I have an interest in one of these Portuguese teams, Benfica performed well in the Group H preliminary round. Yeah, Benfica are really really good, the way they play and their ability to score goals is unbelievable, they fully deserve to be in the QF, no question about that. I can say Inter Milan have rode their luck to this stage, but i think they have come to the end of the road in the CL, Benfica is definitely going to eliminate them. I would love to see Benfica v Napoli in the SF, i think Napoli would beat AC Milan in their QF tie, but seeing Napoli lose 4-0 to AC Milan in the seria A a couple of days ago has given me a second thought about that game, i'd keep my fingers crossed on that one, and watch how things develop.

I think Benfica has been outstanding even since the group stage. remember that Benfica even topped the group until the end. even PSG, which is filled with star players, only finished second in the same group as Benfica. which means Benfica is ahead of PSG even in the group stage. but for the round of 16 I agree that Benfica doesn't have a strong enough opponent. so that Benfica can qualify easily enough for the quarter-finals.

Am trying so hard to recall if I did watch the first leg between those two. How could Napoli have lost by that margin! Napoli with this standing,,,, that's absurd. That will be like a switch, maybe it took a while for it to happen of course but Nagelsmann from Bayern to Chelsea, and Tuchel from Chelsea to Bayern, that type of switch. I think both teams will do better this way, both Bayern will be better with Tuchel, and even though Tuchel would have been better for Chelsea if they didn't fire him, it would also make sense that Potter was horrible so Nagelsmann is definitely much better than him.

After banning of Russian teams, order of teams going to Champions League changed. I don't expect huge surprises in qualifying rounds. Benfica will safely go next round. Monaco-PSV Eindhoven is little bit unlucky draw. At 4th round I think best team to look for is Trabzonspor, they are best performing Turkish team right now and may do surprise to go Group Stage.

Correct. psychologically AC Milan of course now their players will have higher self-confidence after successfully beating Napoli with a very large score. but for the Champions League I think Napoli have prepared something that might be a surprise for AC Milan. but with high confidence Milan should be more difficult to overcome.
