5121  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's on! 2024 US Presidential Election Biden+Harris Vs Trump Bitcoin betting.... on: April 21, 2023, 01:02:34 PM
Dont challenge him unless you really want to implement a different policy and have the backers to do so.  A person alone cannot stand without the support to go with it, so is there enough of a challenge to Biden; apparently not.

As for Trump he once was a member of the democrat party I think.  To say the country is 50/50 I think would be wrong, many will change vote to the other party if that candidate is able to support their jobs, livelihood, town or sector of the economy in a way that is valid and not currently supported.  My only point about Trump is he had his chance, do we really think he garners greater support in a future election.  The high tide mark is set, I dont see that as likely to be exceeded.

I don't think that Trump was ever associated with the Democrat party. He was a member of the Libertarian party in the past (if I am not wrong) and he shifted his loyalties to the GOP just before the 2016-elections, because the US is having a 2 party system. But all that said, Trump lost the elections once and I don't think that it will be a good move from the GOP to re-nominate someone who was rejected by the voters once (and that too by a huge margin). Personally I would love to see Kamala vs DeSantis in 2024. That's going to be much more exciting than Biden vs Trump (2.0).

But I really do not see a scenario where Biden is against Trump again, although things for Trump are quite strong, what I understand is that When he was cut he pleaded not Guilty to the 34 charges against him, but what I don't Understand why here is why now a case that dates Back to 2006 and a betrayal by Trump's lawyer himself led him to that uncomfortable point? for the Elections? do they not Want or fear is so much that Trump is the President again? Politics in the USA is very Strange, I don't understand it very well, I don't know what the Americans want.
5122  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 21, 2023, 02:41:18 AM

Brendan Rodgers achievement in Leicester City is quite good that in this team he can able to get Community Shield trophy and bring Leicester advance to the semifinal match Europa Conference League but indeed in since the beginning of season Leicester has been showing decline performance and seems their performance were never been better and stayed at the bottom of standings league although in my opinion it's not entirely Rodgers' fault because at that time he has complaining Leicester didn't give enough funds for him to bought players
I just found several popular names for the replacement of Rodgers such as Rafael Benitez but apparently the management has decide to hire Adam Sadler and Mike Stowell as the interm manager of Leicester and with only 10 matches remaining it's really hard for them to bringing Leicester to avoid relegation zone
Its a shame finally seeing Brendan Rodgers parting ways with Liecester, I can’t blame the club because at this stage the fear of getting relegated is intense and with 10 games left, only improvement is expected to escape relegation and the team is still struggling to win games. Surely the board of directors have lost faith in Brendan Rodgers who has failed to turn the situation around.

Well, you just have to say something, you have to look at very specific cases like PSG where they have many stars and they can't do anything, in the case of Leicester a player can make a difference, but I think that here what they should do is change the strategy a lot and do as they did in Barcelona when Pep Guardiola was there, put Messi as the fixed scorer, then the whole team goes towards that player and they all play to give the ball to their greatest gunner, if they do that, it's It is probable that the player that they choose will shine and reuse their team, it is what I have seen that has worked but currently they do not apply it much.

In football Jose Mourinho is known to be a lover of new challenges and he loves to break dreadlocks of any club he's managing and his past records clearly states that he succeeds wherever he goes. Jose Mourinho is a UEFAChampions League winner and he's well experienced manager when it comes to the competition.
Paris Saint Germain has spent so much on players acquisition over the years in their search to lift club football's most prestigious trophy and since Zinedine Zidane isn't showing signs of signing for the club as their new manager, Jose Mourinho I think will be a perfect match to actualize the club's biggest dream

I wish Zinedine Zidane accepted a possible offer from PSG in the summer. But I don't give that much chance to happen as long as he continues to wait for a job offer from France national team instead. Didier Deschamps still has three more years on his contract with France right now. I don't know if France are thinking of parting ways with him either. There were some speculations about such thing to happen in the future but I didn't hear any update about this speculation later on.

I think Deschamps is doing good for now and France don't need a change. Maybe this situation can pave the way for PSG to sign Zidane for the job. But it depends on whether PSG act very fast about changing their current manager or not.

It's difficult, France has a lot of quality, but the truth is I don't know how they can stay with Deschamps than with Zizu, for me Zizu is much more effective than him, nothing more than what he showed when he joined Real Madrid wreaked havoc with everyone, If PSG manages to hire him, it would be the best thing that could happen to that team, the bad thing is that if they do, it would be too late, because they couldn't take advantage of the Deadly Trident, because I think everyone is leaving PSG,for me The Personal deserves it because they had a lot of chance to change Technicians and the Sheikh never did.
5123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 21, 2023, 02:20:10 AM
As you are expecting Chelsea to win their match, that's how many football fans are expecting Liverpool to win their match also. After Liverpool won over Manchester United with a 7-goal margin they are yet to win any of their premier league matches till now. It is expected of them to at least win their match against Chelsea which is not in a good form(lest I forget that both teams are in their worst form of play). It will be too hard to predict the club that 3 points to go. A point for both clubs is what I predicted because of their head-to-head matches.
The fact is true because both teams have fans all over the world. But there was a good chance about Chelsea today, I think after Graham Potter was sacked there was a lot of people expecting Chelsea to get back to their best form. However, Liverpool is not a weak team, this must be attention for by Chelsea, considering that Liverpool also really want to win the match after losing the previous match.

