5101  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Fake Corona Anti-virus software on: March 26, 2020, 12:43:24 PM
There are a lot of individuals who only know that there is a virus spreading all over the world by the name corona virus, they know nothing more about it, neither have have they read anything on what sort of virus it is, how it can be transmitted, the preventive measures and other whatnots, this group of people are the ignorant ones and though it's hard to believe, they are actually the ones that can fall this kind of scam, they are only driven by the fear of the virus, that fear can make them download this and lose a lot.
5102  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Paranoid about anonymity on: March 26, 2020, 12:15:28 PM
You wouldn't be doing anything illegal, that is understandable, but others will, they'll try to steal from you, take your coins, steal your information, pose with your identity and they can only be successful in all these if you are careless about your anonymity, if you care less about your privacy and present your personal data to them all because you feel you have nothing to worry about, afterall doing nothing illegal, are you?

Privacy and anonymity is so important in this modern world, even your phones, computers and other electronic gadgets are no longer devices you just alow anyone operate without bothering, there are certain information that should remain with you and just you alone, your private keys for example, would you make it available for others to see, just because you're a "clean guy"? You'll lose everything you have in that wallet if you do so.
5103  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 26, 2020, 11:51:12 AM
I think we’ll know within 4-6 weeks if it’s likely that the season will finish. PL officials did say that there would be an ‘indefinite extension’ which points towards the season definitely being finished regardless of timescale.
The premier league calender for next season would definitely be affected by all this, next season ought to begin in August, and it'll be a miracle for us to restart this season in May or June to maybe give time for that. Things are not getting any better around the world, the league i must confess is the last thing on the minds of a lot of people right now. If we are going to finish all matches left this season, 2020/2021 season could begin in the last three months of this year. Football tournaments all over the world is going to take a major shift from what we have become accustomed to, that's for sure.
5104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin current situation on: March 25, 2020, 06:01:13 PM
These days many people are scared because they think lose their money with bitcoin because of the price falling down.
The price of bitcoin is not "falling down", after the corona virus scare that led to a crash in price two weeks ago, the price has been stable between 6k-6800, and that is not bad imo, the likelihood of losing money is constant/permanent in bitcoin investment, and every investor should know that.
2. But in the other hand some other people, unfortunately,  using the money from dad/mom/loan/... Also they want to get the profit in short term..
They should not/never have invested with money to be repaid(loaned/borrowed), only if they are new investors, only then can they claim not to know that.
5105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: March 25, 2020, 05:15:13 PM
My prediction, and too bad Spurs got knocked out already ;( is that all the clubs will be able to play full strength teams all healthy,,, but not all match fit. So we might be seeing full squads but the football will not be very nice to watch when it all restarts again.
Not nice at all, not just that they wouldn't be fit physically, they would not also be fit mentally and psychologically, everything happening is a huge psychological blow for everyone, seeing people in your beloved country dying, even some of their teammates have tested positive to the virus, it's not easy to put your kits on and start playing again, it'll take long to get the right rhythm and flow for the beautiful game again.

Whenever football resumes, it's going to be a bitter sweet reaction from fans and players all over the world, it'll increase unity and love though, this whole scenario has had a lot to teach us.
5106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers don't trap victims with too good offers anymore on: March 25, 2020, 04:26:23 PM
Some scammers do guarantee more profits than this I know and it then comes out to the investors as being ridiculous and should be a scam, but even when the offer looks realizable, even if it's less than 1% profit daily that you are being guaranteed, it is still a scam. I am not going to call the scammers smart in this situation even, it's the investors who want to trade and make money but don't want to learn how to trade for themselves.
also they can often see investment business  in which they can easily dtermined if it was fake or legit  but not really anymore now that scammers have a new plans    .
It is still easy to detect this moves this scammers make, it would be difficult for only users concerned with just profit making, scammers can easily deceive them without much trickery.
5107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 24, 2020, 06:04:45 PM
It looks like that Philippe Coutinho might move to an English club. At least Bayern won't active his release clause, also FC Barcelona isn't interested in taking him back. What do you think, which Premier League clubs might be interested? Manchester United? Chelsea? Nevertheless, I doubt that any club will pay the astronomical price that Barcelona is calling.
It's actually a shame when you look at how well his former club Liverpool have been doing since his exit, they have won the Uefa champions league and are also going to win the English premier league when the league resumes, he on the other hand has had a very difficult time since he left, failed at Barcelona and didn't do too well at Bayern, for now it was a wrong move for him.

