree:

1. It actually makes the whole process harder (you have to look for similar types of threads, instead of having those reports in a single thread).
2. It clutters the board.
5042  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: TrackAirdrop - A place to Find all Upcoming Airdrops - (Supporters needed) on: May 05, 2018, 02:12:24 AM
and leave your comments below.
Based on the following line:

We will be sending you latest airdrop alerts along with complete methods to join a particular airdrop.

I couldn't find the appropriate section (is there any or you just meant "listing" instead of "sending"?).

Will be good if you add more info like what we need to do on the airdrops... sign in, telegram etc etc
It's already included (click each of the airdrops name > window expands [you'll see the instructions for each]).
5043  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: ROLLERCOIN: 0,1 BTC HAS ALREADY BEED MINED on: May 04, 2018, 04:54:18 PM
I just started using it and it seems fun (brings back the old memories and in return there's a small reward).

A suggestion:
- There should be a "mobile version" (tried using it on my mobile browser with no luck).
5044  Other / Meta / Re: Why are my all posts in politics and society topic constantly deleted ? on: May 04, 2018, 01:58:18 PM
Hi , All my posts in politics and society has been deleted recently ..
~Snipped~
Whenever I write a post, moderators delete it in ten minute.
I only counted two posts (you're overreacting). Other users already mentioned the possible reasons (for its deletion) but if it makes you feel better, your post wasn't the only affected/deleted post (on both threads).

We don't know yet which one of your posts were deleted by the moderator.
I was able to locate one of his/her deleted posts (from "modlog"):

  • Delete reply: Re: When you are old, what stories will you tell children when they ask for stories? in topic #3266001 by member #649938

#1 Bible downloads banned in China

As far as I know, China is not a secular country. That's why, rulers of china think that they have right to interfere with their citizen's religions. But, actually, these rulers are offending against the human rights. People in china have right to believe any regilion and goverment of china should not interfere with their beliefs for sure.

#2 When you are old, what stories will you tell children when they ask for stories?

- No one quoted his/her post, prior to its deletion.
5045  Economy / Reputation / Re: Plagiarism on: May 04, 2018, 12:25:35 PM
I hope he was given a red tag by a DT member. Thank you
I'm sure you already know the drill (have you talked to "qurrex", prior to opening this thread?)
- I'm asking this, since you didn't mention anything in regards to this (even though this isn't the first time for you to experience such events).
5046  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] bitcoin mixer bitsafe.pro - minimalistic design and lowest fee on market! on: May 04, 2018, 08:23:38 AM
Any feedback are welcome!
You're using a template from another website that offers a similar service (a bad first impression for your website [a common behavior found on scam websites):

FAQ (your website) - Archived (Copy [most parts])
FAQ (CryptoMixer) - Archived (original)
5047  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I’m a crypto artist and I wish to share and explore with you on: May 04, 2018, 06:42:50 AM
What are your thoughts on crypto art so far?
I really liked the 2nd style. The only thing that I didn't like about it, was having two different textures (the blending part for BTCitcoin and everything else, is a bit weird [unnatural x natural]).
- For what it's worth, it's a cool effect (just not my style).

What themes should me and other artists explore, are memes in pop-art form a thing?
You can try having few of those but I think you should continue with the 2nd style (from this thread) instead.

I loved Pict 1 and 3     they are very good  especially  the 3rd
In other words, you liked all of them Wink

Pic 1 = Pic 4
Pic 2 = Pic 3
5048  Other / Meta / Re: New messages on: May 04, 2018, 04:25:31 AM
It seems all messages on this forum are tagged as new.
Threads that you haven't viewed yet, will always appear like that (similar to when there's a new post on threads [since your last visit]).
5049  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Cryptocurrency T-shirt give away comp? on: May 03, 2018, 01:49:23 PM
We recently added a t-shirt shop to our site and wanted to ask the community for feedback on what other types of prodcuts would make sense to add.
Apart from the "Mug" (that you already have), you should consider adding the following promotional products:

1. Pen
2. Bag
3. USB
4. Towel
5. ID lace
6. Cap/Hat
7. Keychain
8. Notebook
9. Water bottle
10. Phone casing

We were discussing on whether slogans or just the various coin logos make more sense?
Mixed them up (both).
5050  Other / Meta / Re: Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ on: May 03, 2018, 12:38:03 PM
Is it possible for the thread owner to prevent anyone posting?
Yes, they can easily lock a thread. Look for a lock sign (either in front of the thread title [while viewing a board] or at the upper left corner of a thread):

Direct link of the SS

Also the thread you're trying to post in, might be on a section that limits users (based on their ranks):

- You must be at least a Jr Member to post in Serious Discussion, and a Full Member to post in Ivory Tower.
5051  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: CoinFomo - What if We Invested Earlier Calculator? on: May 03, 2018, 11:34:18 AM
I just launched the site yesterday and I hope it's a fun "what if" calculator for investors.

http://coinfomo.net/whatif

It started off as a hobby project because I wanted to figure out how much I could have made if I invested earlier. I came up with a couple other calculators like how much a coin might be worth given its supply and flagging potential poop coins (high/low supply, low volume, missing github, etc...)
Few suggestions:

1. Allow users to choose the exact amount that they want (for "How Much?"), instead of giving them only 4 choices ($1, $10, $100 and $1000).
2. In regards to "How Long Ago?", users should have the option to choose its date since the creation of each crypto-currency (not just "a year ago").

http://coinfomo.net/market

or how much all the coins would be worth if the market cap increased to the January 2018 highs.

http://coinfomo.net/topmarket
Seems fun Wink

I would love your feedback and suggestions on how to get the word out about the site.
You can do the following:

1. Promote it on your signature space (due to your rank, you're quite limited):

- Newbie: No styling (including links) allowed. Max 50 characters.