Klopp emphasized that Liverpool must be wary of Chelsea because this team can surprise them and they must prepare a good scheme to anticipate it. For me, the current depth of Chelsea's squad is good, it's just that the strategy carried out by Graham Potter so far hasn't gone smoothly for the team. But let's see today, I hope they makes a lot of difference.

Any match between these two teams will always be interesting, as far as I'm concerned, what Liverpool did is something great, it hit the team that Everyone considered almost invincible, so the fact that they haven't won more It's Something that I still don't understand, Chelsea too, it's a team that has great players, the best, plus this team that has spent many millions and doesn't give the Results they should, of course, here the blame for all this will always point to Potter, without a doubt, is the one that resonates the most.

Yes Liverpool has shocked me at least a dozen times this season and 90% of the time it was a bad surprise.

In this game against Nottingham I once more expect an very dominant win by Liverpool, but wouldn't be surprised if they completely fail again. But I would still be shaking my head because if there has ever been a moment this season in which they could preserve the last chance to qualify for a European tournament next season, then it is this game against Nottingham.
Liverpool are just not consistent in their games, winning today's game and losing tomorrow seems like a hugh surprised on the faces of the fans and Jurgen Klopp. He needs to talk some sense into the players, probably the old ones are no longer effective, he needs to signed more players in the transfer window, Liverpool are not having their best moments this current season. The game against Nottingham forest, we should expect a win because the red's did record an incredible results against Leeds last week.

There is only so much you can do as a coach and I think if a team has been with the same coach for a very long time, there is also the risk that his words don't enfold the same motivation anymore as they used to in the past. That doesn't have to be the case of course as we have seen with Arsene Wenger or Alex Ferguson, but those are real exceptions. Apart from that Arsenal hasn't won much with Wenger anyway. That was different with Ferguson and Manchester United.

But right now Liverpool does have some serious problems and the players can't keep their form for longer than a single weekend. Maybe we will soon see some major changes coming for Liverpool.

For me, Liverpool will always be a very relevant team, because they will always have all my respect, besides, the player that I see who always throws the team on his shoulder is Mo Salah, and he is an asset to this team, without the Egyptian I think Liverpool would not be the same, it is the one that makes them raise their faces and makes them win, but of course a soccer team is not a single player, it is all the players and that is what should always be taken into Consideration, for me the most interesting thing about Liverpool is that they always find a way to do things well and get ahead, I hope they do it now.
5124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: April 21, 2023, 01:48:28 AM
~snip~
I think you are overestimating the fact that AI can somehow manage to figure out the random. Random is random and that can't be figured out, there is no way, and if you are a casino then you can use AI for your benefit, but if you are a gambler there is no way that you can use it for your benefit at all, it would not be working properly at all.

I hope that people would be doing something that could benefit them in the long run with AI, like even medical stuff which could be pretty good, but obviously there is a big question mark of should it even be responsible for it. But the help would always be welcomed but when it comes to gambling? I do not think so.

Well, it all depends on what you are measuring, and the data available.

For example, if you throw a dice there's one out of six chances that a number 6 appears. That's because you don't know anything about the dice, but in reality the more you know, the closer and better probabilities you can calculate. Maybe that particular dice is loaded, and maybe you know how it's being thrown, the environment, etc, the more you know, the better prediction you can get, and maybe you know that in that particular case the chances of getting a 6 are more like 50% instead of 1 out of 6.

So, random is completely random when you don't know any better, but if you do know more information you can definitely reduce the noise and get a better estimate.

Exactly, it is clearly chance that is shown there, for anyone who says that they know how to play dice well and that they never lose, it is something counterproductive because the 6 possibilities are always available and can be done, but what can be given is that it is Played in the long term so that that possibility or that number that is sought is there closest to coming out, even with a coin that has two possibilities, it is difficult to predict exactly which of the two heads will fall, that's the azar and the probabilities It is very difficult to predict.
5125  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 21, 2023, 01:24:22 AM
AC Milan vs. Napoli is another fascinating matchup. At their base, Napoli, which has been very consistent in the Serie A and Champions League, lost by a wide margin of 0-4 to AC Milan. Napoli holds a commanding lead in the Serie A standings, the defeat before their first-leg match will have some psychological effects on both teams. AC Milan at San Siro will be more certain and less constrained. Napoli needs to refuel its lineup and does not feel invincible. Before the first leg with AC Milan, they can regain their confidence in the match with Lecce.

