Editing is the best way to do. But sometime if you found your post irrelevant to the topic and moderators didn't noticed that you can totally deleted it it's your decision anyway but not advisable. Better before posting make sure you are knowledgeable about it so you won't confuse yourself for having a mistake.
5082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts on Avalanche (AVAX)? on: February 28, 2021, 04:42:46 AM
Hi there I'm a holder of Avalanche tokens. For me it's one of the good new project that launch last year. They keep progressing on their blockchain and expand their ecosystem.

I've even created a thread before about avalanche here.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5264458.msg54865558#msg54865558

You can see the updates there before but I'm too busy to be able to follow up the information.
5083  Economy / Economics / Re: Why lack of Cryptoassets insurance companies..? on: February 27, 2021, 06:40:52 AM
Probably due to regulations that could hampered along the way. Its reasonable that crypto asset insurance isn't as high on total market as only few will definitely try to establish one knowing that blockchains or majority of cryptocurrency are decentralized which volatility is fluctuating at a fine speed. Insurance is safe but not sure how they could run it on sea of cryptoassets.
5084  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What crypto currencies have the lowest transaction fees? XLM? Tron? Monero? on: February 27, 2021, 05:23:48 AM
For sending amounts in the hundreds to another wallet.
Possibly tron. Used xlm before and the fee is normal and also only few projects using their blockchain. The best blockchain for fee now is the Binance smart chain and I assure the fee is literally low and life saving in terms of gas fee. But based on your line ip could go for tron blockchain as they have even no fee when transferring to exchange to exchange or wallet transaction.

About monero never used this so I don't have any idea at all.
5085  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Very high fees - bitcoin fails on: February 27, 2021, 04:27:30 AM
After over 10 years of BTC, developers did not manage to make BTC scale.
Wtf is up with current high fees?
This sucks. Good bye.
Thats normal. Wait for quite some time, lightning network will change your mind once its fully up. If that's not good enough for you then feel free to buy other altcoins on the market but fees also are not that great if you choose eth related tokens. Maybe huy some on Binance smart chain projects. Bitcoin will still stay the same years from now.
5086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: PancakeSwap vs Uniswap on: February 26, 2021, 03:16:07 AM
You are right. Majority have shift to Binance smart chain already and increasing as the gas fee on eth network is terribly high and unbearable already. Imagine paying more than $100 for a few just to confirmed and interact swap feature is really a pain for all traders. It seems like that uniswap are now privilege only for those doing a huge number of transactions. Pancakeswap Volume has surpass the Uniswap on quite sometime and it will totally exceed it once the fee never go down to a normal one.
5087  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's up with Binance Coin? on: February 26, 2021, 02:02:42 AM
I'm wondering what could've lead Binance Coin towards new heights within such a short amount of time? Does the "De-Fi" hype have to do anything about this? Do you think BNB's current prices are sustainable or not? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley
Yes definitely defi triggers the bnb price too. But from what I remembered they are started to pump before their IEO launchpad of safepal. This is due to the changes of the IEO mechanics which changed from lottery to accumulation of bnb the many you hold the more chances to get the token on your allocation. Also this period start or marked the trending of BSC due to gas price of eth network. People transfer from those aching fees to bsc network due to those small fee on Binance.
5088  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Someone asked me he got $500 to invest in btc, is it the right time to enter? on: February 26, 2021, 01:17:47 AM
Right now if someone is absolutely new and have never ever invested in BTC, in my opinion he should wait for a couple of months before putting in some money. A friend asked me if he should invest his $500, he is a no tech guy, and just consuming the news, like it was at the beginning of 2018 where a lot of people have bought the highs.
What could possibly be the best time range or price range in 2021 for a person who is willing to invest in btc during 2021, just for a general idea.
Thats gonna be hard to suggest. Bitcoin price in recent days continously breaking its support. If I'm not mistaken there are 4 or 5x that bitcoin breaks it supports around 44k to 46k range and playing a roller coster ride in the past 2weeks. Though it easily recovered might see some volatility as we approach March. SO I think your friend should wait a little longer when the price got stable for a while.
5089  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: unnamed.exchange took all users balances / exit scam on: February 25, 2021, 02:10:28 PM
Name of the exchange itself enough for ne to get convinced that I should never use such exchanges but why you guys are falling for such easy traps?  If there any physical address given in their site which maybe helpful to take legal actions against them but changes are less than 1%.
I've used this exchange before to sell some of my free coins since the token listed only on their exchange. Everything is smooth but later on some of my friends said the same issue like OP's experience, that there are balances that suddenly gone. As per their information as no record of withdrawal and deposit which should have reflected right?

Sometime address can be fake out, or using a location which is not literally on them but from other people.
5090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is my crypto portfolio, what you think about it? on: February 25, 2021, 01:45:22 PM
Based on the list these are all defi projects and young ones. I almost have same with your portfolio like avax, and kava. Im sure these projects are worth well to hold in the long run due to their superb ecosystem. It's been a while since I hold major coins like that. But of course still have some eth and small amount of bnb. I've hold rsr but it took a while for its price appreciation so I sold already with decent profit.
5091  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Have you heard of p2p trading?. on: February 25, 2021, 06:06:23 AM
I did some couple of p2p transactions before through tokens but only to those I've known. P2p trading is good as you are taking advantages of the fee. I always used the Binance p2p for converting my crupto asset into fiat and its really a good set up.

