5081  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Battlefield Bad Company 2 key 25BTC on: March 30, 2011, 01:26:37 PM
I am selling my Battlefield Bad Company 2 key

for 25BTC or best offer

EA-Account login and password included

Vietnam expansion not included
you would have to set your price lower. it costs $20 @ the EA store, and even cheaper at some cd-key stores.
5082  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: [NEW POOL & MINER] - BitcoinPool.com - Jump In! ~NO FEES~ :) on: March 29, 2011, 09:14:38 PM
all other pools work, so i guess that's not a problem
telnet seems to work for me. :/
Hmm, maybe you should try capturing the traffic with Wireshark and see if there's something going on that's not immediately obvious.
poclbm works fine, so it's definitely an application problem
5083  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: [NEW POOL & MINER] - BitcoinPool.com - Jump In! ~NO FEES~ :) on: March 29, 2011, 09:11:09 PM
Try:

Code:
telnet 173.50.236.43 8334

If it successfully connects, you will get a blank cmd screen with a blinking cursor. Press ctrl-] to end the session and then type "quit" to get back to the command prompt.

If it doesn't connect, then there is something blocking that port between you and bitcoinpool.
telnet seems to work for me. :/

"Timed out" likely means that a firewall is dropping the SYN packet.  Are you at work?  Is outbound TCP port 8334 open?
all other pools work, so i guess that's not a problem

I'm using:
Code:
bitcoin-miner.exe -a 60 -t 4 -v -u USERNAME -p PASSWORD -o http://bitcoinpool.com:8334/

It's working without issue for me.

Can you ping the server? Have you tried using the IP instead of domain name?

if you're gonna ask someone to buy something for you, pay them first. that way, you can't re-negotiate the deal at your door.
5088  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: [NEW POOL & MINER] - BitcoinPool.com - Jump In! ~NO FEES~ :) on: March 29, 2011, 12:30:05 AM
can you consider adding support for Ufasoft's CPU Miner? your site says it supports it, but i'm getting "the operation timed out" errors.

It works. I'm running it on my laptop without issue.

If it's giving "the operation timed out", it's not an incompatibility issue. How are you starting it?

bitcoin-miner.exe -t 4 -u grue -p xxxxxxxx -o http://bitcoinpool.com:8334/ -a 10

This may have been addressed, But I don't feel like looking for it. I was using the pool to great effect when I decided to start using your miner to compare the results. Unfortunately, your miner dropped my hash rate dramatically. I was getting 245 Mhash/s with poclbm-gui, now I am getting about .4 Mhash/s with your miner. What is the problem? I am running XP 32 with a 5830 card.

whats in your bat file?

start /low poclbm-mod.exe -d 0 -v -w 128 -o

bitcoinpool.com -p 8332
-d 0 means CPU in most cases, use -d 1

i think your .exe got tampered with, or it got infected by a virus.
5093  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [selling]several games for sale,NBA2K11,call of duty...... on: March 28, 2011, 03:50:56 PM
it's not the game files that are worth the money (you can just download them), it's the actual keys/licenses Wink i hope you're actually providing the keys with the files.
5094  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New wiki page on Bitcoin credit on: March 28, 2011, 01:25:42 AM
All that is visible publicly is that everyone splits up the pot evenly in phase 2, and then returns that same amount in phase 3. But behind the scenes, transfers of value are taking place. And failure to repay a loan means failure to carry out phase 3, which be publicly visible and will lead to serious consequences.
what "serious consequences"?

I'll take it for 20BTC, how do you transfer a steam game?
you can't.
5098  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: GPUminer now with added files for less technical users. on: March 26, 2011, 11:49:26 PM
I will most likely change that.  By default though, if the file paths are correct, the batch files will work without any changes after they drag and drop the .conf file.  As for an autoscript, I'll look into it, I have a few programming buddies that might be willing to help.
I assumed things would work, but I also think it's essential that default passwords get changed - otherwise it's too easy to harvest IP addresses and then try connecting with YOURUSERNAME and YOURPASSWORD. Easy to use is good, but easy to crack isn't :-)
that would require the RPC port to be forwarded, which is rare.

Whats the price for a Steam key?
Whats the price for Crysis Complete Pack Steam key?
(both are at 59 USD retail)
Crysis 2 does not support steamworks, therefore there aren't any "steam keys". The only way to get "steam keys" is to buy it directly from steam.
I do not have Crysis Complete Pack keys, because it is only available online. I obtain my keys from a brick-and-mortar store.