Undoubtedly, every Milan match will always be interesting, even more so if Ibra is brought in to play, this is a game that will always be one of the best duels, because Napoli for now has a great result in all of Serie A, the truth is I don't know if they will continue to Maintain that level of fútbol that they show, Napoli is one of the most relevant teams in the world right now, everyone thinks when they are going to play against this team,However, every team, no matter how good it is sometimes You can fall and you can defeat them, but the important thing is that you continue to maintain your status.

Talking about this even last season we didn't think it was like that but in the end they had to lose because their confidence was high.
The opponent they will now face in the semi-finals is Real Madrid, we know that the mentality of the Madrid champions is very strong with a good enough fighting power especially for the final minutes which have always been the key to their game.

Even though at this time Haaland has appeared extraordinary in the attack on Manchester City, if they are the same as last season with too much confidence then this is indeed still a bit of a problem, because of course Madrid is not an opponent that can be underestimated.

I think that the one that should not be underestimated here is Real Madrid, because it is a very complete team, plus we all know that Haaland is the star here at City, obviously he is Pep's secret weapon, but Ancelotti is a very skilled technical director , intelligent and a Madridista at heart, he will know what defenses to put on him that he will not have freedom of anything, of that they can be sure, now, the problem here will be for City how to stop Benzema and Vinicius? on the other hand to Modric, this is something that has to be seen from the most valuable point of view.

5128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: April 21, 2023, 12:41:33 AM
I don't know why the issue of him going down in weight in bantamweight has surface, even if he losses to Fulton, he should stick to super bantamweight as his body can't make it to 118 lbs and it will just cause him more problems in his health if he decided to go down again.

So I do agree that if he really wanted to become another legend like Manny, he should be moving up in weight and chasing those belts. However, personally, I don't see him moving further, maybe 126 lbs in the future, but that's going to be very hard unless his body will still continue to grow or he just add more pounds, but it's different if you can't bring you power to the new weight class that he is targeting.
Maybe people are refer to Canelo where he's not capable in light heavyweight division and he return back to super middleweight where he really destroy everyone in this division. If Inoue lost against Fulton, I think he will want a rematch rather than back to bantamweight division, no one want to fight with him.

AFAIK there's no boxer which ever become undisputed champion in three different divisions, Inoue can take this challenge because he's still young and powerful. He will have a race with Canelo since Canelo already become undisputed champion in two different divisions.

We all know that canelo is unstoppable in middle weigh division which is he is totally strong that can bring his Opponent out the ring with a loss.  And also this is what happen if inuoe will fail to fight against fulton we all know that fulton is a strong fighter as well he has a good strategy and techniques so this will be a good match to watch and of inoue will fail then for sure he will go back to the bantamweight which is he is the king of that division .

Well, his position is very interesting, and the truth is that everything you say catches my attention, but why do you think that they would beat Inoue, seeing how Inoue fights, I doubt very much that they are going to beat him, it doesn't matter if he has increased his weight, the truth for me is like one of those boxers who are or are born with a natural talent, I think he's almost like a boxing genius, particularly because in the way Inoue fights I don't think Fulton is going to beat him, based on his manner and technique it is very difficult, well I see it as very difficult.
5129  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: April 21, 2023, 12:09:18 AM
Yes, instead of making these fights easier to avoid conflicts in politics, Crawford's got the opposite outcome because his decision to leave the stable of Bob Arum seems to become his biggest nightmare now because he's not getting any good deals after that. I don't know what's the plan of Crawford because the last rumor months back was that he might sign under Eddie Hearn but nothing happened until now.

As far as I remember, Crawford being under the shadow of Top Rank, he is always actively fighting but the only problem is, Crawford didn't get what he wants of fighting a top-ranked boxer which he wants for a long time. Since he parted ways with Bob, not just he ends up fighting a non-popular boxer but also not active much in the ring compared to his Top Rank days.

Now that wee the outcome of his decision, does his decision to leave Arum, a good choice or not?

Although it may not seem like a good decision at the moment, he's still in his prime and could potentially negotiate bigger fights in the future. I'm sure he has no regrets about his decision since staying wouldn't have made him happy. It was a gamble that hasn't paid off yet, but as I mentioned earlier, there's still plenty of time for him to succeed.
Well, from all this, in my personal opinion, I think that here who should finally have the golden opportunity is Crawford against Spence, in fact in an article that I shared they said something like that, some say that it is not like that, that it was a fake article, but one thing is what can be speculated here and elsewhere, and another thing is what they are really negotiating, it may be that Crawford's insistence has been pressing the keys that are and is finally taken into consideration, so This fight between Spence and Thurman will only be an appetizer for what is to come, whoever wins, I think that the fight will be heard.
5130  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Copa America 2024 (CONMEBOL & Concacaf Collaboration) - Discussion Thread on: April 20, 2023, 11:41:18 PM
Concacaf Nations League provisional preliminary (matchday 5 of 6) results are;

Quote
peurto rico 3 - 1 virgin island
saint kitts 3 -1 saint martin
french Guyana 1 - 1 Dominican republic
berbados 0 - 1 cuba
guadeloupe 0 - 1 antigua
suriname 0 - 2 mexico
anguilla 1-2 saint lucia
bahamas 0 - 3 trinidad & tobago
nicaragua 4 - 1 saint vincent
united states 7 - 1 grenada
guatemala 2 - 1 belize

there are only 2 matches that concern me, they are suriname vs mexico & the united states vs grenada.