The only thing is that it's centralized and people could know your identity cause you will be asked for bank account and details are needed such your account number and name.
5092  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance as the third largest coin on: February 25, 2021, 05:25:05 AM
To my great regret, I also sold this coin in a fairly large volume, because I could not even imagine that this coin would be included in the top 3 coins, I also trade this coin, but not with such a profit ... Very promising coin, I think it will grow to the price of ethereum.
Same feeling. Got sold some of my bags way too early. Its just show that anything is unpredictable through time. As I see the hype after it grows, everyone are shifting from traditional uniswap degen to Binance smart chain projects. As usual, rugged projects are associated with the network and I think CZ can't stop that since decentralized function is what those dex on bsc still utilise.
5093  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: QUESTION! I have a question, can not to figure it out on: February 25, 2021, 04:25:39 AM
Hey guys I have a question for yall, tell me please where can I find Indian and Chinese investors? any websites, groups, forums, which concretely based in those countries? Taiwan/Hongkong/Singapore/Malaysia is interesting too. Please help who knows!
Little bit curious why there are specific nationality on your list of targeted investors? Means you are in those area right? For me, if you are building a project and looking for investors or early supporters, make groom for yourself like what others said. Properly do post on appropriate section about your project and showcase it. Some here can be interested if your project is really a good and has potential concept.
5094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Elon Musk invest in Cardano? on: February 24, 2021, 05:25:04 AM
Is Elon Musk will invest in Cardano? I saw some Twitter posts that Elon will invest in Cardano(ADA). But I could not find any tweet from Elon.
Is it a rumor or true?
Obviously fake. There are too many impersonators of Elon Twitter account. Even with high followers they try to imitate his just to make a hype on certain coin they wanted to pump and thats what I am seeing here. No need to twitter hype the Ada cause its already a solid project. Don't believe first what you saw on social media cause majority of those are fake and not real but only made for pump effect.

5095  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are there New people joining crypto for the first time on: February 24, 2021, 05:12:53 AM
Yes it is becoming a hype or trending subject now all over the globe. But I think we're not yet on full adoption stage cause for example, I still have friends that still when they heard bitcoin, they asked me question, what is that. I thought its just a hype digital money with no real value, and that'd where they are wrong isn't it?

But in fairness I saw a huge traffic from new users or inquiries about it. So adoption stage is kicking in but not totally, we are still early.
5096  Economy / Economics / Re: You want to make money with Bitcoin ? Here is a Tip ...Psy... on: February 24, 2021, 03:44:54 AM
Can based on that but did you actually earn a lot from using that strategy? Maybe ti's working and how does this mood change and can be predicted. What I do notice though is the effect of some fundamental news that literally working depends on the caliber of content shown to public. Like the tether fud, with this the market undergone a roller coaster ride and now its been settled then market becomes green suddenly. But of course it has different point of view on traders mind.
5097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dump just after a new listing? on: February 24, 2021, 03:15:10 AM
Who have an idea about the situation?
Wow that's a roller coaster ride but nothing fancy there. Dumping is normal and even pumping. So you are saying mxc are wash trading it? Maybe but if the project is really have potential then there is a chance to really go high. Depends on traders, sometime they take that low dumping as an opportunity and that's what happened now they ripping the profit as it increase almost 4x from the ico and more than 5x from its dump.
5098  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Nigerian crypto community to smile soon on: February 24, 2021, 03:03:28 AM
Banning crypto will be such a bad move for them, am sure they are already planning to lift the ban, no one will want to admit this but various high profile personels in the coubtry have investments in crypto, they wouldn't if it was not lucrative.
They working on it I think. Not just the high profile investors but even their community to retailers will likely support the lifting of this ban. Its not ideal but Im pretty sure that it will wear of sooner cause the country csnt ignore the people's want and besides its not crypto can't help them in terms of taxation, I believe they can benefit as well through this.
5099  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Binance How-to's For Educational Purposes. on: February 23, 2021, 06:43:39 AM
1.How to start using/trading crypto on binance.com not binance.us while in the us for educational purposes?
I'm sure visiting the site of binance will not let you get arrested or banned. Yiu just gonna used it for like you said educational right? There are some tutorial guide on YouTube and Google about Binance. Also the exchange themselve prepared some content about different topics on blockchain and cryptocurrency not just only about their platform.
5100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ERC20 token through BNB chain? on: February 23, 2021, 05:42:53 AM
it is saying that RUNE is an ERC token. But the issue is Gateio will only let me send it through BNB chain.

my firware is already up to date too.
Or you can simply send the rune tokens to Binance and from there you can send it to your ledger. Im sure Binance supported all possible blockchain from a certain project and withdraw it through the erc20 format from there. You just spend time and fee for that, but if you managed what mk4 suggested then you are good to go.
