All we know the reason of this crash. Worldwide global economy has been crashing and real estate isn't out of global economies. Since lots of peoples lost their real life job and other businesses crashed as well so people have lack of hand cash. So usually they wouldn't interested to invest on real estate business. Most likely when global epidemic will end then real estate business would start recover slowly. But we can't expect sudden recover on that field. The world need time to recover these crisis, at least probably need a year to become normal situation IMO. Before that we have to wait to overcome from epidemic and we don't know exactly when it would happen.

My big lesson is about greed when I were newbies on the crypto. During last bull run on 2017 I had 1.5BTC with me and I had been waiting for more increase even from ATH. I had bought that btc around $5K/$6K but didn't sold that time due to greedy behavior and I wasn't much experienced about bitcoin price trend. When BTC dumped from ATH I had wait for recover again and I repeat again and again that's how my portfolio of trading become 0.1BTC and I am quite far from trading lately. Just holding some shitcoins and waiting for recover my funds.

My lesson is anyone who in crypto should avoid greed and ake profit whenever you can. Shouldn't wait for big movement. And now, wherever I earn or I have I always sell them with reasonable price, I am not waiting anymore for bump.

I am quite confuse if OP is trying to advertise his/her article/website. The trade you have mentioned seems to me about USD pair. Otherwise I am not familiar with how you could buy double altcoins if in case BTC price become double. If alt pairs based on btc/alts then doesn't matter what is the btc price with USD. People are getting loss because they expect similar movement of btc for their alts which has not been happening everytime. Sometimes when BTC price become down alt price become down at the same time if the pair with BTC, so that time likely you might buy double coin as well. When you are trading with USD and you are holding btc then matter of concern. Trading with btc/alt doesn't much depended on btc prices.

It has been noticed that bitcoin rejecting multiple times from $10K zone. Although only 2 days remaining for halving bit price start dumping from today which is forcast for a sudden dump in my opinion. This $10K zone is very complicated zone for bitcoin, when reach this zone bitcoin price can't grow due to huge sell off. Same thing happening currently even there is halving FOMO. Holders don't wanna wait for more increase and start selling off. But looking healthy still now, likely to bump anytime before halving since there is whales for play around it.

I think OP isn't fully aware about halving and that's why he have security concern. For your clarification halving isn't something like hardfork or related with price, so there shouldn't be any security concerns. Halving will reduce mining reward to half, that's it.

Blockchain would be a good career if you can learn everything about it. We are realizing that day by day blockchain technology is expanding worldwide and it isn't limited with cryptocurrency anymore. Especially who is on stage of choose a career for future they would choose blockchain to study about it and become expert. You shouldn't expect high salary at the beginning, once you will become well known expert then companies will find you with reasonable salary. Rather than focus on salary we should encourage new generation to involve with blockchain technology. We can see lots of blockchain expert become established on that field, so they would be a good example for new generation and they would motivated by this way.

It's ridiculous that you are blaming to cryptocurrency rather than know the real reason behind of high transaction fees. Its happen because you hadn't noticed yet there was transaction fees adjust bar, and I believe 93 sat/byte wasn't  minimum fees. On the other hand transaction size would increase if its input/output from multiple address (if incase you are holding btc on multiple address). I have been using minimum fees always if there isn't any urgency. So for the next time review your fees and adjust it from adjust bar accordingly.

You may read on wikipedia to know more details about USDT. As far as I know tether isn't backed anymore against USD although formally claimed about backed and they are printing as they like. But I am not sure how you confirm about burn token. The movement of huge amount of USDT is for manipulate btc price. You can see wikipedia mention it's as a controversial crypto currency, so I think there is no opportunity to audit them what is the reality. Most of pump dump happen on Bitfinex about bitcoin price and more interesting is Tether Limited have unclear relation with Bitfinex. I don't know if I were able to explain you but you can imagine USDT is like a algorithm and it doesn't have real value lately due to lack of transparency.

Although this is ridiculous but I think it's time to take profit as well. I am meeting first time with word greed phase but its appropriate word on current circumstance. So far there is 5 years yet to reach on 2025 and it's quite impossible to predict about bitcoin before 5 years. But to be honest prediction about $100K seems to me unrealistic in my opinion although everything is possible in crypto. If we go back 3 years then we might noticed all time high of bitcoin price. But seems after 3 years till now btc become fail to touch again it's all time high. So expectation about $100K look like dream to me. I don't know from where you have got this prediction but from the last couple of years such as prediction become false. So be careful from such as predictors and do your own technical analysis.

Anyway Binance was my first choice but since you exclude from suggestion then I would go with Bittrex. Because only 2 exchange I have been using regularly. But be careful, if you have problems with KYC documentation then don't go with Bittrex. Do not make any kind of deposit on Bittrex before you verify your account fully. Otherwise you will unable to withdraw your fund without verification.

Usually when bitcoin start pump most of altcoins start pump. When bitcoin start dump at the same time altcoin start dump. So when bitcoin price will raise during halving occasion then we might see green color on most of altcoins coins. But unfortunately I am assuming there would happen sudden dump after the halving and as a result most of alt would be dumped as well. So don't expect any pump for any specific coin because we don't know what is going to happen in near future. Otherwise you might get REKT.

To be honest I have been trying to avoid arguments regarding gang or nationality's especially about trust system always because we are a bitcointalk family means a signle family. Anyway, the main reason of current bitcoin pump is FOMO. Halving is really not something related bitcoin pump. Halving is related with bitcoin mining reward, so please don't mixed up and don't expect much pump about this occasion.

No you aren't the one, I am also thinking same thing that bitcoin price could sudden dump after the halving occasion. I believe most of holders wondering same thing and that's would lead for a massive dump. Instead of know the real reason of bitcoin halving peoples are more curious about price and that's how current bitcoin market experiencing a FOMO. There is huge possibility of price dump due to FUD. All holders will likely attempt to sell in order to take advantage from halving FOMO.

However, I believe we might see a dump upto $4K zone, I mean most likely below $5K. But not expecting below $4K. And regarding before halving price, it would be probably upto $10K zone below $11K, but who know. Let's wait for the halving.