- Suriname managed to put some pressure on Mexico, it's just that they have a bad front line and even an own goal by Dankerlui made things worse to make Suriname lose 2-0 to Mexico.

- the united states had great success by making 7 goals and pulisic made a good contribution (1 goal and 2 assists).

It is interesting, I have seen the good performance of Concacaf throughout history, and well, there are countries like French Guyana that do not have a good performance, it is essential to know that here by pure personal inspection Mexico is one of the countries that they have a stronger development on this side of the confederations, I have always thought that Costa Rica also has a great chance of beating this country than Mexico, they are very good, I remember the player Wanchope, he is great, I liked how he did it, however they should the Concacaf and Conmebol confederations should disappear, I think that Conmebol has a much higher level and the qualifiers are more difficult, if it were eliminated and there were only 1, it would be ideal, an all against all, and that there are the same places available to go to a world cup.
5131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2022/2023 on: April 20, 2023, 11:16:48 PM

Maybe someone missed the results of yesterday's match between Al-Hilal vs Al-Khaleej which resulted in a sweet victory for Al-Hilal with a score of 2-0 at home. Actually, this is an easy match for gamblers to predict, but I myself forgot yesterday not to bet on this match. Grin
But I am very happy with this result that finally Al-Hilal is starting to close to Al-Shahab in the standings and it might take a few more weeks for Al-Hilal to be able to compete with Al-Nassr and also Al-Ittihad.

Well here things are always revolving around the strongest teams in this League, honestly I am Trying to understand this football or this League, it is not Difficult, there is complete dominance by Al-Hilal and Al Nassr, of course this is not It means that things are quite relevant with this team, it always focuses more on them, as far as I'm Concerned it's a very nice fútbol, I like it, they have details that I appreciate, as well as the overtime that seems totally extensive to me.

Currently, Ronaldo's performance is going very badly for Al Nasser. A loss and a draw in the last five games have reduced their chances of winning the title just once. To be honest, everyone is looking at Ronaldo now, Ronaldo will win the match. It is natural to have such expectations. Everyone would expect such. Hopefully Ronaldo will return to good performance again very soon.

Ronaldo is a great player that wants to win every game but he needs to get hold of his emotions when he's not winning. Presently, it is rumoured that Saudi Arabian fans are calling for his exit from the league as a result of the gesture he made towards Al Hilal fans following their 2-0 defeat. Although, Al Nassr are claiming that he held his crotch because he had a tackle there earlier in the game, but I don't think that's true... They are only doing damage control.

It's logical that not all the games win and if they lose it's not just CR7's fault,if CR7 wasn't there then who would they blame? when you play in a game, a gesture, whatever it is, you shouldn't take it as something so bad, sometimes you look for the slightest thing to sink a player, and things are not like that, of course the gesture of a Dibu Martinez in Qatar is something relevant, it is something that looked very bad, but he did it with all intention, however it is not Correct, the CR7 thing is something that he did not do with the intention of offending others, the emoines and everything whatever it is and has to do with it is sometimes difficult to control.
5132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 20, 2023, 10:55:17 PM

Joshua has longer arms, he got Franklin well, the first rounds of the fight were neat, in the seventh round Josh began to act more actively, but still I saw that he was trying not to spend a lot of energy. In the last rounds, it was clear that Franklin was tired, the extra weight clearly interfered with him. All that was left for Franklin at the end of the fight was to clinch, if Joshua had been more active he could have knocked out the opponent, but he seemed a little depressed to me.

He might be doubting his strength in this fight thankfully he won it and finally regain back his momentum. Now he needs to get back quickly in the ring but needs to prepare more and train more especially in his stamina and power because he could have finished the fight in the early rounds but he is lacking power and at this point of his career, he needs to focus on power because he can't always guarantee to reach the last rounds, especially in this weight division.

I agree with what you say, for me a fighter, especially boxers, has to know how to measure his abilities and well, sometimes it is not good to give everything from the beginning, other strategies have to be handled, you have to appeal to be quite strategic. if you have good resistance, but I confirm what you say, you have to give good training, not let so much time pass to train and come back to the ring, you can't waste any time, things are like that in boxing.