Coutinho could be a good inclusion in the Chelsea team, he could play their style in my opinion, as they play a very direct type of football, the problem now is how much money do they have to bring out to buy him, would they want to do that?
5108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: AIRDROP WALLET That support multiple cryptocurrencies. on: March 24, 2020, 11:58:31 AM
If you want a wallet that mostly hold token and coin. I think you can use an exchange wallet, since some of you mentioned arent tokens and only exchange can support a multiple support for this. Binance could be a good choice.
OP has mentioned different coins/tokens that he wants to store, even if it's an exchange wallet that can possibly store them all in one, it is still a dreadful idea for anyone to do, no need to state in this post why it is, just use the search function to read about exchange hacks and how much has been lost to understand for yourself.

Mk4's suggestion is the best option for OP, maybe it could pose trouble keeping all the private keys of the different wallets, but it's better than not being in control of them at all.
5109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Promoters still have a place on crypto world on: March 24, 2020, 08:12:34 AM
More than 50% of bounty hunters who use social media as their tool, have accounts created just for that. Meaning they're mostly spam accounts which no one cares about, no one retweets, no one views. And as such is worthless.
And that just amounts to paying promoters for publicity/awareness and getting none of that, this bounty hunters just want to get paid, even if they find for themselves the scapiest means to not do anything but still get paid they will do that, this act does not encourage projects to still follow this means of promotion as they are paying for nothing.

But the truth remains that no matter what happens the role promoters play in this network will always be needed,  except a project doesn't want to grow, then they can do without promotions, it has its imperfections but it remains perfect for growth.
5110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of cryptocurrency during this pandemic on: March 24, 2020, 06:33:24 AM
The world is in a terrible shock at what's happening right now, this pandemic is presenting itself as a great challenge to almost every country in the world, even the world powers; they control the fiat currencies, so they have to provide it for their citizens as they stay at home and work from home during this period, I heard that even the world bank is planning on giving out funds to countries that has numerous cases of this virus, to help them provide medical care to those tested positive.

You cannot expect to receive cryptocurrencies for doing nothing this period due to the corona virus outbreak, though you can donate to those in need with your cryptocurrency, but that is your personal choice.
5111  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 22, 2020, 06:23:40 PM
But close door matches are not always exciting. The heart of any sports is it's audience. However it's something better than having nothing though.
The beauty of football is the atmosphere the fans create in the stadium, In Arnfield, camp nou and the other stadiums you can see how "diligently" the fans sing all through out the game, that's what makes the game interesting, that's what makes the players give their all to win, for the fans, for bragging rights, no football fan at all likes to see the stadium in lock down while the players play in quiet.

If the league would start up with empty stadiums while we wait for things to improve, then it is not bad, as things get better then we can get the fans back in and return to the normal way we all enjoy football.
5112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The bounty group is dead on: March 22, 2020, 03:21:51 PM
I am now following a campaign managed by Bountyhive. Honestly, I hope the campaign that I follow can be successful and get a reward for my work.
The truth is and I am so sure you know it is that your chance of getting paid for promoting this project is as low as 10%, you can only hope, and imo promoting a project you're not sure will reward you for it is not a good thing to do, you will not put your best into it. Promote only good campaigns that you are sure of and there are a lot of them in the service section, joining projects in groups such as bountyhive is risky, and may make you promote a scam project.
it could be that one of the groups is not promoting a project for now because of the market conditions that are going down, and also many new projects that are scam so they chose to refuse to promote the project for now.
I don't believe this groups are now trying to be careful not to promote scam projects, many of this groups have been promoting scams and failed projects for a very long time now; Notwithstanding the market condition, their projects fail mostly.
5113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's Store of Value Narrative Faces Most Important Test on: March 22, 2020, 12:19:31 AM
...and an asset class that major institutions could use as a hedge against volatility of traditional assets.
Your post should be in the bitcoin discussion board, it's about the bitcoin and not an altcoin. And I think you are wrong with this statement quoted above, bitcoin(cryptocurrencies)is volatile, volatility is one of the reasons people do not use the bitcoin network, they do not want to risk losing anything. So except maybe in the future it no longer becomes volatile, but for now bitcoin is even more volatile than the "traditional assets"(I believe you mean fiat, gold etc)so cannot be used as protection against volatility.
5114  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 21, 2020, 06:31:17 PM
Pogba if he will leave he leave for 60-70 m.
If I was a coach I would not even pay up to that for "this current Paul Pogba" and I am being honest about that, I'll rather find a younger and more hungry player to spend that amount of cash on, Pogba is unpredictable, he can on some days be world class, and the next game he plays like a non-league player, that's not the kind of "attitude" that should cost that much.