2. Run promotional campaigns

3. Buy an ad space on this forum (ex. Advertise on this forum - Round 242)

You must be at least a Jr Member to bid. If you are not a Jr Member and you really want to bid, you should PM me first. Tell me in the PM what you're going to advertise. You might be required to pay some amount in advance. Everyone else: Please quickly PM newbies who try to bid here to warn them against impersonation scammers.

4. Look for advertising networks (Bitcoin Advertising Networks - It's outdated)
5052  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptolitics.io - A Cryptocurrency Listing Site on: May 03, 2018, 07:19:42 AM
Any feedback good or bad, please feel free to provide it.
There's an issue regarding the "verification email" ("Verify button" doesn't have a function, so I can't verify my account).

1. Check for repetitive information (ex. Explorer links for Bitcoin and Ripple [I only checked the first 10, there might be more]).
2. Remove crypto-currencies that have incomplete information.
5053  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: bitagora.co buy anything with bitcoin lowest fees, anonymous on: May 03, 2018, 05:50:00 AM
Thank you for clarifying the above points.

I just tested the make payment button and it seems to be working. can you try it again and get back to me?
Still not working on my end, I used another browser and got a similar result (tried using a VPN and gave me an error and sometimes the order is missing). I tried to make a new order and now it's stuck on "rotating sand clock".
5054  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bounty listing websites... on: May 03, 2018, 04:58:41 AM
Apart from what "CryptoEnthused" provided, you can use the following as well:

1. BountyHive
2. Bounty Portals
3. BountiesAlert
4. BOUNTYPLATFORM
5. AmaZixBOUNTIES
6. BountyLord
5055  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: bitagora.co buy anything with bitcoin lowest fees, anonymous on: May 02, 2018, 08:28:20 AM
- Fully Anonymous Service
Partially.

- No Sign Up Required
- No Private Information Required
It appears, those are needed.

- Easily stay in contact with me regarding every order
So you'll be the only one (no other employee)?

- lowest fees on the net
Why on the main page it's "1.5%" and on the "TOS" it's 3 to 5%?

We charge between 3% and 5% of the order subtotal, or the minimum 3 USD fee per order based on the currency you process your order.

In the case when the customer places an order and sends cryptocurrency during non-business hours, only during next day's business hours our support team will review and process the order. Also due to volatile nature of cryptocurrency prices, we will review if the sufficient amount of cryptocurrency is received based on next day market prices, so if let's say a price drop occurred overnight, it will require you to send us missing cryptocurrency amount to process your order.
I suggest, to limit customers "during non-business hours" (in terms of placing an order).

On a side note: I just tried testing it and it seems "make payment button" is stuck.
5056  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: This exchange charge 0 transaction fee on: May 02, 2018, 06:09:06 AM
Regardless of having a trading fee of "0", the withdrawal fee seems to be way too high (ex. for BTC is 0.008 [am I missing something?])

5057  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet SCAM? on: May 01, 2018, 08:38:41 PM
How could this be? Why does a Bitcoin Bookmaker asks for identity card, utility bill and Selfies?
I haven't tried them but with a quick search, I found this (I guess it's just a normal procedure for withdrawing large amounts):

Hi everyone,
I would like to explain my sad experience with Cloudbet casino. I’ve tried some BTC casinos and decided to make some bets in Cloudbet. I like to play with some higher limits. So I’ve deposited 2.5BTC. After some low bets I’ve made 2.5BTC bet and won. So I had 5BTC in my account in total. After a few time I’ve requested to withdraw all my coins. Then in two days I realized that my account was frozen. Also I’ve received an email from Cloudbet security team in which they wrote me that my activity is quite unusual and that’s why I need to send them a scan of my passport; utility bill; my photo and so on. So now I can’t withdraw my coins though Cloudbet is providing an anonymous service.

5058  Other / Meta / Re: Forum ranks/positions/badges (What do those shiny coins under my name mean?) on: May 01, 2018, 03:23:06 PM
I'm a newbie on this forum and I wanted to present my side-project with an "altcoin" thread.
As far as I understand, I can't create a new thread without activity and ranks, right?
You're wrong. You can create it but if there's an image, it will be converted into a link (until you reach a rank of "Jr.").

To get rid of that, refer to this: Newbies can now pay a small fee to enable images
5059  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CryptoHolmeses vs ScamMoriarties. Who`ll win? on: May 01, 2018, 02:32:21 PM
Dear friends, do you use some sites or channels, which search crypto scams and tell about them?
There's "Badbitcoin - The Badlist" (gives a short description for each).

Take note: You shouldn't rely solely on it (they might miss some).
5060  Economy / Reputation / Re: THINGS TO KNOW TO AVOID NEGATIVE TRUST on: May 01, 2018, 10:25:05 AM
FEEL FREE TO CORRECT ME IF THERE'S A WRONG DESCRIPTION THAT PUT, THIS IS JUST BASE ON WHAT I HAVE UNDERSTAND IN THE FORUM.
Apart from "UpsilonTrooper's corrections", there's also this:

SELLING ACCOUNTS
If you saw this kind of thread, don't ever get involved with this topic. This is considered against the rules of this forum.
It's not against the rules (it's frowned upon by the community):

18. Having multiple accounts and account sales are allowed, but account sales are discouraged.