5133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: April 20, 2023, 10:15:11 PM
The US elections is still far away. Although the political preparations are definitely underway already, bettors should still wait before betting. The elections will be held more than one year and six months from now. That's still a long way. There will still be many things that could happen within that time span. We don't even know if those people who are assumed to be the candidates in the 2024 elections are the ones who will actually be running. Trump for instance may not be there in the 2024 race.
This is something that Baffles me, I don't know very well what the internal Movement is like in the USA, but Trump has Found it difficult to reach the 2024 candidacy, and this is for a Reason, maybe they have some kind of inside information and Trump can't be there because he's the eventual winner? And that's why they are Charging him with so many charges to see if they can put him behind bars? I don't know, why now? It is assumed that the USA is a Country that does not miss Anything, so why did these things and these investigations take place until now?
5134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 20, 2023, 09:47:32 PM
Leverkusen's huge progress is really difficult to overlook now. Before Xabi Alonso came to the team they were struggling to even get away from the relegation zone. But now they are at the seventh position fighting for qualifying for a tournament. They are only one point away from the Europa Conference League spot as well now. Because Frankfurt can't win a game for so many weeks.

Leverkusen really deserve to make it to a tournament with this high level of performance now. But we will see if they can get what they aim.
That's true, with 8 matches without losing in all competitions i believe this is a very good preformence from Bayern Leverkusen, but unfortunately they still 7 points behind Freiburg the first team on the champoins league spot, I don't know if they will be able to make it ans get a champoins league spot but the sure thing is that this team is doing very good and in my opinion they deserve better this year

I have always thought something, if mathematically they can get to a good place in the competition, they have to fight for that mathematics to happen, I know it is difficult, but seeing how leverkusen has played, I also have to accept the good work of E Xabi Alonso, in particular, I always liked how he played his games, for me he was a real masyter when he was at Real Madrid and he gave him many goals, that's where he shone, and we also have to accept that he has led this team to a great position and that must be recognized.

Naglesmann was a good enough coach. Bayern Munich's performance was not bad. Munich's performance against Manchester City was poor due to the dismissal of Naglesmann. Tuchel is quite experienced as a coach. But then he is new to the Bundesliga. He is also not familiar with Bayern Munich players. And so Tuchel needs more time to strengthen this team. At the same time, I wouldn't be surprised at all if Bayern Munich doesn't win the title this season. Munich's performances have been somewhat erratic, while Dortmund is in very good form.
It also seems a little less effective if the poor performance that is happening to Bayern Munich at the moment is associated with Naglesmann's dismissal as Bayern Munich coach. Because I see this because Manchester City's performance has gotten better than Bayern Munich in the UCL so that Bayern Munich must be eliminated from the UCL competition this season, but for the Bundesliga I am still very confident that Bayern Munich can win even though Dortmund's performance at the time it just keeps getting better.

Yes, with Nagelsmann or with Tuchel, basically Bayern Munich will still be eliminated from the Champions League, because Bayern Munich's quality this season is not so good. In fact, when Bayern Munich's quality was still in good form in previous seasons, the reality is that Bayern Munich has still failed in the Champions League.

So, if at this moment you attribute it to Nagelsmann's sacking and then Bayern Munich failing in the Champions League, then I don't think that's the right reason. Also, it is only natural that in the end Bayern Munich will only focus on winning the title in the Bundesliga and of course Tuchel will be able to do that too.

No that would be wrong, but as much as it would be wrong to attribute these losses to Tuchel, as much would it be wrong to believe that sacking Nagelsmann was the right move at all. It was stupid. Bayern Munich was more or less ok and I have seen them in worse situations than this. Now they are saying that Bayern was so bad because of Nagelsmann that Tuchel couldn't change anything. I think this decision made a lot of people shake their head for sure.

To be honest, I don't think any coach is to blame, for me the problem is with the players, maybe they need something, I don't think the technical directors can do anything, because their job is to "Manage" more not teach, a coach cannot teach technique to a player, but a coach knows a player's technique and according to them, he will use it for a specific purpose, and all this information is what is done to win fútbol matches , so here it is not that the technique is failing, here at Bayern the rpobelma belongs to each one of the players and something they have to overcome and quickly.
5135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: April 20, 2023, 08:47:49 PM
And Canada and Mexico will host a total of 20 games, right? Or are there any changes?

From what I know, Canada and Mexico will host 10 games each and the rest will be held in US soil. That is quite less because in this new format where 48 teams will play, there will be a total of 100+ games. I mean, it should be maximized because they also have a large stadium to host some of the games and it will be a big help to the host cities to boost their businesses.