I cannot wait for all this corona virus troubles to stop, so we can continue with the beautiful game, I am eager to know the club that will eventually sign Paul Pogba into their team and if he'll become the player everyone expected, there.
5115  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't know what to do on: March 21, 2020, 06:43:19 AM
You go first to your local section and look for the things that have not been there, like for example some tips to prevent yourself from getting hack.
Not every user has a local board designated for their country, for example I do not have any local board on the forum where I can post in my native or local dialect, so OP should know that his having a local board would depend on his country of origin, and that even without a local board you can still make it on the forum.
Beginner straight away asking for Merit... not a good way to start.
Not the best way to start also imo, but isn't it already the norm with newbies, this particular one is even being honest that he's here to earn, you can then ask what could give someone the impression/belief of coming into a forum to make money from the start.
5116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency fraud and scams on: March 20, 2020, 07:04:36 PM
Imagine seeing this so-called Project Covid-19 Crypto Coin
If there was no outbreak of corona virus, would this project have ever started, did the idea of this project come in synchrony with this deadly pandemic, all this thoughts is enough to conclude that it's another scam attempt, a very foolish one at that, decentralization in cryptocurrency has made many people come up with the unthinkable.
Would you still invest in these types of projects?
It may sound impossible, but many people still will.
5117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PLUS Token Scam Dumps Another 13,000 BTC - Another reason for the BTC drop? on: March 20, 2020, 04:31:40 PM
An interesting point. I am sure scammers will select the most suitable moments on the global stage to try to launder or cash out their bitcoins with them.
They are not only trying to cash out their stolen bitcoins, they are also coming up with new ways to scam people based on this current near world wide issue/epidemic, yesterday I saw a post where scammers were requesting a deposit from people to help them follow up with the corona virus and to give them updates(fake)on it, so everyone should be careful.
So the far the market is getting better
And better, it's close to 7k, good signs for investors, I don't know if it's in relation to anything or any news about the corona virus but it's encouraging and the signs are looking good, let's see were we'll be in the next days.
5118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: POLL: Who Would You Prefer In Your Team: Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi? on: March 20, 2020, 07:27:20 AM
This "argument" of who's the better player between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi is a universal one, it has divided opinions for more than a decade now, and it still doesn't look like coming to an end, the choice of who to pick has divided opinions, caused heated arguments and left the fans of the both players always digging up for facts to back up their respective claims. Ronaldo is lovely, his looks alone gives him an edge when people are to pick, he is somewhat of a model and plays football excellently well.

But can we be honest with ourselves for a second here, what I've seen Messi do with a football, I've never seen any other player do that, Messi changed modern football, he made the game look easy, it was like he was born playing football, he doesn't force anything, it just seems to flow out of him naturally and with minimum fuss.
Ronaldo has been a good competition for Messi, if not for him, Messi would have won the best player award 10 times and more, he is hardworking, never gives up, always taking up challenges in whatever way they present themselves, trying out new clubs and testing himself out, that makes him extraordinarily good, but he is second to Messi.

No matter how vehemently one argues in favor of Ronaldo, you just need to watch the both of them play, Messi is a genius, he plays like PlayStation 4 and for me he'll go down as the greatest of all time, Messi is more talented, Ronaldo may be more hardworking.
5119  Other / Off-topic / Re: Top Matches in sports you want to watch again and again on: March 20, 2020, 12:33:39 AM
There is a football match I can never get tired of watching, I watch it as many times as possible on youtube and I just can't stop, this game was played on the final day of the 2011/2012 season, city just needed a win against QPR to win their first Barclays premier league trophy and they were about to blow it away to their close rivals Manchester United. Two goals in stoppage time, the last one coming with 90 seconds to play by Sergio Aguero, won them the game(3-2)and also the league. That is one of my most dramatic football matches, I screamed and still scream now when I watch it, that has to top my list of iconic matches.
5120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: March 19, 2020, 09:27:31 AM
The betting sites/companies would lose/miss out on a lot of money due to this corona virus pandemic, everything has been put to a stop, there is limited or even no games at all to bet on and customers would no longer lose money to them, so it's not just the gamblers who are in this alone, the betting sites are also without anything to do.

The "physical" betting shops are also hit hard, people have been advised to avoid crowded areas and stay at home, this shops in my locale have been closed down by the government looking to stop to spread of this virus. Gamblers should just keep their money, stay at home and pray we see the last positive case of this virus soon.