As far as I know, this 10-match figure was decided earlier, when FIFA was thinking about a 3 team per group format. But then they changed the format to 4-team groups and therefore the total number of matches almost doubled to 104. So I guess both Canada and Mexico will get more matches to be staged within their borders. But I have a question here. If USA is hosting more than 70% of the matches, then why Canada and Mexico are being allotted automatic qualification to the 2026 World Cup? They are not co-hosts. They are just subsidiary hosts.
Well, many things are evident here, the first is obvious that the USA has total control over things, I don't know whether to call it hegemony, or power, because it is always the same, the Country that has the most power in everything is the USA, and In this particular case, Canada follows and then finally Mexico, although I am in favor of something, there are 3 games, they must be held equally in the 3 countries and the country that is the Opening should not be where the final is held, but in Given the state of things, I don't know how the games are managed, and which country is most likely to host the most games.

PSG not doing really good lately and today they're just fell to a 0-1 defeat against Olympique Lyonnais,  This froze the Parisian team's points tally at 66, still leading the league with a 6-point lead over Lens and Marseille.

Even Lionel Messi headed straight to the dressing room after the end of the match, without greeting the Parisian fans.
losing 2 times in a row (lost to rennes and lyon), PSG's performance is really worrying. In fact, I really regret choosing PSG in my bet, Neymar's absence really makes ball support decrease, because Messi is not very suitable to play with Mbappe, if it continues like this then there is a possibility that Galtier will be replaced.
i don't think the problem is with Messi and Mbappe not playing well together, i've seen some good chemistry between them in a lot of matches, Messi got that killer pass and Mbappe got the speed, that's an amazing combination, midfield of PSG is weak in my opinion, they really need an upgrade there.
Actually PSG failed to win the match despite playing extremely well. The reason for this may be that the team has too many star players or there was something wrong in the management of the coach of the team. Which gets the players in big trouble.
PSG is going through a very bad moment, no matter how many stars they have, they have Messi, Mbappé, it should be enough with both of them, even with just one of them, in addition to the fact that in certain PSG matches at their own home they boo Messi is something I never expected to see, now I understand that they don't want anything with him, to be honest I wouldn't even like to see him at PSG or Barcelona, I hope Messi chooses his team quickly so he can get out of the Nightmare that It's happening, I think CR7 is a specialist going through these types of moments.

Angers is not a team that is comparable to Paris Saint Germain in terms of strength, even in appearance they have significant differences. The only thing that can make the Angers win in this match is luck, even a draw is very good for them at this time. Paris Saint Germain are the clear favorites on paper, so they shouldn't be struggling.
The luck factor cannot be denied, but logically I also don't think that their match will end in a draw because the match was played by two very different teams this season, where PSG is at the top of the standings and Angers is the team that might be relegated after this season is over. So it should be easier to predict who will win the match and I think the victory will still belong to PSG.
It's not that I'm someone who likes to underestimate, but here PSG does have a lot to give, and I think they can win, honestly PSG despite having so many problems due to speculation about their players, is something that cannot be denied but even so, they have a Mbappé who does not want to lose Ligue 1 because it would be the worst thing that could happen, and although things are not impossible, PSG is one of the teams that always proves to be the best, many do not expect that PSG everything, because they know they have a great team, but PSG now more than ever must show that they are the best.
5137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: April 20, 2023, 07:35:04 PM
no, things are going to be different trust me, Champions League is so different for Chelsea than the Premier league, Chelsea are almost playing the premier league just to finish the season, they are far behind the top 5, so results like these can be because they lack motivation to try harder, and against Real Madrid things will be so different, i'm actually considering betting on Chelsea to advance to the next round.
You're taking very big risk by picking chelsea but it's your choice. I will still prefer to pick real madrid over chelsea even though i have been seeing that if potter already sacked, but that needs the time for chelsea to get a new coach. The first leg gonna happen in the santiago bernabeu and are you sure with your choice? i meant don't even you try to think again for twice before trying to pick chelsea? I consider real madrid to make a bunch of goals against chelsea in the first leg. Chelsea will not be able to play so well in its first match with bruno saltor.

The blues are losing its spirit after it has been coached by potter. Im feeling doubt if chelsea will able to come back stronger soon. Real madrid especially ancelotti already fully anticipated chelsea by learning from the past mistake.

It's very risky decision.  Cheesy

I just learn from how real madrid was beating chelsea last season witha  dramatic comeback duringthe additional time.
i'm certain that they have a very big chance qualifying, i don't want to watch that happen without betting on them and just telling people "i told you" the odds aren't that bad too, we all know that surprises happen from time to time, and i got a feeling that this could be it, but i gotta admit that it's risky, but this is gambling, it's risky most of the times.

Well I must admit that Chelsea have come a long way, but there are Matches that I have seen that baffle me and I don't know what to think, but I see it as really difficult for them to Beat Real Madrid, because Real Madrid have a lot of experience in this competition, aside from that the defending Champion, they are not doing very well in the League, but in the UCL it is another story, they are about to pass and continue advancing because it is most likely that they will reach the final, and as the matches go by, Real Madrid become tougher and it is more difficult to beat this team because they grow more.

Playing in front of the support of fans did not allow Bayern Munich to win in this second leg and the draw was also unable to change the aggregate difference which completely belonged to Manchester City since the first leg last week. Even so, the match between the two teams was quite fierce and took place very quickly through the transition of attacks carried out through the flanks. The entry of Sadio Mane and Thomas Muller also could not change the victory for Bayern Munich at home and they had to settle for being eliminated from the Champions League competition this season.

In the semi-finals, Real Madrid has been waiting to see who will win between these matches and it seems that last season's Champions League semi-finals will repeat itself this season. Manchester city must be wary of Real Madrid's frequent comeback attempts in the semifinals if they don't want to be knocked out again.

Personally, and it's not because I'm a fan of Real Madrid, but I think that City got there and Pep Guardiola knows what it's like to face a great titan, however we saw how Haaland took a penalty and everyone can say that penalties They are a matter of luck and so on, but in this instance things are not like that, what if that penalty had been decisive? City happened due to their great management of the first game that caught Bayern almost with their pants down, so many things that influence were what led to these results.

5138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: April 20, 2023, 07:15:11 PM
In La Liga it really already seems that there is no chance, despite the fact that there are still a sufficient number of matches, but if we assume that Barcelona should lose these matches (albeit not all), which is impossible in principle. On the other hand Real Madrid still have a chance to take the Champions League trophy, and the chance is great enough
I don't see the chance of Real Madrid winning the Laliga league if not Barcelona. The 12 points gap is not small. It's about 4 matches to be precise for Barcelona to lose for Real Madrid to top them. Barcelona has to lose four of their LaLiga matches for Real Madrid to surpass them. Do you think that such a scenario will happen if Barcelona continues in the current form without winning their remaining games, even if they decide to lose four of their games? Let's be realistic in this case
Real Madrid are currently focusing on two league titles at the same time, despite some poor matches in La Liga. Real Madrid are trying hard to secure victory in the Champions League and their biggest obstacle in La Liga is Barcelona.

That is precisely what I have always said, for me the League is almost completely won by Barcelona, Barcelona would have to have very bad luck for them to lose it, I really don't think so, I would first think that Madrid is more likely to lose and then win or draw that would not come, now the only mathematical option is that Barcelona lose all the games, and I do not see that as likely for now, in the UCL the performance of Real Madrid I have seen that it is much superior and that sometimes I don't understand it, but the UCL is one of the championships that everyone wants to reach.

Real Madrid should focus on Copa Del Rey and the Champions League. But Madrid should not be too worried about the Copa Del Rey final. I don't think the opposition Osasuna team is very strong. If Madrid's performance is stable, they can become champions of the Copa Del Rey.

If they want to win the Champions League title, Madrid will have to focus completely on the Champions League matches. Madrid had a great performance in the quarter-finals. They will likely play against Manchester City in the semi-finals. It will not be easy for Madrid to play against Guardiola's team. Moreover, Haaland is in very good form. Manchester City can't be beaten if they are not fully focused and in rhythm.
But in reality, in the Champions League match, they managed to win against Chelsea with a very long score. Real Madrid showed that they could also win in the Champions League. Luckily, Chelsea was not in good shape, so they were very easy to beat, and of course Real Madrid took advantage of moments like this to get additional points.

Real Madrid is very good at managing young players to turn them into classy players, it's no wonder they are called the kings of Europe, they always appear in the Champions League, they have never even been absent from the Champions League, it's clear they can beat Chelsea very easily in last night's match  , I copy that Real Madrid will meet Muhcen in the Final because only these two clubs always pose a threat to other clubs..

Real Madrid is doing very well with young players and Rodrygo performed very well in today's Champions League match and he scored two goals alone. Although Vinicius Junior and Federico Valverde helped him score, it was Rodrygo who finished last. I am a big fan of Real Madrid because they are so good and great team
I have almost seen in the game that the goalkeeper T. Courtois of the real madrid team has shown a great performance. To win a game, the goalkeeper has to play a big role. If the goalkeeper is weak, no matter how well the rest of the team plays, there will be no victory. I have seen it.  Starting from the goal keeper of the real madrid team, the rest of the players play very well. That's why everyone knows real madrid as such a strong team.

That match demonstrated the magnificence of Real Madrid, where absolutely all the players shone, I can't deny that I saw a very strong Chelsea, they arrived and if it hadn't been for Courtois' good technique the story would have been very different, what happened I liked Rodrygo when he celebrated by honoring CR7, it seemed to me that he showed total admiration for his idol, besides that all the Madrid fans know who CR7 is and everything he contributed, that's why I say that now if Ancelotti and his combo knew it ago If they continue like this in the League they can do many good things.
5139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: April 20, 2023, 06:30:16 PM
A win, still a win, whatever is the ground behind that win. As long as it was legit and clean, it will be on the side of Inoue if they will push the fight after the postponement and the injury is still not being cured.

I see both your point and, for sure, fighters are just aiming to meet each other inside the ring, whatever the reason
if the fight schedule being push, they will be there to face each other and will try to win from one another.

I think the same, if this injury did not happened now and instead happened during the fight of Inoue vs Fulton and Fulton obviously won due to the inability of Inoue to punch as he is used to, I will not take that win away from Fulton, as we must remember that during our lives we must face all kind of circumstances that are outside of our control and still do our best, but obviously in that case I would like to see a second fight in which both are at 100% to see who is the best under those circumstances.

Yup! if that happened then so be it Fulton will take the win and expect for a good rematch if Inoue's camp will activate the rematch claw, though not sure as it will be depends on how the assessment that they will going to take.

The fight was re-schedule and we will see them preparing. Inoue's injury might affect him
but once the fight schedule come up, they will meet and they will showcase all the talents that they've got.
Here things can turn out very well, on the one hand it is a total shame that it has been Postponed, but due to injuries, it is not good to fight when there are Injuries, Especially in boxing, because you need to be 100% and with less Probability of vulnerabilities in a fight, if on the Contrary when used with injuries it is done at risk and it will not be the same, if there are clauses or not, it can be Counterproductive due to the Severity of the injury, it is useless to activate a clause when the boxer still does not recover well from the injury, what happened for something would be,if it was postponed they are looking for the best date for the fight to take place.

I am also curious if the light-handed Fulton will try to become the aggressor against the heavy-handed speedster just like what he did against Brandon Figueroa.

That would not happen as he understands how powerful Inoue's punches are. If he makes a mistake, he might get knocked out, and that would be embarrassing. No fighter in this division can go toe to toe against Inoue. They should use a strategy where they have an advantage, and it's certainly not becoming the aggressor of the fight.

It's much better for Fulton to observe Inoue first and try his chance to once he feels that he can take Monster's solid combinations.
but being aggressor I think that's not a good idea.

Knowing how solid those punches and how strong Inoue it will be, a fight with good strategy and not just to engage with a toe-to-toe confrontations.

Fulton's camp might study Inoue already and they are preparing for a good plan to execute.

Sometimes though a boxer will have to take a big risk specially facing a big puncher like Inoue, Fulton will have to think that he is the bigger guy as Naoya is the one who is going up in weight and maybe can't take his power. Mentally he has to play this in his mind and who knows, it might be really a good strategy in the beginning for Fulton.

But this fight is 12 rounds, I mean there could be moments that Fulton will have the better of the exchanges and then there will rounds wherein we thought that Inoue will end the fight. But in any case it goes to distance, I think Fulton will have a better chance so score a upset in judges scorecard.

If both fighters will adjust and will not engage that much which I'm not sure if that will happen, especially with Inoue's type
of a fighter. I'm sure he will put something to try engaging Fulton.

But on the other side, I see your point that if Fulton will manage to bring this fight to a scoring decision,
we might see the advantage of the current belt holder.

He might use his experienced not to allow Inoue to box him and will try to counter each attack and stay in a good distance.

That will be their advantage and certainly they will do everything to have the fight in their favor and not the opposite, after all, this is Step Fulton's division while Inoue is just a challenger who just made a climb at 122. They know that there might be some time in the fight where Inoue will adjust because he's still not that used to battle the guys at 122, especially against the champion, Steph Fulton.

But to be sure, Fulton should still take some safety precautions knowing that Inoue can evolve at any given time especially in scenarios where he is facing a dominant boxer. I guess that is already a fact as we already saw how good Inoue in adjusting and it will be a tough challenge for anyone who will face Inoue because nobody has yet learned how to crack him.
I don't know if I'm exaggerating or I have a lot of faith in Inoue, but I think he will win, I consider him one of the most relevant boxers that exist, although Fulton is one of the most knowledgeable in this category, Inoue represents the breaking of all rules who says that even if you are an expert, you cannot stop being surprised by someone better, so for me this is what can happen in boxing, in fútbol, in any sport, for me he is a boxing genius, and for that Reason I believe that he will win,not just against Fulton but against anyone.
5140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: April 20, 2023, 06:02:00 PM

Yes, if you are rooting for Garcia you won't be having a hard time looking for great odds. You can go ahead and be safe betting moneyline. 2.80 is already a very good odds for Garcia. And if you think Garcia's power can knock Davis out, the odds are even better.

Assuming Garcia will walk inside the ring just like the confident and strong fighter that he was, then he has real chances of beating Davis. We've also seen Garcia not easily affected by a knockdown in the past. So he's probably not to be easily finished should Davis knock him down.
Here is something very clear, most of all will go to bet in favor of Haney and it is not bad, I have seen in many places including boxing forums that they give Haney the winner, and they see García as the weakest, I I don't see it that way, for me García is one of the best boxers out there, but as I said, and I don't know if anyone thinks like me, or at least someone who has been a boxer knows very well that when training is very intense they can achieve very good Results, you can even achieve a victory that seems impossible.
